Dear Revdex.com,Our policy does not allow us to overnight a television, the cost to overnight ship a TV goes way above the cost of a replacement with regular shipping. This is not something we do and will never do. The customer has the choice of a refund if preferred but refunds are cut once a month...

 Today is 03/28/2016, and I still haven't talked to any one from On Corp US Inc. or received my refund check. I was told on 02/25/2016 that my refund would be mailed out the first week of March due to they ONLY PRINT CHECKS the first week of the month. I have called almost everyday to see if I would be able to talk to someone about my refund, however no one answer and I've also left over 20 voice messages. Still no phone call, email or check in the mail. I've been waiting to resolve this issue since 12/06/2015. I've also tried call the accounting department as well, as On Corp US Inc ONLY have one number for us to call. Per[redacted] reply on behave of On Corp US Inc. on 03/25/2016 I would receive a phone call, AGAIN still no return call just to give me an update. I would love nothing more than to put this behind me and move on. This has been the worst EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a business in my life. I'm still without a TV and making payments on a $498.00 RCA TV that only worked for 2 days. I would appreciate if after all this time and the run around they would OVERNIGHT my check to me.]Regards,

Dear Revdex.com,Under the manufacture's warranty as stated in all owner's manual that come with each TV, is the warranty for replacements. Which state we replace with refurbished units.We will contact this customer to resolve any issues she feels. We will offer a refund for the purchased price of each TV...

The customer will receive a refund check within the first week of May. There is nothing we can do to change this as our policy only allows refunds to be cut once a month.

Dear Revdex.com, This customer was contacted on 06/13 regarding us providing a refund check instead of a replacement TV through Sears. The customer responded on 06/14 stating that was what she would like to do. The refund check was processed for the month of July, since refund checks are processed once a month. Currently the boxes are in the middle of shipping. Once the customer returns or has the TV at least picked up by FedEx the refund check will be able to be mailed to her. If she is able to find a box instead of waiting for the warehouse to ship a box she may also do that and let us know, so we can schedule a pick up for her.

[First off, they say "they had most recently contacted the customer by phone on 02/08/16, and by email on 02/02/16", wrong - they never contact me unless I call, or email them! Here it is the 19th of Feb., and I still don't know when they will be sending my refund! I have been calling, leaving messages, but now,  I'm not even getting a return call! They offered me the refund, and I accepted, now they just keep stringing me along......I have done everything they required me to do, such as sending them a copy of my receipt, and I even returned the TV on Thursday the 8th of January! I've done it in good faith, believing they would send me my refund. Since the day the TV stopped working - which was on December 2nd, 2015, and now, I've been getting the run around. I am out of $378.34, and no TV to show for it! I believed in this company's product enough to purchase their TV, and now this is how they treat their customers?! I want my money, and I want it NOW! We're coming up on three (3) Months and their showing me that they have no intentions of sending me my refund as promised!!!!]

This customer was spoken to on 05/19/2016, and when she stated she didnt want a replacement TV. She was offered a refund check, we informed her we needed a copy of the sales receipt sent to us. So that we may refund for the amount she paid on the TV including sales...

tax. We have not received that copy of the sales receipt to provide her with a refund check. We do not carry retailers receipts when customers purchase items. We will contact her and explain to her we still need the sales receipt to provide a refund check.

We have been in direct contact with this customer. Her refund check has already been mailed, and she has been informed of this as well. Customer states she has not received it and there is a time required to wait for the check to possibly be returned if the US mail team...

is unable to deliver it for any reason.
She has also been informed of this process. We are currently still in the 2 to 3 week time frame from when her refund check was placed in the mail on March 25th,2016.

The customer was most recently contacted by phone on February 8th, 2016, and by email on February 2nd, 2016. Our initial contact was on January 6th, 2016. We are...

processing a refund for this customer for the month of February. The customer has returned her defective television to us. The refund checks are typically printed in the first full week of the month, but they have not yet been printed for February. This is an unusual circumstance, for which we have apologized to the customer. Additionally, we have guaranteed to send the check to the customer by FedEx Overnight as soon as it is delivered to the Customer Service Department.

I opened an case with the Revdex.com ABOUT THIS COMPANY SELLING ME AND OLD TELEVISION AND REFUSING TO FIX IT OR REFUND MY MONEY. After several attempts and sending the company everything the request they agreed to refund me my money however now they refuse to respond to me again. Me [redacted] has been my primary contact however I have attempted to email and call him and the company numerous times and I can not get an response.
 
Desired Outcome: 
I want the refund that they promised as well as for them to pick up the broken television.

The customer had received the check on 11/21/2014.
When we offer refunds we do make it clear that it will take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to received the refund check in the mail.

Hello,
 
We will proceed to contacting this customer tomorrow. Seeing the explanation of how her TV fell over, it does look like a customer induced damage. If the TV originally did not come with screws, she should have contacted the store that she purchased it from immediately,...

instead of trying to set up the TV.  
Also, it seems like the problem "occurred" almost after a month from the purchase date. 
 
Thank you for letting us know about this, we will definitely take care of this issue ourselves.
