Interest rate is unbelievably high this is a last resort kinda placeif you needed a vehicle loan go somewhere elsei went for a personal loan to consolidate my creditSo I could get a newer vehicle soonBut somehow walked away with a vehicle loanThey wanted my truck title as collateralIt's a old truck now I'm stuck with itThey were not willing to take any other route into considerationI didn't know this was a place somone with bad credit would go toIt's location was in a very poor neighborhood

Got prequalified for a loan onlineAlready had a loan with the companySpent over and half weeks verifying income even though I provided what I had in the past and MORE they asked for new, additional paperwork every other dayI had more than enough current income verified by two jobs and a state checkThey still would not do the loanWasted over weeks of my timeNever called back when they saidI had to always callVery difficult to work withPromisesJust tell me at the beginning rather than waste weeks of my timeWill not use this company againTheir Pattern Screams discriminatory, subjective and incompetent

I have done business with One Main twice now on two loans and in both cases they have really been very professional and outgoingHaving been an Operations Manager for a large bank, I can tell you that One Main competes with the banks and not like the "stereotypical loan company!"
