Both orders were paid for 12 weeks before the stated and expected ship date and now both have been delayed by up to another month with no assurances that they will ship even then. a refund.
My money was sent to them and I received an email form them on 9/10/2015 confirming they had my check and it had cleared. This was before any bankruptcy filing.
Also on 3/22/2016 at 1:35PM I received the following email from [redacted]:
Good morning [redacted],
                As per our conversation 3/22/16, I have confirmed with accounting that the check, [redacted], went out on 3/11/16. A few days later than the previous information I had, dated 3/08/16. If you do not receive your check within 10 business days, please contact myself or Sammie  in customer service, and we will post a stop payment and re-issue the check.
If there is anything we can help you with, please contact me, or one of our bullion representatives at your convenience at [redacted], M-F 6:00am-5:30pm PST or Sat. 8:00am-12:00pm PST.

They stated they already sent my check which they did not.
 
Here is the next email I got when I contacted [redacted] that I knew they were lying

                As per our conversation 3/25/16, I am following up with an email.
Our CEO has had a 38 million dollar judgement against him personally. The company is formulating a plan to protect its assets and customers from this judgement, however, at this time, we are not taking orders, mailing checks, or shipping metals to my knowledge.  It is my understanding that more information will be posted on our website as it becomes available. Please call, or check in with the website for further information and instructions for our customers.

I want my refund.

days, citing their web site terms and conditions.At the time of order, no terms or conditions were presented by Northwest Territorial Mint.When they missed the July ship date they cited terms and conditions, including liquidated damages that were on an email 25 days after the order. We are in dispute about the waiting 30 days after ship date cited in the terms and consitions presented 25 days after order.Waiting another 30 days is unacceptable. We have contacted a Consumer Protection attorney and are considerating our options, but clearly referencing terms and conditions "after" order is not legal nor is referring to web site business pages.This company has numerous complaints of the same thing, taking orders, in some cases holding refunds 6-8 months.It is the opionion of me and numerous other victims that this is a Ponzi scheme.Sincerely,[redacted]

I have finally received and cleared the refund.  Was this a satisfactory conclusion;...

no.I will never do business with N.W. Mint again.  My purchase was on May 8th, 2015.  The refund money was finally back in my possession October 29, 2015.  That is a few days shy of 6 months!  Again; 6 (six) months!!!I have asked for and have never been given a policy stating this amount of time is inside their policy.  Only after repeated calls did I finally get a check.  If this is 'par for the course' purchasing bullion then it should be clearly communicated to the customer.  I can think of no business individually or a business vertical where paying said business any amount of money is OK to both; A. Not provide the product or service, and B. Not refund the money; for SIX MONTHS!Was this resolved to my satisfaction; NO.  A refund by the end of July or at most end of August would have been satisfactory.  I am not in the business of loaning money at 0%.  Which is exactly what this transaction ended up being.
