Today is 03/28/2016, and I still haven't talked to any one from On Corp US Incor received my refund checkI was told on 02/25/that my refund would be mailed out the first week of March due to they ONLY PRINT CHECKS the first week of the monthI have called almost everyday to see if I would be able to talk to someone about my refund, however no one answer and I've also left over voice messagesStill no phone call, email or check in the mailI've been waiting to resolve this issue since 12/06/I've also tried call the accounting department as well, as On Corp US Inc ONLY have one number for us to callPer*** reply on behave of On Corp US Incon 03/25/I would receive a phone call, AGAIN still no return call just to give me an updateI would love nothing more than to put this behind me and move onThis has been the worst EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a business in my life. I'm still without a TV and making payments on a $RCA TV that only worked for daysI would appreciate if after all this time and the run around they would OVERNIGHT my check to me.]

Our policy does not allow us to overnight a television, the cost to overnight ship a TV goes way above the cost of a replacement with regular shipping.
This is not something we do and will never doThe customer has the choice of a refund if preferred but
refunds are cut once a month at the beginning of each month.
The customer would need a copy of the purchase receipt and would be waiting until the first week of October to receive a refund check.
We will continue working with the customer until a resolution is foundThank you,

Fedex did pick up the TV yesterday as they gave me no notification of scheduled time for pick upI was just fortunate that someone else was home when Fedex arrived. They had told me twice before (12/and 12/31) that the TV would be picked up on those days but no such pick up was madeNow the question is if they will honor the warranty after such poor customer service and will the replacement arrive in a respectable time, if at all. I did receive a phone call from them yesterday afternoonThey said they are sending a refurbished TV(which I am not very happy with, but have no choice), and that I can return mine with the box the TV comes inI will let you know the outcome, or if further complaints need to be madei am not very confident that they will follow through with sending the TVThey said they would call with a tracking number for me to be able to track the packageNo phone call was received today. consumer and ask him to look at his manual or the product to ensure this is the correct model numberIf in fact it is please send this complaint to the correct manufacturer for resolutionThank you

This customer was contacted on 06/regarding us providing a refund check instead of a replacement TV through SearsThe customer responded on 06/stating that was what she would like to doThe refund check was processed for the month of July, since refund checks are processed once a monthCurrently the boxes are in the middle of shippingOnce the customer returns or has the TV at least picked up by FedEx the refund check will be able to be mailed to herIf she is able to find a box instead of waiting for the warehouse to ship a box she may also do that and let us know, so we can schedule a pick up for her

The company now wants to replace/fix the television however I would like my money backI feel that I will have this issue again or it will be replaced with a refurbished televisionAlso this situation has been going on so long and with them not responding I have purchased another television to replace the broken oneI am requesting a full refund for the television
