I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Product was order from a Facebook ad that did not show any type of terms or policy, just went strictly to the charge of product. There are two company that is selling this product. I am now complaining about the Nuplenish Serum which I cancel and was charged 85.00. I called this company and talk with a customer service rep who said his name was John. I explained that I didn't like this product and I didn't want a subscription. I also told him that the advertisement was misleading because I never saw terms or policy on Facebook, never said anything about a required subscription, never said anything about two companies being involved with the products, nothing about two different charges, nothing mention about 14 days, 30 days, nothing. I want my refund of 85.00 that John say I would get 3-5 days almost two weeks ago. I will try to counteract this on Facebook and Twitter before this becomes a bjgger problem. I tried to email this company before I filed this at ca@nuplenishserum,.com and got the message that it was unreachableTranslateDesired Resolution: Refund

automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask
to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of
the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus
shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from
the customer service department to return the product and they will then
receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled
and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated
in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check
out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial
is over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged

The only complaint I have is they give you a 14 day trial. Which I was charged in 14 days. But by the time you received in the mail which took 4 days that leaves you 11 days to try it which is not enough time to see results. Before you know it their charging your account $85.95. Very disappointed..
All I am asking is a refund for $85.95.

It sounds as though the business intends to refund the money they charged, so if that happens, I will be content with your fixing the problem. Thank you Revdex.com for following up on this. I do believe the requirements should be largely labeled on both the order blank (not the tiny concditions they discussed) AND it should be clearly labled on the package that is sent to the customer. The package didn't even have directions for use of the product OR a phone number where the product could be cancelled within 14 days. It also had no warning that you would be charged after 14 days. Seems like false advertising to me, since there was no way to reject the amount within the 14 days with no contact information. However, I am VERY thankful that Revdex.com followed up on this and apparently, will get my money back. I will be checking my bank account to see if this, indeed, does take place, and I also promise NEVER to order anything on line again.

I completely agree that the terms and conditions are outlined all over the website, and at check out.  However, it also states that IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE YOUR 14 DAYS YOU CAN KEEP THE PRODUCT BUT PAY THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING.   I cancelled my product within 14 days AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED 50% OF THE COST OF THE MONTHLY PRODUCT; THAT IS NOT SHIPPING AND HANDLING ONLY!!!!!    Also, it states in the terms and conditions that you can call and cancel withing 14 days, however it DOES NOT STATE THAT YOU MUST CALL SEPARATE NUMBERS, even thought the product came from the same address together!!!!  Your terms and conditions are misleading at best!!!

This is a skam! They advertise a SAMPLE sent for the price of shipping. Instead they send the full size and charge you $94.90 each. I spoke with [redacted] on the customer service line who told me (in a very polite way) too bad!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. They told me a manager wasnt available to talk to every time that I called.
They also said that the shipping charges went directly to UPS (lmao) and that the order had already been processed and shipped... on a Sunday night... at 9pm. SMH.
I havent been scammed in years, but these fools tried to get me. They should be shut down immediately.

Applied online to be billed for shipping and handling and was put on auto ship. My acct. was debited for $85.95. After much argument and thread of reporting to the AG's office I was told to return the skincare product for a full credit to my acct. Now l have to see if I have a problem with getting my acct credited after it is returned! I was offered a discount down to $14.71 with no return but I would not accept the offer. Bad way of doing business!!

I ordered a sample supply of eye cream and face cream one for 4.95 and the other for 5.95. Nowhere was there any statement that there would be monthly charges to my credit card for a "monthly" supply of both creams at $85.95 each!!!!!. I just looked at my recent credit card statement and there was one charge already and two pending (as well as 3 declined). I am calling my credit card company in the morning to dispute these charges. I have already called the company and they deny there were three charges but did say they would credit back two of them after I told them I was reporting them as a fraudulent company to my credit card company.
In my opinion, this company is a scam.
