I am rejecting this response because: I feel that NuWave LLC is responsible despite it may have been bought through some other business. It is still their product whether  you buy it in [redacted] or any other store! Too boot, whatever store does sell this item, they are not responsible for misleading the consumer about the health risks, NuWave is! The company has offered to exchange this product. However, why would I want to exchange this product with another? It seems that other products they sell also have health risks. For example, their NuWave Tabletop Oven can not be used by individuals who are on oxygen and I was informed by their Representative. Despite their rules and regulations they should reimburse me in full! This is truly an awful company and a misleading one!

No, this is not acceptable on my end for various reasons. I can purchase a new unit for 99 and free shipping. They are charging 60 plus 17 in shipping leaving it a difference of only 20 something dollars. I do not feel that as a customer I should have to pay anything when it is clear their initial model had issues which is why they updated the new model . Same complaints have been noted by a lot of customers.

We have a 90 day money back guarantee of the product price less Processing and Handling (P&H).   At this time, we have offered to issue a full refund of $234.60 (including the P&H), however all items will have to be returned at your own expense. reviewed your account and noticed that on July 8, 2017, you have placed an order for our NuWave Oven. The oven has a one year top to bottom warranty from the date of purchase.   At this time, in order to ensure customer satisfaction, we have honored a warranty replacement for the dome. that lists all the information required to take proper care of the pans. This manual contains information on how to wash the items, take care of the stains, the type of materials that one must avoid, maximum temperature, and even proper storage techniques.    In addition, the pans have a 10-Year Limited Warranty, which is described on our manual as “The product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use for 10 years for the cookware (coating not included).”   Nonetheless, in order to ensure customer satisfaction, we are offering to make an exception and replace the damaged pan under warranty.  However, the customer would be responsible for any shipping fees incurred, as also stated in the manual.   If you are interested in processing a replacement under this one-time exception please contact me directly at the number listed below.
