Complaint: [redacted]Once I receive a check from NWTMint and it is cleared as a deposit, I will accept the response.  At this time, I have no agreement with NWTMint other than they need to return my funds as soon as possible.  They have had the sum of $2,983.00 since 31-August-2015.  This includes missing the shipment dates twice of their product & delaying for a month to return my funds to me. 
Please leave the case open.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I will be the first to admit that I am not a serious trader.  In fact, I would consider myself as a small time dabbler in the silver market.  My funds are limited, and it is important to me that I receive what I order.  This company continually disregards its promise to deliver promptly.  If it can't do this, for whatever reason, then it should not make that representation in its web site.  I don't care how they try to sugar coat their lack of compliance, 14 weeks cannot be considered prompt delivery under anyone's definition.  I repeat, I have received not one, not two, but THREE orders fron two different REPUTABLE mints, which were ordered well after my order to Northwestern.  Even after repeated requests, their response was to EXTEND the delivery time, apparently to punish me for having the temerity to confront them with their breach of our agreement.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]      They need to get the dates correct.  I requested that the order be cancelled and my money refunded on the first day that they would accept my cancellation  request.  Since the order could possibly ship before midnight on Nov2, 2015  I had to wait until  Nov 3, 2015 and that is the date that I submitted my request for a full refund since they had missed 2 shipping deadlines.  Going by their own regulations they only have until Dec 17, 2015 to make a timely refund.

Mr. [redacted] was mailed a check on May 13th. If he has not yet received his check, please have him call ([redacted]

Mr. [redacted]'s Order#[redacted], is scheduled to ship on or before 02/15/2016, per his conversation with Bullion customer service, on 01/29/2016.  We will amend our response to this complaint as Tracking information becomes available.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I paid Northwest territorial Mint $7660.00 for 500 oz of silver and have not received the product or the agreed upon refund. One or the other needs to happen. My purchase should not be being held to pay their depts.

This shipment was sent within the stated delivery time-frame (mailed on 09/02/2015) and received by the satisfied customer on 09/04/2015 and is resolved to his satisfaction prior to our receipt of his initial complaint.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Please be advised that this complaint should not be closed as I have NOT received my refund check in the amount of $9,992.40.  Can you follow up with the Northwest Territorial Mint Company and see where the check is.  It was supposed to be issued on 2/12/16 but it has not arrived yet.[redacted]

However, I disagree with the company with regard to the exact date that my order was shipped and received.  I believe that your letter to them, prompted them to immediately ship out my order.  I do not believe that they did not receive your letter until "after" my order was shipped.  Regardless, I have my order and I do not wish to have any more dealings with the company.In that respect, this resolution is satisfactory to me.Thank you for your help.  I honestly believe it made the difference.  Sincerely, [redacted]

NWTM was unable to ship Mr. [redacted] silver within our promised time frame. As such, he was eligible for a full refund or he could chose to wait for his product to ship. point, to receive a refund, he is eligible to do so. I hope this resolves any remaining issues.

Mr. [redacted]'s order was closed for refund on 11/30/15.  In order to release his position on the precious metals, send confirmation to our packaging and shipping department, generate the confirmation of no-ship from the packaging and shipping department, transfer that no-ship confirmation to our accounting department, generate the weekly refund ledger and submit for approval, the Attorney General of Washington allows NWTM a 4-6 week refund window.
 
Every effort will be made to expedite Mr. [redacted]'s refund, however, the 4-6 week window is a realistic time-frame.

Mr. [redacted] order should ship within one week as discussed with Samantha B. of our bullion customer service department yesterday.  A refund would cause an additional delay of 4-6 week in processing.  We are happy to do either: (1) Process a refund or (2) ship his silver, as intended....

 At the time of the discussion with Samantha B., he seemed willing to wait the few additional days in order to receive his product.
 
Unless Mr. [redacted] instructs us to process a refund (which carries with it an additional 4-6 week delay), we will ship his purchase as scheduled.

Mr. [redacted]’s combined refund check #[redacted], in the amount of $9,918.50 ($9070.00 Claim ID# [redacted] & $848.50 THIS most recent complaint) was issued and mailed on 10/27/2015.

Our original response to this Complaint was in regard to a different "[redacted]" order.  Please accept our apologies.  Mr. [redacted] requested his refund on 02/15/16.  In anticipation of the 4-6 week window to release his position on the metal and complete our cancellation process, his refund in the amount of $5,013.00 will go out on 03/28/2016.
 
We will amend our response to this complaint as tracking and delivery information becomes available.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The business has evidently just now filed for bankruptcy. They have continued to...

run their business in the past months taking people's money with no intention of producing bullion nor fulfilling refunds. This is 'FRAUD'....They have repeatedly told me that the bullion was soon to ship or that a refund would be mailed within 4 weeks. This was over 2 months ago. Bankruptcy should not protect them from their fraudulent efforts to obtain money over the internet when they knew in advance they would pull the bankruptcy ruse. This is Criminal activity and Revdex.com should alert the appropriate authorities.
