Why didn't they say that from the beginning? In their previous response they asked me to take pictures and send them to *** and now they ask me to go to see him; I find this action highly disrespectfulWe went to the store today with the car to se *** and guess what he did, he took PICTURES! Is the company mistreating me because I am a Hispanic who doesn't deserve any respect?

it's a little different when you have a engine in the carIf you don't want to pay on the claim just say soWhy send a claims adjuster out to look at the motor and he was talking to manufacture while we were checking motor and determined that something was wrong with itLike I said before I work at a major retail auto repair shop and I will never step in a advance auto again Besides that I went into another one of your stores and since I'm a veteran I was going to use the military discount and I had my ddlike I always use and when I showed the sales person behind the counter he told me it was no goodCan't remember his name but I said I always use itHe told me it I couldn't use itSo I left and went to another parts store and they said it was no problem So I'll never use you againI will not accept any offer and since you can't call me this will never get resolvedI'll make sure everyone I know knows your company won't honor your warranty and don't want to pay any labor claimThat's bad business I always take care of my customers with no questions askedI will just have to take further action with this

I have gone the *** ** store, returned the incorrect light bulb and received the accurate light bulb, with no help from store personnel. I suggest that Advanced Auto Parts inform there staff to handle things more appropriately in the future. There are a lot of options in buying auto parts, I will choose elsewhere.

spoken with the field management about the issue and we are still attempting to locate the core, but it is currently located at the vendor for the product that was purchasedThe airplane core in question was brought in to be matched up with car/truck parts and the proper procedure regarding sending cores back to the manufacturer was followed as was attempting to match parts up using sku numbersMr*** states that he advised the store this was an airplane starter, but the store claims they were not advised for several weeksIf the core is located we will be happy to return it to Mr***, but if it is not then we could also reimburse half of the airplane starter core cost as a goodwill gesture if proof of purchase is providedAt this time Mr*** has already received a refund back for the starter and core purchased from Advance Auto Parts Our promise is to provide superior customer service and offer high quality products when you need themWe sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and if we can further assist you please let us know
