The customer was refunded in full on August 4th back to the Visa Card ending in 1138 in the amount of 561.36 USD. Attached to this message is a screen shot of the transaction history for the customer as well as the billing information and the original transaction to purchase the tickets that... occurred on 3/21/2015. The Credit was authorized and processed on 8/4/2015. We no longer have any funds for the customer, and the customer would at this time need to address this issue with their bank.

I recently purchased (2) Motley Crue Merchandise VIP Packages from Ticketmaster for the ***, GA show on 8/30/ One Live Media was responsible for the Merchandise portion They emailed the $credit codes to us (2) weeks before the show & my husband & I used them to purchase concert T-shirts One Live Media fulfilled both our orders that day & shipped them out the next day We received both orders within business days My items were too small, so I called their customer service dept& they agreed to not only exchange my items, but allow me to ship them back for free They also send me the new items free of charge We are Very Pleased with One Live Media's handling of our VIP package, their prompt order processing, shipping & their awesome customer service that handled our exchange Thanks One Live Media!!!

This company has ripped me offI purchased a hoody from fare the well over weeks ago sent it back the day after I got it to exhange and still haven't received my exchange! I have called them countless times and no answer or response to voicemailsI got one response to my emails days ago but nothing since and no productThis company has stolen my money and will not give me my product!

I am rejecting this response because: one live media has not fulfilled my original order placed in November - of items out of stock is not an acceptable solution Their 20% discount on the other items is nice, but does not resolve these issues: I still haven't received the items I ordered in November (for Christmas presents) The customer mistreat I received from ***, including cancelling my order without my permission & then asking me to resubmit an altered order A manager never contacted me about my order, even though I requested management response on occasions They still haven't provided a shipment/delivery date for all products

I am rejecting this response because: Still not accepting the response until I have a definitive shipping date and something that can be relied uponAnd to keep harping on the fact that it is a pre-sale item that will be released in January is ridiculousThis was a pre-sale item that was supposed to be released in early November (ordered in October)We are almost at the end of January and still no shipment notification or any contact from you other then through the Revdex.comI would assume that I am not the only customer being strung along on this process and that typically a company that has good customer service would inform their customers on a regular basis the progress of their ordersSo again the ball is in your court and I wait here for the items that I orderedIf January turns to February and still no contact about the shipment of this order the states attorney generals office will be getting my formal complaint filedAnd I absolutely will not give up until I get these items that I ordered for my dad and PAID forI will throw this out there that I would be happy to talk with someone on the phone, I have asked several times for a direct phone number of a manager or someone in charge that I could speak with and that always seems to get avoided in all responses where it is requestedI do hope that this can get resolved soon because I am so sick of dealing with this and One Live Media.
