This is an internet scam! Tried to cancel, gave me trouble. Wanted to return the unopened product, can't do it. I'm disputing with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY......THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM!!!

I requested the 30 day free trial and paid the shipment however if you are not satisfied with the product you have to cancel within 15 days (how can you possibly see the results they claim and cancel before the 15 days).

I forgot to cancel and they charged me $85.95 & $89.95 (for the free trial). They charged the same amounts again and when I called to explain what happened and that I hadn't received the shipment they were charging me for, they would not cooperate. I also explained that I wanted to return the unopened cream they had just sent but they refused to refund me. The agent tried to get me to agree to a 50%refund!

What I found "funny" is that their advertisement says, "why pay for expensive creams?..."

Review: The NuPlenish program has a 14 day trial period, which is actually about 9 days due to shipping. If a cancellation is not received within the 14 days, essentially the full charge of the product is levied... but labeled as a membership fee of $89.

Factually this is just not enough time to trial the product and cancel.

My trial started 9/2/2015, and the first shipment arrived 9/7/2015 and would have been due to cancel 9/16/2015.

Unfortunately, I also was enrolled in the "auto ship" part of the NuPlenish program, having not canceled within the trial period and this cost me another month's fee for service and product shipment.

This is defined in the fine print of the company's web site... which becomes very apparent after the fact.

I am asking for a waiver of the $89 first month membership fee due to unrealistic cancellation constraints.

Thank you,Desired Settlement: Waiver of $89 membership fee for first month service.

Hello,

Review: I ordered a trial size sample of two products from NuPlenish. The website states that the trial sizes are 4.95 and 5.95 each and that there is no further obligation as long as the subscription is cancelled. While reviewing my VISA statement I found out the company had charged me 85.95 and 89.95 additional for both of these products. There was no mention on the website that this would occur. I was told I would not be refunded my money, so I am bringing this up through the Revdex.com. I can see that this happens frequently to other people and I am not willing to accept anything other than a full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $175.90 as soon as possible.

Hello,

Review: Over six weeks ago, I saw an ad for NuPlenish skin care product on-line. The ad said I would get a free 14-day trial of the skin product. I never received the sample, but I was billed for the shipping cost ($4.95) on June 1 on my bank statement. I was then billed $89.95 on June 16 for more product, I assume, which I also never received. I called my bank to dispute the charge(s) and they gave me the phone number for NuPlenish, for which they had received a number of complaints regarding charges. To this day, I have not received any product(s). I called NuPlenish at 888-617-6458 (my bank gave me the phone number) and cancelled any further product. I had no idea I had signed up for a membership of any kind!Desired Settlement: refund

Hello,

This business is an all out scam. They use slight of hand to sell their product. They advertise a trial of their product for $4.95 but do not disclose that if you don't return the product in 14 days that you will be charged an additional $89.95. Then they will continue to send you the product every month for $95. They would not refund the 1st $95 I had to pay and I had to fight to get the 2nd $95. And only because I did not open the package and told them I had already sent it back return to sender did they finally agree to refund me once they receive the product. I am a single mom who can not afford $95 a month eye cream. I feel tricked and taken advantage of. Stay away from this business is the best advice I can give.

Review: I signed up for a free trial with this company with two products. The first product I received in a timely manner the second product, I was unable to locate. On July 18, 2015 I was charged two different charges one of $85.95 the other of $89.95. I called the company to receive a refund because I did not authorize those payments. I told the representative that I had not received one of the packages and he told me it was delivered on July 11, 2015. I was able to track down the package however, I had not been able to try the products. I requested a refund and also told them I could return both packages sealed and unopened. I was told that the maximum refund I could receive was 50% of what was taken out of my account, since it was after the 14 day trial period. When signing up I wasn't aware that the trial started before receiving the products, and one of the products I wasn't able to locate until the day I was charged. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told due to high volume calls they would have to put me on a list. I also requested for information to someone superior to the supervisor and was told they couldn't disclose that information. I have both products, unopened available for return.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of 175.90 as of now they have issued 87.96 back to my account. I would like the remaining 87.94 issued back to my account.

Hello,

Review: Ordered Nuplenish skin 14 day free trial on 5/9/15 with $4.95 shipping and at checkout was offer Nuplenish eye for the same 14 day free trial with $5.95 shipping. I cancelled the order by the 14th day and received a confirmation email and cancellation order number . I also called both phone number on 5/23/15 and received a recorded message that stated my order has been cancelled. Once I received my credit card statement in June I saw that I was charged $89.95 by Skinstimulate (Nuplenish skin) and $85.95 by Eyefresh (Nuplenish eye) on 5/23/15. I called the # on the order and was told I could now cancel and receive a 15% discount on the product. I told them I didn't receive anything and to cancel and refund my credit card. After going back and forth the customer service for a half hour I told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor. None was available but that they would call me back. Surprisingly enough they did call later that day and I was told I would receive a full refund (which I did on 6/21/15). Then I called Nuplenish eye (Eyefresh) and went through the same thing. They told me they were a different company and that I didn't notify them within the 14 days - which I did on 5/23/15. After getting nowhere with the customer service representative I asked for a supervisor - none were available and they would call me back. I did not hear from anyone and was charged another $91.90 on 6/22/15. I called again on 6/29/15 and asked again for a supervisor and still no response other than cancelling order and getting a 15% discount on items already charged. I feel this company is fraudulent in there practices and I want my credit card refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded for $85.95 and $91.90 for items not ordered and my account closed.

Hello,

Review: I was being cheated by this company. They advertised as Risk Free Trial. They shipped the Order on June 8, and I had not recieved the product until June 11 th. I called the customer service on June 20 , when I saw that I was charged for the amount of $85.95 for the sample which was advertised as free. Customer Service lady mentioned that I should have cancelled it within 14 days, and all she can do is to guve ne 15% discount. Although it was not ckearly stated in their Ad, it is still not 14 days from the day it was shipped by company. I am being charged fradulently by this company. Please help! I need them to REFUND ME the whole amount of $85.95.

Hello,

Review: Saw ad for NuPlenish Skin Care on Facebook offering a "free" sample. It showed the product as something that would improve upper arm sagginess. I went on line to order ($4.95 for "shipping & handling"...I hit a button to continue (thought it would get me to checkout) &it automatically added the NuPlenish Eye Serum ($5.95 s/h). I couldn't find a way to delete that, so I proceeded to checkout. I then called Customer Service & asked them to remove the Eye Serum from my order. After several minutes trying to understand the C/S rep I got frustrated & gave up, not knowing if the product had been removed or not....it had not! I received both shipments. The skin care was so poorly labeled (extremely tiny print on clear plastic) I truly could not even find the information until the next day when I looked at the jar in the sunlight! The only information on flyer in package gave NO info on how to use, how often to use, & it was only promoting the Eye Serum. On the jar of Skin Care the directions said to "spread generously on skin until absorbed" results should be visible in 2 wks. The jar holds .5 oz. hard to imagine being able to spread generously on arms for 2 wks...just not enough product. I called to cancel my account before they sent more & was told I MUST return the unused portion (at my expense) or the acct wouldn't be canceled & I would receive more product & be charged the full price of $89.00. Now this "FREE" sample fiasco has cost me $4.95 + $5.95 (for a sample I didn't want) + the cost of returning the unused product. I feel like I have been scammed & I feel very nervous that they have my credit card info. Also I spoke to 3 different C/S reps & could hardly understand any of them. I think the company does this purposely to discourage customers from canceling their accts. it is just too much trouble to deal with this co. so they have you feeling you are caught between a rock & a hard place! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS CO.Desired Settlement: Refund of $5.95 for product I didn't want and refund of my cost to return the "free sample"......I would also like them to be more up front on the requirement to return the "FREE" sample or discontinue that practice.....what are they going to do with it? Repackage & send out again to some other trusting sucker??

Hello,

Review: Answered an ad on the web for Nu-Plenish trial eye crème and skincare. Price was for

freight of 4.95 and 5.95, however, on Oct 3rd I was charged 89.95 and 85.95. I called

the phone number on my credit card charge on sunday November 1st. I spoke a

supervisor named DIM in customer service. He was very rude to me. I asked him how

many oz the samples were and he told me they were 2 oz. He lied as I had the bottles in

front of me and they were 0.50 oz. He told me that was not so. Before I spoke with him

I cancelled with an automatic recording and then spoke with DIM. I do not think I should

have to pay these 2 charges. I should only have to pay the freight for these samples.

Any help you can give me would be appreciated. I see others have also complained about

this company. Thank you. Anna MarieDesired Settlement: I think they should not falsely advertise their products.

Hello,

Review: I purchased a trial of the NuPlenish skin care product today for $4.95 but when I was billed there was an additional eye serum product that was added to the order for $5.95 as well as a charge of $42.71 for some eye package. I never agreed to the purchase of this product nor was there ever a confirmation email of this charge, it wasn't until I checked my bank account that I realized I had been charged the additional $42.71. I called immediately (within 10 minutes) to cancel the order but was told that the order had already shipped and that I would have to return the product (at my own expense) to get credit. This is definitely a scam and I have no confidence that I will ever get the credit for the product plus I have the additional hassel and expense of sending the product back when it gets here.Desired Settlement: I would like a total refund of the $5.95 for the eye serum + $42.71 for the eye package + whatever my shipping cost is to return the product. I would also like others to be aware of the business practices of this company because I would hate for anyone else to be taken advantage of.

Review: On Aug 4 I ordered what I believed was a sample eye and face cream, supposedly for shipping only. I can no longer locate the web site. The pkg arrived with no contact information whatsoever, in plain packaging. The product was defective, causing terrible rashes but I had no way to contact the company. Today there are two charges on my credit card in the amounts of 86 and 89 dollars. I called my bank and they gave me a phone number for two differen t companies. I reached someone who speaks broken English who told me I agreed to these charges which I most definitely did not. This is nothing but a scam and fraud!!!

Also, please be aware that it was statedin the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full 30 days for the trial bottle ifthey didn't cancel before the 14 days was over. After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus shipping and handling. Usually, thecustomer must receive and RMA number from the customer service department to return the productand they will then receive a refund. Review: Obviously a scam I read about this product on [redacted] and ordered it online for my wife. I gave them my debit card (dumb on my part) They said the trial sample would be $4.95 and for shipping they would send a companion product for her eyes so I agreed. $4.95 & $5.95 14 days later they hit my card for $89.95 & $81.95. No where was it said that if I did not like the product I could call and cancel within 14 days, otherwise, I would be billed the above listed full price. The lower price was the privilege of "trying" the product. On 10/13 my card was hit again and this time for $94.90 & $91.90, which I did NOT authorize. I called and had my debit card cancelled and then called and had the order cancelled, which they refused to do saying I did not call within the 30 day time limit (of which I knew nothing).Desired Settlement: Because $171.90 and $186.80 was fraudulently taken out of my bank account without my permission I want it put back into my bank. These products caused facial discomfort and swelling under my eyes.

Hello,

Review: Ordered a free sample online which stated that you only were to pay the shipping and handling fee of $4.95. Received the sample on May 5th and today there was a charge posted on our credit card for $85.95. Called the service department and the associate claims that the item was not "free" as advertised. There was no place on the website that indicated there would be any additional charges or even an amount. I find the advertising misleading and borderline fraudulent. The service associate claims that that information was on the Terms and Conditions tab at the bottom and that after 14 days from order the amount would be charged. This information was not visible anywhere during the order process.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $85.95 and cancellation of any further charges.

Review: In June I ordered some NuPlenish eye cream as well as face cream. As soon as I received the order I called to cancel my account so that I would not be automatically enrolled in the recurring monthly subscription. When I called the customer service number I received an automatic recording that stated you can press 1 to cancel your account. I pressed 1 and went through the motions the system stated my account was canceled and I would only be charged 35.00. However on June 22nd 2015 I was charged 85.95 on my credit card billed and charged again 91.80 on July 22nd 2015. I called customer service and was told that when I used the automated system it only canceled one account that if I wanted to cancel both I had to actually call and speak to someone. No where in their terms and conditions does it state this fact. Also there recording does not state that you must call and speak to a customer service rep in order to cancel both accounts.. Both products came together from the same company. Any normal person would assume you only have one account. NuPlenish is cheating consumers by using deceptive business practices.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the 89.95 and the 91.80 that were fraudulently charged to my account after I had already canceled my account.

Review: I purchased (for 4.95 to cover shipping costs) what I thought was a FREE SAMPLE of Nuplenish skin care cream in a SMALL, SAMPLE SIZED, container. I received said sample portion of skin cream a short time later. Today, July 17, 2015, I went to pay a bill and received an "insufficient funds" notice. I checked my account on line and saw a debit of $89.95 made by Nuplenish. Never, anywhere, did it say they would charge me anything further...this was supposed to be a "free sample" just the cost of shipping and handling, no further obligation!!! Never did it say, I would be charged $89.95 for a tiny, sample sized, portion of skin care cream. I called customer service and was on the phone at least 30 minutes..finally I was offered a refund of 15% of the purchase price. This is unacceptable...I am seeking 100% of the purchase price as the ad was not clear and very misleading!!!Desired Settlement: Requesting a 100% refund of amount debited directly from my bank account

Hello,

Review: I ordered their free trial last spring for a $4.99 shipping charge,I then received a jar the following month and saw they had taken the money off of my debit card with no notice and I quickly cancelled since I couldn"t afford it.Now 7 months later they again took $97.00 off my debit card on Nov 12,13 2015 and I receive a order on Nov 16. I sent an email to customer service they replied and told me to call for an RMA#.When I did I was basically told they could not refund my money, plus denied that I had cancelled 7 months ago.I was told that I had just cancelled the date of Nov 14 when I sent the email of this last rip off.Desired Settlement: I want the money put back on my debit card and no further dealings with them.

Review: I saw the ad on my computer for a sample of their eye and skin care recommended by Dr. ** for a sample for $5.95 and $4.95. After receiving the merchandise, they billed my credit card for $85.95 and $89.95 in January. Then they sent me another order, I called my credit card to stop payment. I was told that I had to pay for the first billing, and was told that I was billed $94.90 and $91.90 for February. I called NuPlenish to cancel my account and asked for a refund. NuPlenish told me that the $4.95 and $5.95 were shipping charges and would only refund me $85.95 and $89.95. They won't let me return the merchandise for a refund. I feel this is a scam and would like my money back. I opened the first shipment and am allergic to the products. The second order is syill unopened in case I can send it back for a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like them to be prosecuted for false advertising and a complete refund and my account cancelled with no more billing.
