handling fees too high also they was a fee to print tickets. I have many tickets on line but have never been charged these high fees

I was happy with my service. I received my tickets only a day after I was told I would receive them. Not too bad.

Mr. [redacted] stated his delivery date was 11/17; to this we would like to provide clarification. Mr. [redacted] received an email on 11/17 stating that his tickets were being shipped and was provided [redacted] as the tracking number to view the tracking details. This information informed Mr. [redacted] that his tickets were to be delivered on 11/18, not 11/17 as Mr. [redacted] indicated. As Mr. [redacted] stated, [redacted] attempted to deliver his package on 11/18.
 
However, we informed Mr. [redacted] that we would reach out the seller and request the tickets be reissued. At this time Mr. [redacted] was notified that this was simply a request, not a guarantee. As Online City Tickets does not own or generate tickets any reissue requests are dependent upon the primary market.
 
The seller was able to reissue Mr. [redacted] tickets and they were delivered via email prior to Mr. [redacted] event. As Mr. [redacted] received his tickets prior to receiving this complaint, we consider this matter closed. We encourage Mr. [redacted] to contact our customer service with any additional concerns he may have.

We bought tickets from this company because there's a 100% money back guarantee, and there is also a guarantee that the tickets will arrive before event.

It turned out that, in my case, the seller didn't ship my tickets until the night before the event on Saturday at 2PM. The tickets didn't arrive in time and we lost $375. I called up customer service the night before and asked them to cancel my order but they didn't give any option for me but to wait until the ticket was shipped by the seller. The seller ended up shipping the ticket really late and my tickets didn't arrive in time. This company doesn't allow any refund which is only explained after you purchase the ticket. So I was fooled with the 100% money guarantee promise on the front page of the website.

During this process, Ms. [redacted] saw an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the number and prices of her tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices on our site are set at the discretion of the individual ticket sellers based on their assessments of changing factors, such as customer demand. This fact is noted multiple times throughout the checkout process and featured prominently on our homepage with the large-print statement: “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

It was very easy but wish we got the tickets before March

Ms. [redacted] claims she was deceived into believing our website was the venue. This is not the case. When Ms. [redacted] went to our website it clearly states that we are a resale marketplace and not the venue. We have attached a screenshot of the homepage.
As stated in our previous response, Ms. [redacted] was made aware of this fact before the order is placed. We are not able to provide Ms. [redacted] her desired resolution as it would be outside the scope of our sales terms and conditions that Ms. [redacted] agreed to prior to placing the order.
