Review: In June I ordered a FREE sample of face cream and eye cream from NuPlenish Eye paying only shipping and handling for each as advertised on their website. This S/H was charged to my Amazon account on the June statement and I received the "samples".. However, this month's statement reflected two charges from the company: $89.95 for the face cream and $85.95 for the eye cream...neither of which I ordered. The "samples" that arrived in the mail were actually the product sold for these prices. I called customer service (each product has each own) and was told they did not mail out samples, that I was in a monthly program to receive each of the products. WHAT? I immediately canceled this, but was told no money would be refunded since the 14 day free trial (No mention of this anywhere.) had expired. This is such a scam. The internet advertisement stated FREE SAMPLES not the monthly product membership.Desired Settlement: Refund of both the $89.95 and $85.95.

Response:

Hello,

The products do not perform as advertised. Was only given partial credit and I am extremely dissatisfied.

They mislead the customer by offering a free sample just pay shipping. Then they automatically put in on a monthly reoccurring supply of skin & eye cream at a charge of $90.00 each to you every month. BEWARE! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Review: I purchased a "trial" sample of NuPlenish Eye on July 4. It took nearly 2 weeks to receive it. I applied it in the evening before bed. I woke up to burnt swollen eyelids....much like a 1st degree sunburn. My lids burned and remained swollen for several days. Once the swelling subsided, I was left with very crepey skin. It took about 5 days for it to resolve with having to use hydrocortisone cream for relief. Next...I was checking the balance of my checking account and noticed that over $85 had been automatically deducted from my account for this eye serum. EIGHTY-FIVE DOLLARS!!!! I called customer service and spoke to a heavily accented man who was very hard to understand. He told me this is what I had signed up for by purchasing the "trial" sample and that I should have read the terms and conditions. I told him there were NO terms and conditions on the web page I used and would have NEVER agreed to pay an outrageous amount of money ONCE A MONTH??? This was a full size product and NO ONE would use all of it in three months let alone ONE and having $85 auto-deducted monthly is robbery.

I told him I was allergic to the serum after one use...which he did not acknowledge...and I would like to return the product for a FULL refund. He first said he would refund me 25% of the $85. After arguing with him, he said he was "authorized" to refund me 50% without having to return the product. I said I wanted a FULL refund and return it. He said I can return it, but it would have to be undamaged and UNOPENED!!!! And if I did return it, it would take up to 2 weeks for a refund only after inspection of the bottle...and told me I could "take the chance".

This is a great scam they have going. Not being able to return a product for a full refund because of an allergic reaction is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! So they kept half of my money for a one time use and an allergic reaction only to have to throw it out. I WANT A FULL REFUND.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND!!!

Review: Nuplenish advertised online that for a free trial offer, you would pay only for shipping, $4.95 &$5.95 to be exact. I placed my initial order on the 9th of December. The product shipped on the 10th of December 2015 and I had received said product on the 13th of December. I called to cancel on the 15th of December, well within the "Trial period" mind you. I was told that my order would be cancelled and I would not receive any further charges. I was NOT given a RMA number to return the product at this time. So on December 22nd, I am charged 89.95 for BOTH the skin cream and eye cream, in other words this rip-off, scamming company charged me $180 for products that I DID NOT want, I called to cancel and of course, low and behold they have NO RECORD of my initial call to cancel on the 15th of December! WOW, absolutely TERRIBLE customer service who not only produces false advertising but they do not honor what they say in their terms and conditions! After 20-30 minutes of my time wasted this company rep. said they have cancelled both accounts and that a 15% refund was offered to me. Not good enough, not even close but I honestly was just tired of arguing with them and I had been hung up on or "disconnected"; I received a confirmation email that I would not be receiving any more shipments or charges from this company. I thought I was safe, oh yes I did....until today when what did I see in my bank account? That's right, 2 more pending charges from Nuplensih for $94.90 and Nuplenish Eye for $91.90. UNBELIEVABLE!! So now not only have they not honored their return policy WHATSOEVER but they have RAISED the price and continued to charge me after I called and cancelled twice. First I was given an offer of 15% refund, then 25%, and finally offered %50. I do not trust this company to not charge me again for this and I want this situation resolved. When I spoke with a rep today he said that they would refund 50%, that is the best offer. I would like a full refund for this.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete and full refund for these products. I do not trust this company to not charge me again for this and I want this situation resolved. When I first received the product, there were no directions on how to use it, and no target dates or explanation that I had only 14 days to try the product before they would automatically charge me $89+ on my debit card, or automatically keep shipping the product. There was no information in the product to explain how to cancel the trials or refund the money or the product...no phone number or address, and no date by which one would have to cancel to avoid further charges. On my bank statement, there were two $89+ charge with no information. I called the number there and found that I would have had to cancel the order right after I received the product to avoid this extra charge for a "free trial product." The customer serviceman said there were "terms and conditions" I called within the trial and they did not honor their policy.

Hello,

Review: This is an email I sent to them after my conversation with the rude man!To Whom This May Concern (preferably a Supervisor or Higher official)I called on Nov. 19, 2015 to cancel future shipments for eye and facial serum but they said my 14 day trial was up on Nov. 3rd so they can only refund me 50% on product already shipped. So I will be charged $44.00 anyway. I am on a fixed income and $44.00 to me is like gold. It can purchase me 3 meals from the grocery store. Yeah, he says. The guy was rude and I could hardly understand anything he said, plus he hung up on me. I told him I dont want anything shipped because it burned my face and he didnt even say anything about that. I wanted a manager or supervisor and he said he was the best person to speak to about this problem. I told him again and thats when he hung up.This is no way to run a company and I will report you to the Revdex.com.Sincerely and a very distraught lady,Ms. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I don't want any further product be mailed to me and I want my full refund, not just 50%. So they are charging me $44.00 and I want that refunded to me please. If at all possible I would like an apology from the company for the rudeness of this employee of theirs.Thank you in advance,Ms. [redacted]

Hello,

Review: I ordered a sample of the product for shipping cost only. There was no information included on how to cancel the product. They drafted my account for $89.95 and then $94.90 for one jar of cream that can be bought at Aldi for $20. My bank account became over drawn because I didn't know they were drafting out of my account. I did not give them permission to do an automatic draft. The advertisement on line does not even have the same name as the product I was sent. I was supposed to be receiving NuPlenish Skin Renew eye cream from Dr. ZO and I got LACURA face cream. They only way I got their contact information was from my bank when I called to see why I was overdrawn. The credited me back $89.95, so they say. My bank says it is not showing up yet. I want all my money back except the original $4.95 which should be $184.85. I am a school teacher in a public school and can't afford to be scammed.Desired Settlement: I want a total of $184.85 refunded to my account.

Review: I consented to a free trial with this company and I have subsequently been charged almost 400.00 for a 10.90 free trial. Apparently I enrolled into a monthly revolving cycle of ordering this companies product at an exorbitant price. The trial product didn't work for me and I would never purchase this product with the results I got. I think the terms and conditions were obscured and very misleading. Could you please assist me in getting the money back for a product that I would never reorder and doesn't do what they claim it should.

Sincerely

Barbara Little

PS I know this has happened to many other people and this practice needs to be stopped by this company. Some have got a refund with the aid of the Revdex.com. I was hoping you could assist me in this matter. Kind Regards!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for a product that did not achieve advertized results or a price modification of the exorbitant charges I was unknowingly billed. That the company (NuPlenish) is made known as very deceptive, preying on obscurity to promote this less than desired product and entangle buyers into a revolving money pit of debt. They need to be stripped of their ability to defraud people and get away with making a business out of deception and theft.

Hello,

Review: I have a complaint with NuPlenish eye cream company for wanting to charge me $91,90 for an eye cream I NEVER received, because I refused it at the Post Office when they delivered it to me around the 27th of JULY. Also my [redacted] MasterCard who after continued efforts to place this in dispute has listen to this company bs and now is charging me late fees and interest on this product I never received. The company told me and [redacted] that I didn't complain in a timely manner which is 30 days, then she hung up.I have been hung up on more by this company than anyone I know. I just put it in to dispute. With [redacted] I never got a answer on the dispute until September, from July. They said I owed the money, I'd call and talk to someone who said to type everything out on their message board and gave me and finally gave me a dispute number. I could only write 3 sentence's and it would lock up. Finally got a message thru that their message board was not working. The then sent me a response saying that sorry to hear that, they would have someone look into it. Next time I called I was told to fax them my side of the story, so I did. No response, just a phone call that my account is past due and a letter threatening my that they will report this to the credit bureau's. I am ready to have a break down if I don't get help here!Desired Settlement: I would like NuPlenish to be told that they can NOT charge someone for a product that 1) They did not receive and 2) That is back in their warehouse ready to be sold to someone else. It is illegal to double sell the same product.

With [redacted] Card I think they need to learn they need to listen to their card holders first. I explained to them that this company has a F rating with the Revdex.com. Every time I'd call they would tell me I owed money and I would tell them NO this is in dispute.

Applied online to be billed for shipping and handling and was put on auto ship. My acct. was debited for $85.95. After much argument and thread of reporting to the AG's office I was told to return the skincare product for a full credit to my acct. Now l have to see if I have a problem with getting my acct credited after it is returned! I was offered a discount down to $14.71 with no return but I would not accept the offer. Bad way of doing business!!

I would like a complete refund sent to my credit card co in both amounts 85.95 and 91.90. I'm not sure why two different amounts for same products that where returned as refused to company. I reached out to company with no resolution at end of call. I called credit card company and the said they would try and resolve n obtain refund. They haven't been successful either. Review: On 8/27/2015 I ordered a nuplenish illuminating eye serum and nuplenish naturally advanced skin care. Dr Oz advertised this on his show and the company advertised a 14 day free trial of both for shipping and handling only. $$4.95 for skin cream and $5.95 for the eye serum. My account was charged those 2 amounts on 8/31. No where did they disclose that after the 14 days I would be charged the full price of the items and have an automatic renewal every month. I received both products and upon using it, they itched and burned my face under my eyes looked burned and my skin crisp. I called right away & spoke to Egor who said I could not return items until 14 days, to call back on the 10th. I called back the 9th and got an RMA number for the face cream, and was assured my acct was closed & I would not be charged. I returned the cream and did not see a charge so assumed my acct was closed out, only to see the charge to my act 9/11. I called back and spoke with 2 fillipinoes the second one was [redacted] who told me not to return the eye serum my acct is closed and they would refund the $$85.95 in 5-7 business days. Today is the 28th and no refund so far. They also tried offering me a lower price even though I told them I could not use the productDesired Settlement: Refund of $85.95 charged to my debit card on 9/11/2015 , and assurance they will not continue to debit my account. This company is a scam, not disclosing information and should be shut down for dishonesty, and dangerous product.

Hello,

Review: per this company's web site, I ordered a trial of the NuPlenish Illuminating Eye Serum. I paid the postage and handling fee of roughly $5.00. Per their instructions, one must call to cancel the trial membership within 3 weeks or be charged a monthly fee of $85-90 dollars per month!!! This trial order was ordered roughly 2-3 wks ago (mid August of 2015 and not received until today, Sept. 25, 2015!!! By that time, I had forgotten all about it. I opened the package and called the number listed on the product label and was then told I would only be charged $44.00 for cancelling the trial subscription as it was so close to the full price about to be charged the first of Sept. 2015! I then said "no, I will not pay a cent for this and will return it tomorrow, Sept 26, 2015 with the product in tact, and unopened. The representative gave me a tracking number to write on the box (telling me tomark thru the one that is originally there now btw). I also said I will not pay for the shipping and handing of this product being returned and stated that this is very poor customer service. To take an order from someone and not get it to then for weeks later when it will be the deadline to cancel a trial subscription and be charged nearly $100.00 per month is absolutely appalling!!!!!I will tell all that I know personally and in any way media wise of this poor excuse of a very badly run company and scam this is.Desired Settlement: I am seeking any money that I have spent in this matter and an apology for the poor excuse of behavior and practices this company is providing to hard working people that just wants to try a product and decide BEFORE being charged full monthly prices without their consent!!! I am absolutely livid over this

Hello,

Review: Upon viewing an advertisement on "Yahoo.com", I placed an order under two different items, 1)NuPlenish Skin Trial(order trial $4.95-shipping only),2) NuPlenish Eye Trial(Order Total $5.95-shipping only) on May 31,2015. When I received these 2 items(in 2 separate envelopes) there were no instructions, ingredients, receipts of payments, included! They were charged on my [redacted](separately $4.95 & $5.95). I sent a emailto each Order letting them know "to not send me any more of your products", as well as phoning them @ 888) 617-6572 & 888)617-6458(only to have them "hang" up on me)! When I asked" what kind of a company they were that did not send any identifying Company name or address or information as to their product," I received no answer!Desired Settlement: I don't want any more charges billed on my [redacted] account from these people! Nor do I want any more of their products sent to me in the future. And for the benefit of all other (especially Seniors like myself), online "market-product buyers", and their safety - these people should be investigated as to what is in their products they are sending out to people(as their product produced swelling of my mouth, burning of my eyes and very increased sweating)!

Hello,

DONT YOU DARE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! It's a Scam from the get go. Their foreign customer service reps will try to swindle you.... Like someone else said. They say your order can't be refunded on a Sunday lmao bc it was paid directly to UPS. If it looks to good to be true? It is. I haven't been scammed for years but these people need a damn lawsuit. I will be happy to join up or testify those against their ridiculously False claims. They should be taken down immediately. If you know someone in law, they could make a boatload off these people

Review: I purchased this cream for $4.95 last month then today I received another jar of the same cream for 95.00 + tax = 99.00 I called them up and said "I didn't order this cream" they said I am on auto pilot

I have to call to cancel so naturally I did cancel it They said they would give me jar of cream for 1/2

price $45.00 this was supposed to be a favor. I don't even like the cream. They have no address just a post office box. The man I spoke to was a foreigner. The 888 phone number could be anywhere. I

want to verify if this company exists. I think it is a scam and fraud.Desired Settlement: this cream is not worth more than $4.95 in my opinion it is only 0.50 fl ounces It does not do what it claims It is suppose to firm skin and tighten skins appearance and reduce expression lines. It is supposed to restore collagen to help skin look firmer and fuller. It is supposed to leave your skin feeling velvety soft.

All of these claims are false. This cream don't do any of that!!!

Hello,

Review: I would like this problem resolved as calling the company did not in any way satisfy my needs from billing inquiries as well as customer service behavior. On 8/2/15, I called NuPlenish to cancel my order as I was dissatisfied with the product. The person on the phone did not let me finish after I questioned why my bank account was charged this ridiculous amount of $85.95 and $89.95 for both items that under my impression were TRIAL products. The person on the other line rudely hung up on me and when I tried to call a second time, I was on hold for a prolonged period and hung up for a second time. The first time I called they already knew my name through my phone number so I am assuming this is what happened the second time. Is that how they choose to conduct business with representatives that hang up on people that want to resolve a problem. I asked for a manager the first time and she said in a rude manner that she was the manager. Really?

I would never buy these items for this price ever. Whether they choose to put this in infinite tiny writing or try to swindle vulnerable people to buy what they believe to be Trials I cannot answer that but I do read and did not see this anywhere that I would be charged this at all. Furthermore, I did not get a change to let her know before she rudely hung up on me that I was IN THE 14 DAY period. She kept telling me I was charged because I did not cancel within that time frame. My account was charged the initial trial price on 7/17/15. I received the products 7/20/15 and called to cancel today, 8/2/15. Yes, I am in the 14 day period and I expect a full refund. Not solely for the charges , but for the customer service and dissatisfaction with the products. It is a shame businesses are conducted this way.Desired Settlement: Full refund of : $85.95 and $89.95.

Hello,

Review: I feel that I was scammed out of $175.90 by a skin care/eye serum company. The advertisement said you could get the product for the shipping and handling price of $4.95/$5.95 which I paid with my husband's Discover card. I received the product, there wasn't anything that said it was a fourteen day trial and after that I would be billed for $89.95/$85.95. If I knew that I wouldn't have ordered it. It was sample size only. I did Live Chat with Discover card and [redacted] told me that there was a telephone number ([redacted]) that I could call which I did. I disputed the charges with a lady that didn't speak good English. I told her I was returning that sample sized product and I wanted all charges credited back to my husband's credit card. She said she could only credit me back 50% now and the other 50% when they received the merchandise back. I told her it would be sent back. This company is a rip off. Please check into it so there are no other unsuspecting people get ripped off. Here's another number they called me back on that same night, [redacted]. I am returning their merchandise tomorrow, 8/10/15.Desired Settlement: Make them pull their advertisement as only pay the shipping and handling and then two weeks later be billed for an unreal price of a product that isn't worth $10.00.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. This is in reply to a complaint, ID [redacted]. This is to update you on the progress on the dispute with TMI*DERMA REFORM, HENDERSON, NV and BCI*EYE ADVANCED, LAS VEGAS, NV. On August 07, TMI*DERMA REFORM HENDERSON, NV credited my husband's Discover credit card $89.95 (it posted on the statement on August 10); then on August 13 BCI*EYE ADVANCED, LAS VEGAS, NV credited my husband's credit card $85.95 (it posted on the Discover statement August 16). I appreciate your help with this matter. I believe if I had not contacted Revdex.com they (business) would not have agreed to reimburse the amount they charged my husband's Discover credit card. I want to thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into this dispute for me. Your company is a true blessing to customers like myself that get scammed out of money. You can now close this dispute. Again, I appreciate all you have done for my husband and me.

Regards,

This product is HIGHLY OVER PRICED and their marketing system should be banished. They charge you for shipping only and later there appears a charge of almost $90.00 on your bank statement.
