For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Hello, I filed a complaint around mid April regarding a inch Smart TV and got a response from explaining the business had agreed to refund me the full amount of the TV by check in the mail the first week of MayI read the details explaining by your company, "If I do not reply within days you will assume the issue was resolved."So I did not reply because I as well assumed the issue would be resolved, however it is May 18th and I have not yet received absolutely anything from the company regarding the TVMy case number is ***

I spoke with *** today and they told me that if the *** box was the issue then it would have done it to the television in the master bedroom when it was hooked up to that*** said that something is wrong with the television and told me to let On Corp now that the whole conversation is in their computer systemsI would like for something to be done about this.

Dear Revdex.com, This customer has been spoken to regarding the issue she is experiencing between her *** TV and *** ** boxThe tech has determine he believes the issue is the cable box and found defects within the *** TV.Below is the tech notes directly from the A&E service team. I’ve
reviewed the notes and considering the main board was replaced, I believe the issue the customer is having is with *** *** I would recommend the customer exchange their *** ** box or contact their supportIt’s either the box or an HDMI control setting within the *** ** box

Hello, We will proceed to contacting this customer tomorrowSeeing the explanation of how her TV fell over, it does look like a customer induced damageIf the TV originally did not come with screws, she should have contacted the store that she purchased it from immediately, instead of trying
to set up the TV. Also, it seems like the problem "occurred" almost after a month from the purchase date. Thank you for letting us know about this, we will definitely take care of this issue ourselves
