On 6/12/2017, I 0btained Badgers service for the maintenance of my central air conditionerI was quoted a price of $for this serviceThe technician checked the unit and said that it required some antifreeze which would cost another $I was under the impression that my total expense would be $The technician was unable to fully explain why I had to pay an additional $so I wrote him a check for $and wrote on the bottom of the check that I would pay the $once the charge was explained by the ownerI asked him to have the owner contact meWell that evening at approximately 5:30, my wife listened to our voice mail and came upon one from Doug, the owner of this
BusinessIn the voicemail, Doug was threatening and belligerent stating that if he didn' t receive his damn money that he would come to my home and take my air conditioner apartWell naturally we were very taken aback in relations to this very unprofessional behaviorWe had never experienced such from a so call business ownerNeedless to say on Friday June16, at 5:a.mI awakened to someone in my yard tinkering with my air conditionerI went outside and discovered 'Doug' with several parts to my unit in his handsI tried to take them from him but he held tight and we tussled for a minuteMy wife came out and stated that she was calling the police and he proceeded to run out the yard and took off in his vanThe police came but said they couldn't arrest him, that it was a civil matterI asked since when was theft a civil matterThey failed to give me an explanationNot willing to except their reaction, I went to Badgers area police station in BrowndeerI was told that they wouldn't arrest him, but he could have been given a citationI therefore informed the officers that I dealt with initially and they agreed that he could have been given a citation but didn't feel the need to inform us of thatThey than contacted Doug and told him to come to the stationThey asked me to come with a check for $I was given my parts and he was given the check as well as a citation which he said he was refusing to payThis matter could have easily been resolved with a simple phone callBeware of this owners rude and unprofessional dealings with his customers

I'm very happy with the service It is nice to get the emails to let me know what is going on and the different ways to earn points towards the rewards

This place is a fraud and they ran my credit without my permission and applied me for a loan I didn't apply forI believe they tricked me through credit karma into getting my phone number, called me and then ran an application without my permission as they must be benefiting from how many applications they runThis is Identity Fraud and it is being reported
