I was sent a letter that I was pre-approved, once I spoke to a representative she stated that they were not able to help meI have a loan with a previous lender that I was going to have one main pay off as well as consolidate my credit cardsthe present lender has a lien on my car title which is understandable, however the loan was to pay them off, therefore once they sent the check to them to pay off my loan with them that would be removing their name off the title as the lien holder, therefore one main would be able to replace the old lender with themself And after a couple of days for waiting on an answer they told me that they do not do liens...I don't know if that makes sense to anybody else but it doesnt make sense to me because lender would not be on the title once paid and OneMain Financial would then be listed as the lien holder....they spend time sending out letters stating that you are approved and then you get denied for reasons that don't make much since I have since been trying to talk to someone on a corporate or managerial lever but have not been able to even reach anybody yet...but I will keep trying

OneMain made everything easy and fastI would certainly do business with them again

The office in ***,Pa are crooksThey told my husband and I that we had to take out insurance even though we refused it, stating that if my husband could not work anymore they had to get paid and then they told us we had to take out an additional $and was later told by another branch and a few people from their executive officeI'm not even sure if I was put through to an executive office, I believe its the same people at the branch in *** I have been seems trying to resolve this matter and have been given the run aroundHow can an executive office not oversee a branch managerI am far from slow and I would Never recommend using this loan service to AnyoneNow we have been trying to fight this and all we keep getting is the staff in *** Please if you come across times that you need finances do not use this company periodOne main as a wholeOne apple spoils the bunch
