Prior to getting a loan through One Main, I did a lot of research on the companySome reviews were terrifyingStating that the employees are rude and forcefulMost were the opposite During the time that I have had my loan, I have found all the employees to be quit pleasant and understandingTaking out a loan, at least for me, was not something I wanted to do, but had toI'm glad that I have only had pleasant people to deal with at One Main

It was the Best experience I've had in years, Great Customer Service, well knowledge, I would recommend One Main Financial to anyone that needs a jump to accomplish there goals

We are very thankful for the loan you provided, because of you we were able to pay off all our credit card debt and just have one payment to youIt has really changed things for our family

I had a wonderful experience with One Main Financial on South High Stin [redacted] , OHThe associate I worked with, Robert, was well-informed, answered all of my questions, and broke everything down for me regarding my loan so that it was easy to understandHe was very knowledgeable about the product offerings and servicesI was nervous going into the appointment because of all of the bad reviews I'd read prior, but not a single part of my experience was negativeWould highly recommend the South High branch to anyone!

I applied in [redacted] AZ last weekI was told I would get an email requesting my paystubI never got itI called yesterday and was assistedI received the email and sent my paystub to themI was told I would get a response that dayI have not received a responseI called the branch and then another branch because the phone numbers are not workingIs it a phone system issue or is it a scam? I fear it is a scam

I think that OneMain Financial is good cause they give a person an opportunity to get a loan and able to fix their creditThe next time I need a new loan I know where to go

They are a good lenderBut they start calling you on the Payment date wanting there moneyAnd they call all day long sometimes back to back I will not use them again unless I was desperate

Got me the money I needed when I needed it Rates are really high though Was not a quick process , took about two hours to get approved
