I am rejecting this response because it does not address the continuing deception that we faced, which is still a problem. If Online City Tickets wants to run an honest business, it should reveal the face value of the tickets. The company claims it cannot do this because it is an "intermediary." That is baloney. It could easily require sellers to disclose the face value.

facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.Although our customer has stated that their tickets were not delivered prior to their event, this is inaccurate. Our customer placed their order on 7/28/2017 at 10:52 PM CST and received their valid tickets to the email address on file at 10:54 PM CST. Our customer later contacted us and the tickets were re-sent the same day at 11:28 PM CST. These tickets were again sent on 7/29/17 at 7:14 AM CST and 8:05 AM CST. Our customer proceeded to download these valid tickets at 9:42 AM CST and 7:52 PM CST prior to their event which has since passed.Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry and agreed upon by customers at the time of purchase.Before receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to provide clarification. As our customer's valid tickets were delivered and downloaded multiple times prior to their event, we consider this matter closed. I ordered two $56 seat tickets for [redacted] & Friends Christmas Show in Mesa AZ Dec. 14, 2016. When my credit card bill arrived, it showed a charge of $410.95!!! When I followed up the next day with the company, they said there was not error, the extras fees are service charges. How can this company be allowed to continue to do business in the US?

Received my tickets by email promptly as expected

This is a little unusual for me to have to wait for my tickets. I'm not sure why I have to wait to receive them. This is all I have received.

Ms. [redacted] has stated that they were not made aware of when they could expect their tickets until after the order was placed; this should be noted as inaccurate. During the conversation with Mr. [redacted], our agent explained that he could expect his tickets in July of 2017 to which Mr. [redacted] expressed understanding. Our agent specified that Mr. [redacted] would receive an email roughly one week before the event. As a secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets does not own tickets therefore does not set or control the delivery date of tickets. Instead, this date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Online City Tickets has no affiliation.  It is common, however, for tickets to be delivered before this specified date. Ms. [redacted] stated that she was told tickets were nearly sold out for this event though this is inaccurate. During the phone call with Mr. [redacted], our agent described what tickets were available on Online City Tickets and made no reference to the availability of tickets on the primary market. With regard to Ms. [redacted] concerns about tickets being available before the primary market released tickets to the general public, we would like to provide clarification. Tickets on the secondary market may become available to purchase prior to the primary market due to a number of possibilities; for instance, sellers may be season ticket holders or subscribers. Additionally, arrangements parties may have with box offices, venues, promoters, artists, or teams allow sellers to know in advance the location of which they will acquire tickets. All orders placed through Online City Tickets are fully protected by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. The process for purchasing tickets was a breeze. I did not like that the two tickets I purchased are not next to one anither. The purchase for our 44th wedding anniversary; now I am not sure that I will enjoy it with someone else sitting between my spouse and I. Oh well; live and learn.

I have found this wonderful website to be the best ever!! We have used it for several [redacted] basketball games - and tickets are SO hard to come by! We will continue to use this website. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

It was an easy process though I would have preferred the option to have our tickets sent by mail. I have received confirmation of buying the concert tickets though they will not be sent until 5/25/2017. This causes an extra awareness of emails to look through so as not to miss them.

Quick, easy, more expensive.

Fast and simple process

It's ok but the tickets are expensive and not guarantee. The only thing that I don't like it's that we have the tickets only fee days before the show
