Dear Revdex.com, If the customer is refusing the replacement TV, through a [redacted] store location. We can provide a refund check for the amount the TV was purchased for including sales tax to the customer. The customer will need to return her RCA TV in order for the check to be  mailed to her home address. We will also contact this customer to explain to her these terms as well. Kind Regards,

Dear Revdex.com, The customer has stated she wants a refund check not a replacement as the warranty states. Therefore we need a copy of her sales receipt for the accounting department to issue a check for the amount the customer paid on the TV including sales tax. Without a copy of the sales receipt we will be unable to process a refund check.  Kind Regards,

Hello, This is the information [redacted] provided me, this is a copy and paste of her last email. Also, I was not home at the time but Fedex did pick up the TV yesterday as they gave me no notification of scheduled time for pick up. I was just fortunate that someone else was home when Fedex...

arrived.  They had told me twice before (12/23 and 12/31) that the TV would be picked up on those days but no such pick up was made. As stated per email we are stating awaiting for them to get the service information they claimed happened in Spring of 2012. We have reached out to the service provide we use and they are not able to find any information on this customer.Please have the customer provide the service work order from when the customer claims to have had a technician out to service the TV and determine the TV had a defect. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Problem: I opened an case with the Revdex.com ABOUT THIS COMPANY SELLING ME AND OLD TELEVISION AND REFUSING TO FIX IT OR REFUND MY MONEY. After several attempts and sending the company everything the request they agreed to refund me my money however now they refuse to respond to me again. Me [redacted] has been my primary contact however I have attempted to email and call him and the company numerous times and I can not get an response. Desired Outcome: I want the refund that they promised as well as for them to pick up the broken television.

She was offered a refund check, we informed her we needed a copy of the sales receipt sent to us. So that we may refund for the amount she paid on the TV including sales tax. We have not...

received that copy of the sales receipt to provide her with a refund check. We do not carry retailers receipts when customers purchase items. We will contact her and explain to her we still need the sales receipt to provide a refund check. Kind Regards,
