I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Please see the attached copy of proof of purchase as requested by company, although I find it interesting that all the belligerent clerk entered my name into the store's computer and located the transaction of  purchase within minutes, yet corporate cannot and is requesting this!

I am not satisfied with the response to solve this complaint by Advance Auto, If they offer a service to customers, they need to be confident that what they are telling customers is correct. In my case the representative at my local Advance Auto Parts told me that the problem was not the batteries or the Alternator, and told me that I should take it to a professional since its a more major electrical problem. I ended up having to take it to a Dealership to fix the problem where it ended up costing me almost $1000 for everything. Advance Auto should not be offering this service to their customers if there equipment or employees don't know how to use it correctly and provide wrong information, which in my case it cost me deeply in my pocket. Being that Advance Auto Zone wont do anything to solve this problem for me, I am highly dissatisfied with there level of service to loyal customers after so many years.

I accept and appreciate your activeness towards the response. It is only my desire to remain a customer of your business and I alerted you're company to the problem as soon as I noticed it to ensure this problem does not occur in the future with other customers.  I hope the issue can be resolved in the future and that this case does not happen to another customer.

We have located a purchase for the dollar amount of $307.94 on 12/21/2017, but the purchase is under a different name and also a different alternator part number than what was advised to us. Please be advised that all purchases belong to the name on the purchase. We request that Mr. [redacted] please contact the warranty/part owner or advise any different names that may be on the purchase. The general manager refused to come out and speak to me like I asked several times during the conversation with the assistant, since she says she did not have much authority to pull video footage, all and all there customer service was absolutely horrible. I spoke with Chevy the day all of this happened and the mechanic was unsure because that's not what usually goes into my car. I DO NOT WANT A SUBSTITUTION !!!! I am highly unsatisfied and Advanced auto parts has lost my business for good. I just feel like if your sales associate has one job and that job is to ensure your customers get the CORRECT product and he gives them some bogus substitution ... there should be some sort of consequence and restitution to that customer for extra expenses caused by that sales associate . I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY AT AN ADVANCED AUTO PARTS AGAIN !

documentation for verification: the credit card used for the purchase, a valid
state-issued photo ID, and a digital or print copy of the order

authorization holds placed on Mr. [redacted]’ account have been reversed, and he
was not charged for either of the orders he did not pick up.

I'd like to know  who he spoke to at [redacted] because I believe he is lying about that too.  [redacted] employees confirmed to me that the AAP employee  very well could have pulled  the wiper blade off too hard  and broke the mechanism  or  ripped the threads.  I did not use the wiper in heavy snow or ice; it was   raining Jan. 18, 2018.  If  AAP  has a business practice of taking advantage of women and the physically disabled  and   denying the facts in order to cover up their employees negligence, then perhaps a negative review on yelp  is appropriate. thanks very much.
