Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  At no point in the transaction was I required to read the terms and conditions as stated in the response by NWTM, nor was there any online indication of a short stock situation at any time prior to my payment which was timely by me.  Based on the only information available to me I expected that the advertised 'prompt shipment upon receipt of payment'  was a legitimate statement.   I believe there was questionable intent on the part of NWTM to actually ship my order, this can be supported by the vast number of Revdex.com complaints that attest to similar actions taken by NWTM.  It is my understanding that NWTM has also been to court in the past due to numerous incidents similar to what I have encountered, yet apparently they persist,  based on the high number of Revdex.com complaints within this last year.
It should be noted that I complained upon notification that the original shipment target was 8+ weeks from date of  which is certainly not 'prompt'.  At best this is abuse of a customer's good faith and at worst potentially fraud.   I repeat my request for NWTM to act in good faith and return my full payment without any further delay.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear [redacted],
Mr. [redacted]'s order was placed online.  In order to complete any online order, the customer is required to read and acknowledge our shipping, cancellation, and liquidation terms, prior to executing the purchase.  In response to online customers "misunderstanding" the terms, we have recently moved the language relating to shipping, delays, cancellation and liquidation to the top of the disclaimer window to avoid it being overlooked by customers simply scrolling to the bottom of the window (by passing the notices) rapidly.
We will do everything in our power to expedite Mr. [redacted]'s order but we cannot push his order in front of other customers who are also patiently waiting.
As we are an actual mint, we pour our items in the order of purchase, as opposed to stocking product on our shelves.  This allows NWTM to sell with a much smaller mark-up.  Most serious investors are aware of this trade off and do not have an issue waiting, as they are assured that they will not lose their place in line and their position on the metals is protected.
I hope this helps to clear up any misunderstanding as to our timelines and the reason for those timelines.

Mr. [redacted] refund check #[redacted], in the amount of Three Thousand Five Hundred and Seventy Six ($3,576.00) & 00/100's, was issued and mailed on 08/31/2015.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find...

that this resolution is satisfactory to me. In fact I just received the shipment a couple of hours ago. I believe it was your intervention that caused the resolution. Thank you very much. Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I demand my monies be returned to me.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  It is in the hands of the Washington State Attorney General's Office for Consumer Affairs at the moment.  I will not talk to this business on the phone after the hateful manner they talked to me this past Friday evening.  I have directed the WA AG's office to have the business send me a list of silver products they have in stock and I wlll select one type so they can fill my order and ship to me.Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear [redacted],

Mr. [redacted]'s payment was received on 09/14/2015; Good Funds for personal checks is 10 days post or 09/24/2015; Delivery is an 8-10 week window following good funds or 12/04/2015.  Mr. [redacted]'s first delay notice was sent on 12/04/2015 alerting him to an extension on...

his E/T/D to 01/04/2016.
We expect an additional delay of two (2) weeks on delivery.  Mr. [redacted]'s order will ship on 01/18/2016.
Mr. [redacted] is also entitled to a refund if he so chooses.  If he chooses to release his position on the metals we have reserved, it takes approximates 2-4 weeks to clear his position; verify the cancellation of the order from production and shipping, transfer that clearance from Production to Shipping, transfer that clearance from Shipping to Accounting, for accounting to add that order number to the refund ledger, and to cut and mail that check.
Mr. [redacted] should contact Maura R[redacted] at 253-528-1803 and advise how he wishes NWTM to proceed:
1) Keep his order in the queue for 01/18/2016 delivery); or
2) Process his order for a 2-4 week estimated time for refund.

Thank you!
Maura R[redacted]

Mr. [redacted] refund, check # [redacted] in the amount of Six Thousand Eighty-One ($6,081.05) Dollars & 05/100's was issued and mailed on 09/04/15.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Their lawsuit was pending when they accepted my money. Company should honor our contract.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:we do not want to close this complaint until we receive the shipment and inspect the product to make sure it is what we ordered and of quality appearance. Also, the order was not shipped on Fri. 2/26 as they stated. It was not processed until Mon.2/29 and  and departure scan until late Mon.2/29. Sorry, but after over SEVEN months of waiting for an order that should have taken 6-8 weeks and all the phone calls and emails to NWTM where they said it would ship in 1 wk. or 2 wks. and it never did, they can't be trusted .Sincerely,Jennifer [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: At no time have I ever initiated any telephone orders with Northwest Territorial mint.  I got them from the internet and I sent a check and they emailed me an acknowledgement. They e-mailed me a delay notice and I rejected the option to continue and canceled my contract, I asked Mrs. D[redacted] by e-mail to pass my e-mail onto the right department. Mrs D[redacted] can send me notice of delay but she cant see to it that the right department gets my e-mail cancellation. How convenient.. Why didn't  she pass on my e-mail , She did not say that I would be violating my contract after I told her to pass on my e-mail to the appropriate department. That I absolutely must call, which by the way is not written in their policy. see attached. I never called anyone on my first contract which was cancelled on the same day by e-mail ,but I received the right amount that was due . NOTE their policy from their website.
11.  Order Liquidation Policy.  When you place your telephone order, you enter into a binding contractual agreement with Northwest Territorial Mint to remit payment in full based on the prevailing market purchase price agreed upon at the time your order was placed.  Should you choose to buy-back your order prior to the date of delivery, Northwest Territorial Mint will liquidate your position based on the prevailing market purchase price at the time of buy-back. You will be liable for any difference in the event of market loss.  If the prevailing market price of the items has gone up since your order, Northwest Territorial Mint will pay you the higher prevailing market price for your items.  However, in the event we are unable to ship your order by the date promised, we will contact you and give you the option of buying back your order based on the spot market price at that time or agreeing to wait an additional period of time for your order, which shall not be more than 30 days.  If we are unable to deliver after the additional period of time has elapsed we will pay you the full purchase price or the prevailing spot market price, whichever is higher.
A.  Liquidation of Your Order.  "Liquidation" shall mean converting your bullion order into cash, and it may be done in one of two following ways:
(1)  Voluntary Liquidation of Your Order (aka "Buy-Back" of Your Order).  At any time after you have fully paid for your order, even if it’s before you’ve received delivery of your bullion, you can sell your order back to us at the current market rate.
(2)  Involuntary Liquidation of Your Order for Non-Payment.  If you fail to make payment in full and on time as stated herein, we shall involuntarily cancel and liquidate your bullion order as of the 11th business day after your order date.  We will charge your credit card depending on how the market has changed since you placed your order.Market loss or gain is calculated as the difference between your original purchase price, and the bullion London Fix closing price on the 11th business day after your order date.
(a) If the bullion market has gone up since you placed your order:  A $35.00 cancellation fee; and you will not benefit from any gain in the market; OR
(b) If the bullion market has gone down since you placed your order:  A $35.00 cancellation fee; plus the market loss on your order computed at the closing price for your bullion on the London Metals Market Fixing for the 11th business day after you placed your order.  Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
This is absolutely false information when I ordered the product, it did not show that information I only receive that information in an email from them when they receive my payment copy of email sent with this if any problems seeing this email and any way I will send it again to you.Sincerely,[redacted]

Mr. [redacted] order was bought back at the current market price on 08/21/2015 which represented a loss to him for the balance of $1,530.00.  He was advised of a 4 week time-frame for the refund. His refund check is scheduled to issue the week of 09/21/2015.

Consistent with our terms and conditions, if Mr. [redacted] order has not shipped by August 10th, his order will be cancelled without any penalty to him. Regards,Amelia

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  We received a check yesterday, Friday, Jan 15th, we now how it will clear.   Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:North West Territorial Mint is just repeating the same thing that I complained about. In my first complaint I explained that I was told or "advised" that my order was "expected to ship" in 5-7 weeks. Well I was told this same thing on 01-05-2016. It is now March 8th. On February 15th I was also "advised" that there was no gaurentee that the 5-7 week window would happen. I am tired of being told things that you cannot gaurentee. You have had my 11k+ dollars for well over a reasonable amount of time based on "demand" with no answers. I find it interesting that no one seems to have any control in this company but you sure do have a lot of people's money to work with since you don't seem to deliver products in a timely manner. I want a definite ship date. I want my silver minted and sent to me immediately if not sooner. You have my money and the resources to do so. Please don't wait 3 weeks again  to respond to this complaint to buy time. I am preparing to take further action if I don't see this resolving very soon. I refuse to wait 4-6 weeks for a refund or my product. The "reasonable" amount of time is 7 days. Figure it out. Sincerely,[redacted]

Mr. [redacted]’s order was shipped on 10/19/2015 and was received in satisfactory order by the customer, per our telephone conversation of 2:07 pm on October 23, 2015.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:  I cancelled this order and should have been refunded well before the lawsuits and bancrupcy court.  I feel that they intentially drug thier feet knowing that their troubles were ahead.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the mere filing of a bankruptcy petition does not discharge NWTM's obligation to fill my orders or refund my payments.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It is now September 26th and the check still isn't here. Sincerely,[redacted]
