Mr. [redacted] placed his order and his check cleared our bank (cleared funds) on 10/08/2015. Our shipping timeframes are 8-10 weeks of cleared funds with the possibility of an additional 30-day delay.  That is stated to our customers when they place orders over the phone, or...

for those ordering online, the box has to be checked agreeing to this timeframe.
Mr. [redacted] did receive an additional 30-day delay notification upon the expiration of the 8-10 week on 12/24/2015, alerting him to the revised ship date on 01/25/2016.
There has been no violation to our contract and we have every intention of honoring our contract with him.
If we can expedite his order, we will do so, but without that advantage, his final due date, prior to eligibility for refund is 01/25/2016 which is in compliance with the terms of the contract between Mr. [redacted] and NWTM.

I do not understand? I understand that they just claimed bankruptcy on Friday but what does that have to do with an order made last year...

September will I get a refund or not will criminal actions be brought against the owner for what he has done? to others to be sued? Is there any other action that I may have against the owner or company?

Mr. [redacted] order was shipped on June 11, 2015.

Mr. [redacted] refund check in the amount of $5,277.00 was issued and mailed on 09/11/15.

I need to discuss with professionals there before I take further action or make any other decisions regarding this company that has lied and committed fraud against my wife and I. As a 100% disabled veteran who has served in combat in Vietnam, Desert Storm, and three tours in Iraq with Marine infantry battalions, I can only say that the money I sent this so called company came directly from my combat pay savings that I intended to give my wife before I die of the combat related medical conditions I currently endure and suffer from every single daySincerely,[redacted]

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] today.  The confusion lay with the notation on his account *CALL FOR PICK-UP / NO DELIVERY*.  While we do not have his bullion order at this location that is convenient for him to pick-up, we did have it available to ship from another facility.  He is happy to...

receive the shipment at his home.  Mr. [redacted] purchase will ship today.  We will await his receipt and his confirmation that his purchase is in good order.

Mr. [redacted] is not a client of Northwest Territorial Mint.  His wife, [redacted] is.  MRS. [redacted]’s refund was credited back to her credit card on 12/08/2015 (the day before this Complaint was filed - 12/09/2015).
 
There is nothing further for NWTM to do in this regard.

Mr. [redacted] order will ship within the time frame he agreed to when he purchased from NWTM. The latest it will be shippped is 9/8/15. After that date, if his order has not yet shipped, he will be eligible for a full refund. Regards,Amelia

This was a product sale, which they CONTINUED TO SELL, and this is not a loan...

or other private business transaction.  Under chapter 11, this should NOT affect the possible continuation of business, or delivery of any good or service.  My transaction, which occurred PRIOR to any judgement, constitutes theft of funds, and further, the possible theft to gain funds for an anticipation of a negative court outcome.
I demand an IMMEDIATE refund of the full amount.

Mr. [redacted] placed an order on our website (nwtmint.com). Before he checked out, he was told multiple times what the shipment window was. Additionally, he would have had to agree to our terms and services before he could have checked out. I'm sorry that Mr. [redacted] chose to ignore the information that...

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  YES I did report BOTH losses to my bank and my credit card company only AFTER NWT did NOT  send me my 320 ounces of SILVER as promised.  I WAITED ELEVEN weeks!   My credit card company is not going to give me my money back UNTIL after their 90 day investigation and NEITHER IS MY BANK!.  YES I DID cancel BOTH ORDERS  with NWT cause after reading ALL the complaints against this company ON THE Revdex.com.COM  I figured I BETTER try to get ANYTHING I can out of them BEFORE they go BANKRUPT.   It needs to be done IMMEDIATELY so I can call my credit card company to STOP the FRAUD INVESTIGATION and also my bank too.  I am NOT GOING TO GET DOUBLE THE AMOUNT LIKE NWT SAYS.  THEY are pulling a SCAM and I want my money back on my credit card as of 30 November 2015.  They are the ones that have NEVER sent my 320 ounces of SILVER like they PROMISED when I ordered 320 ounces of silver AT THE COST of $4966.  They can settle this with me by giving me back MY FULL REFUND to BOTH my credit card and my Debit that I gave them TRUSTING that I was going to get 320 ounces of silver.  I am NOT the criminal here they are.Sincerely,[redacted]

I would not consider this complaint resolved until my shipment is received. My last phone conversation with Northwest Territorial Mint on 1/7/16, not 1/8/16, they could not give me a shipping date when I requested that information and told me it could take several weeks or more.
