What a ripe-off. they adverise free samples-just pay shipping. just called to cancel and they are charging my card an additional $39+.

Review: I want my money back 89.95 false advertisement for 2 oz cream that was nothing but cold cream and water.

It was only a one time trialDesired Settlement: Want my $89.95 refunded due to false advertisement

Review: I ordered a risk free trial of NuPlenish Skin products through the internet. I paid $1.95 for the skin trial and $5.95 for the eye trial. Nowhere was it stated that I would be charged the HUGE amounts of $85.95 and $89.95 within two weeks of ordering the trials. In fact, the information on the face cream container states that "results will be visible after two weeks of continued used". AFTER two weeks, but I was charged within 10 days of receiving the products!! AND the products did not improve the look of the face and eye area one bit and they felt very greasy. This is a SCAM. When I noticed the charge of $85.95 on my account on Friday, 10/23/15, I immediately tried to call the company on their supposedly "7 days a week 24 hours a day" phone line and just got a recording and then a hang-up. I repeatedly called during the weekend with the same results. The next charge of $89.95 showed up on Monday, 10/26. I was finally able to speak to a live person on that Monday morning, and I complained about both charges. I was offered a 15% reduction, then a 25% reduction, then a 50% reduction... I would still owe over $85.00!! I even offered to return the product in person to their Santa Ana location, but was told "no". I do not owe anything other than the first charges of $1.95 and $5.95 for the trial of these products that do not work!! I have disputed these charges through VISA and have cancelled the card to ensure no further charges would be accrued through this company.Desired Settlement: I want the $85.95 and the $89.95 to be taken off of my VISA charges, and I want my account with this SCAM company cancelled.

Hello,

Review: I, am 76 yrs old, I order a free samples online not knowing you have 14 days before they start auto shipping, Today in checking my bank account I found 2 withdrawals for $89.95. On calling Customer service I was told that I only have 14, some of the mailing time was also counted, they would not credit the money back to my account. I did finally get them to cancel my account. But they said it is not their practice to make refunds. They finally did say they could refund 15%. I have called my bank twice today and they are aware of the problem. It seems this is a regular practice of offering a sample of a product and then automatically put you on auto shipment.

I don't know if you can help but at least I want to make sure I have filed the complaint.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get refund of [email protected] and to make you aware that a business in your area is not operating correctly. Thank You

Hello,

Review: I saw that for $1.95 I could order NuPlenish Skin so did but then was forced to order NuPlenish Eye for an additional charge to my credit card $5.95. I got an email that both products would be shipped to me. I called to cancel the products and to complain that I was billed for a second product without my agreement to that. I thought one call would do it but turns out there is a different number for NuPlenish Eye as supposedly they are different companies. I tried to cancel my account not knowing I had to cancel two accounts. I told them I did not want the products as I never had agreed to pay for the eye product. However today got emails that both were being shipped to me. The only thing that could be done was to get a RMA number which I got so now after getting the product will have to go to the PO to return it to get a refund. They wanted to charge me for a month of the skin and eye product - skin for $42.71 and eye for some amount under $20. Can't remember but I never wanted a one month supply - wanted the free skin product so it is all a scam.Desired Settlement: I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to cancel the order and the shipment and saying I had never agreed to wanting the eye product. I feel my credit card was abused and want compensation for my time and trust. I would like $1000 compensation for this misuse of my card and my trust.

Review: This company had an ad on [redacted] promoting a " free trial" of their product. It stated that one only needed to pay shipping and handling($4.95), and they could try the product for free. They had many celebrities such as [redacted] and others saying it was a miracle product. I ordered the eye cream and the face cream. The eye cream burned my eyes, made the skin red, raw and puffy. I've noticed nothing with the other. The worst part is I received ANOTHER jar of the skin cream 2 weeks later. I didn't order this nor did I agree to it (I read ALL the small print and it says nothing of buying more). I looked at my credit card statement and noticed a charge for $95.00!!! For 15 mliias, 0.5 oz!! I am shocked! They sent NO information on how to get a hold of them. Help!Desired Settlement: This company is a scam. I want my money back and they need to be stopped or at least let the consumer know what's going on.

Review: The Price to be charged for the product after the trial period was never disclosed and was charged before the trial period was over. Customer service stated they would not issue a refund even though the amount was charged before the trial period ended. They stated the trial period of two weeks started at the time the order was placed and not at the time of the shipment and then charged for a "full month supply" AND the introductory two week trial price with no option for a return or refund. If there was a charge for two weeks, then there shouldn't also be a charge for a full month, it would equal an introductory two week charge and half of a month, otherwise you are paying for a month supply plus the two week trial for only a month of product. Additionally there is no information on the Packing list, there are two different phone numbers and email addresses, no prices, no dates, no invoice number, no address. It looks like someone printed it up on their home computer.Desired Settlement: They need to inform customers how much and when they will be charged. They also cannot over charge adding a two week trial price to a month's price. I would also like a refund if not for the two week trial price, for the full month price.

Hello,

Review: This company offers a 30 day trial for a very low price. It tells you you need to cancel within 15 days to not incur the $85 charge for the product you received. The 30 day supply lasted about 2 days and I cancelled immediately (I have an email from 5 days after I received the product) I still got charged by them and a sister company with the same business practices totaling about $170.00 and am looking to get credited that amount. I have tried several times and was told that I did not follow their terms and conditions which are pretty clear. The amount of the eye (and body) cream sent was such a small amount and was misrepresented on the website.Desired Settlement: I just want the credit I am owed that was charged by this company in a deceitful way - see the below transaction.

Hello,

Review: Placed an order for a "free"trial on 05/11/2015.Received ONE email 05/12/2015 with ONE tracking code. Received the product in two different packages with the same packing brochure. Tried the product had a severe allergic reaction. Looked on the website for more information, found out I had to send ONE email to ONE place so they dont charge me ONE FEE. I sent it before the 14 days. That is clearly false advertisement to indicate to a person to do something, charge them then tell them no you have to send it to two different companies. On 05/26/2015 I was charged $89.95 for a product that was a "FREE" trial. I called to dispute the charge because I followed there terms and conditions. They tell me no its a different entity and I would have to call a different place to have the skin cream cancelled. I called but they were not trying to help out at all no customer service at all no resolution nothing.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the amount they deducted for a "free trial"

I want my money returned. I cancelled their service.

I want my money back I did not authorize anything except a "free trial" that caused a severe allergic reaction.

I would appreciate help with getting my money back

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. They told me a manager wasnt available to talk to every time that I called.

They also said that the shipping charges went directly to UPS (lmao) and that the order had already been processed and shipped... on a Sunday night... at 9pm. SMH.

I havent been scammed in years, but these fools tried to get me. They should be shut down immediately.

Review: I recently ordered FREE samples of two products from a company called NuPlenish on 12/17/15. I received them on 12/20/15. On 12/31/15 I incurred two charges to my account: 1 for $85.95 & 1 for $89.95. I immediately called the company and spoke with [redacted] who informed me that the policy stated that on the 14th day, if I did not cancel, I would be charged the fees. What they do not tell you is that the 14 days begin when you ORDER them not when you RECEIVE them. I said I wanted to cancel immediately which he said was fine but I would be charged full price for the products I already had. I said I wanted to be credited for the full amount of $175.90 since I felt their advertising practices were at best guestionable.[redacted] responded that that would be impossible. I stated I would send the products back. He said that was not a viable option. After several minutes on the phone with him to no satisfaction I hung up and called my bank. I immediately stopped payment of these charges and cancelled my credit card. I would just like to register my complaint with you and expose this company for the fraud they are.Desired Settlement: Register complaint and discontinue current misleading advertising.

Review: On July 21, 2015, I placed an Internet order from NuPlenish for a sample of both their skin cream for $4.95 and eye cream for $5.95 as a14 day sample with no obligation or mention of any future purchases. The above referenced fees were charged to my Capital One MasterCard and my products arrived on July 28, 2013. On today, August 7, 2015, I was reviewing my transactions before heading out to do back to school shopping for my grandkids and noticed that (2) charges had been placed on my credit card account without my knowledge and permission!!! One was for Eye Stimulate dated 8/4/2015 at a cost of $89.95 and the other was for Skin Revive dated 8/5/2015 at a cost of $ 85.95. I immediately found the customer service phone number for NuPlenish and placed a call to them to resolve this issue. I was afforded the opportunity to talk a

male Representatve after a 20 minute wait time and I explained to him that there was no authorization given to further charge my

Credit Card after the initial Shipping and Handling fees were

assessed on July 21, 2015!!! The Representatve stated rather rudely that I had to have agreed on the monthly amount before I received the Sample/trial offer!! I reinterated that I knew nothing of any other fees being charged to my Credit Card after using their product for 14 days. Since I didn't receive the product until July 28th, August 4th & 5th would not have been 14 days, anyway!! The representative stated that he would cancel any future orders but would return the $85.95 & $89.95 that was charged to my Credit Card!! At that point I told the Representatve that they were mispresenting their product by false advertisement and scamming hard-working individuals out of their money which was not acceptable to me. At that point there was no need for further discussion so I just hung up the phone. There was no stated agreement to purchase or pay for anything other than the initial trial

samples!!! This is False Advertisement and unacceptable!!Desired Settlement: My only outcome would be for NuPlenish to fully return the charges of $85.95 and $89.95 back to my Capital One credit card as soon as possible!!!

Hello,

Review: I ordered a trial sample of this skin cream. I did not receive it. It cost 4.95$ yesterday my bank account was debited 94.20 for an "auto shipment" of this product. There was no fine print or auto ship language on the online order form. I tried to call the 800 number listed on my bank debit, but there was just a recorded voice asking me to press 1 to cancel my order. I then received an email stating my order has been cancelled. I have had to cancel my debit card and need now to go to the bank for paperwork. I am 100% disabled and this is no easy task. This company is an expensive scam.Desired Settlement: I want my $94.20 credited back to my account and this scam stopped.

Response:

This is an addendum to my initial complaint number [redacted]. I did not have all the correct information it appears. my apologies. This company has in fact billed me now three times for products I did not ask for and have not received. I initially requested a trial size of this skin cream and was billed $4.95 for that. There was no language on their website stating that the product would automatically be renewed and billed. My bank account was debited $4.95 initially. I did not receive the product, although correspondence with the company tells me it was. My account was then debited $89.95 14 days later on July 17th, which I was unaware of until I called them today and went over charges line by line. It was then debited again on August 15th, which is what my original complaint to you was about. The company bills under different names each time, and the charge in July was called LMI Skin Solutions and I missed it on my statement for some reason. This company now claims I have an order in the mail. If and when I ever receive it, I will return it immediately.I want the charges of $89.95 and $94.90 refunded to my account. I also want this very deceptive scam to change their online con game, if possible. They can keep their $4.95 for the trial size I ordered and never received. That I did knowingly pay for.

Review: MY wife ordered a so called free sample, when the rong product showed up she called the business and canceled.and then the business sent her another order of products she didn't order, and made a electronic withdrawal without confirmation. When she called to return the product for refund, they were not willing to give her one.Desired Settlement: All we want is a refund and them to remove her card from there system and not send anymore products.

Response:

Hello,

Review: Fraud, the company runs fraudulent commercials offering samples for the cost of shipping. The samples never arrive, but full jars of the products do and you are charge a whopping 89.95 for each jar. They claim somewhere it is written you have five days to decide if you like the product. If you do not you can send them back and receive a full refund. If you do not request a refund you are enrolled in their auto shipping program.

Sending samples must not have been profitable for them or after using the samples people saw no visible difference. The photos of restored skin are very impressive in their commercial. I know I could make a decision on weather or not to keep $190.00 in face creams in a few days. I know I could see immediate results in a few days, NOT.

If you Google the name that shows up on your credit card because you have no idea who made the charges on your credit card you will find they have used or are using several different secondary named companies.

The moral of story, never purchase anything from a television commercial. Chances are very high there are some unscrupulous strings attached. If you feel you must purchase do your research first. Goggle the company first and see what pops up.

After you contact the Revdex.com write the FTC. We need the government to tighten the rules on television advertising. The FTC might take some kind of action against this company if they receive enough complaints. Nu Wave ovens and cooktops had to sell because they dug themselves into a huge hole defrauded customers.

Use the number posted above, demand a refund. Ask for a confirmation number, they would not give me one, but [redacted] claims I am receiving a full refund, I am out of their "PROGRAM" and I do not have to mail their full size products back. If I do not see a refund posted within a weeks time I will be back and revise my statement.

Stay away from this company.Desired Settlement: Honest, full disclosure television selling.

I filed a complaint, I am trying to update my complaint, but your system will not let me. I received my refund and wanted to let the Revdex.com now.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

I ordered skin and eye creams, for a promotion to try it free for 2 weeks with only one payment for shipping. Not once through the order it was mentioned that if I don't want this product they will charge me $37 for each - which it promotional price. When I tried to discuss this option over the phone and point out that it's misrepresentation of the "free" trial, they claimed that if I return a product, then they will not charge me anything at all. I ask for a shipping label, since I am not satisfied with a quality, and was suggested to pay for it. Otherwise, promotional charge will be on my credit card. That is how the business conducted, SCAM big time. Regarding quality, didn't like the skin cream, heavy, not absorbing very well, definitely not for the day time and even at night - didn't like the feeling of it. Eye cream is as well, nothing special, my vote goes for Oxitokin - liked it a lot, much better quality. In overall, be careful to place an order with them - problems with not a great product.

Ordered free trial with only shipping cost of 10.90. After recieving email for order confirmation I saw I would also be charged 85.00 for 2 more automatic orders from account. Called 10mins after ordering to cancel order and was told I couldn't get a refund on charges due to it being already shipped on a Sunday 10mins after order

The only complaint I have is they give you a 14 day trial. Which I was charged in 14 days. But by the time you received in the mail which took 4 days that leaves you 11 days to try it which is not enough time to see results. Before you know it their charging your account $85.95. Very disappointed..

All I am asking is a refund for $85.95.

Review: I purchased NuPlenish skin cream online as a free sample and my credit card was charged $ 4.95 on May 21, 2015. I did not see anywhere that I was paying $89.95 for a ‘sample’. It turned out that I was charged $89.95 for this sample. I accepted it as my mistake and since I didn’t like the product, I assumed that I’m done with this company.

I was out of country from July 8 until August 18 for business. When I came back home, I found two more deliveries from the same company. I didn’t ask to be enrolled in what they call ‘auto-delivery program. In fact, I already tried to cancel my ‘participation’ in this scam before my trip to Europe but they are prepared not to take calls from their customers. Basically as soon as they got customer’s credit card number, they create all possibilities to make a customer a victim of the scam.

Today, on August 19th, I spent a lot of time actively trying to reach the company on the phone: [redacted]. It took a lot of efforts and it was very confusing to find out how to cancel my not-voluntary participation in their auto-delivery program. It took time and efforts to reach them and go through all options such as ‘incredible advantage’ of buying the same product for ‘discount price’. This company is a fraud and we have to stop them.

One this is that the product doesn’t work. The aggressive way of delivering it and charging potential victims who ordered just a sample is called a scam. It’s very hard to get out of this scam especially in my case, since I traveled for 6 weeks, I wasn’t able to find out that they kept sending me the product.Desired Settlement: I'd like to stop this scam.

I'd also like to receive refund for two last deliveries which I didn't order and keep these two creams unopened. They are in their original package and I'd be glad to send them back since I din't like the product and didn't ask for a delivery.

I also would be very happy never ever receive any products from them for any 'discount' price. Today I was able to cancel the automatic delivery on the phone with automatic voice and got email with a confirmation of cancellation of their delivery. I'm afraid that even after that these people might find a way to charge my card.

It's a shame and it has to be stopped.

Thanks for your consideration and time! I hope that you can help me and other customers.
