There is nothing to accept. There was no offer. I am still waiting for my TV SET to be fixed.

I opened an case through the Revdex.com about an television that this company sold to me through Sears and it was the wrong television. After numerous attempts we finally came to the conclusion in June of this year that the company would refund me my money and take the television back. After the rep [redacted] told me this it was impossible to reach to company again. So I contacted my case manager at the Revdex.com for help because he closed the case prematurely seeing that the issue was not completely resolved. In July mr [redacted] of on Corp USA stated that they were in the process of issuing my check and having a box sent to me so that I could return the television and be refunded my money. I immediately emailed him back and stated that I would send the television back myself if he sent me the address. He again never responded which is the pattern with this company. It is now aug and I have not received and response, nor boxes or and check that refunds my money. They will not give me an address to send the television to and I can not get anyone at their corporate office to answer any phone calls. I would like for my money to be sent wishing the next ten business day or contact information for their legal department as well as me [redacted] as I am prepared to start a lawsuit for their fraudulent behavior and neglect to their promise of refunding me my money in July.Desired Outcome: Money sent to me with ten business day or contact information for your legal and media department.

The customer has stated she wants a refund check not a replacement as the warranty states. Therefore we need a copy of her sales receipt for the accounting department to issue a check for the amount the customer paid on the TV including sales tax. Without a copy of the sales receipt we will be unable to process a refund check.

The Business states that they cannot help me because the warranty is out of date, and there are "no recalls or any common issues with this model".  I find this very odd considering that I have contacted the three authorized [redacted] TV repair centers in my area, ([redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]), as well as On Corp US online call center, and been told, in each case, that this was a "common issue" with this model. The fact that there has not been a recall of the model is undoubtedly due to the fact that the defect does not pose a safety risk. The fact that a major electronic componant routinely fails within two years of manufacture is not only disturbing, but indicitive of a serious flaw in the device. It does not seem like too much to request that the company stands behind their product, and repairs this issue in order to bolster good customer relations and avoid any further complaints or adverse publicity. I look forward to a speedy and favorable resolution to this issue.

The company now wants to replace/fix the television however I would like my money back. I feel that I will have this issue again or it will be replaced with a refurbished television. Also this situation has been going on so long and with them not responding I have purchased another television to replace the broken one. I am requesting a full refund for the television.

Checks have been issued and have been sent out as of this week due to the company changing banks. We had called all 205 customers expecting refunds and explained the delay.
This customer was one that we had called. She should receive her refund within the next 3-5 business days.

We have corresponded to this customer multiple times regarding their RCA TV. As stated per email we are stating awaiting for them to get the service information they claimed happened in Spring of 2012. We have reached out to the service provide we use and they are not able to find any information on this customer.
Please have the customer provide the service work order from when the customer claims to have had a technician out to service the TV and determine the TV had a defect. The customer may provide this by email ([redacted]) or by fax [redacted]. I will send another email to this customer restating what information we are still currently waiting on to try and assist this customer outside of the 12 month manufacturer's warranty.

[redacted] said that something is wrong with the television and told me to let On Corp now that the whole conversation is in their computer systems. I would like for something to be done about this.

I have sent in the receipts and that said that it had writing on them so they would have to send Me a check for the TV price they retail sale it for.

We have received the complaint information for [redacted]. We had received approval to over night a refund check through FedEx on Monday 5/5/2014. We had provided Ms. [redacted] with the tracking number [redacted] on Monday 5/5/2014. We have since...

looked into the delivery of the check and it shows it was received on Tuesday 5/6/2014. We have refunded the customer for the amount she spent on the television plus the tax she had paid, a total of 592.76 based on the receipt she had sent in to us. We have not received any voice mails from Ms. [redacted] since before we had spoken on Monday 5/5/2014 when we provided her with the tracking number for the refund check.
