My body shop had ordered a carbon fiber defuser for my bmw mon the 10th of augustMy part arrived at my local body shop to be installed after my car was in a accident The body shop mounted the part on my oem BMW rear bumper this part did not sit probably as it should the part was not molded properlyWe took pictures showing the exact defectI contacted carid a total of times nowAll the time they tell me they are wait on the manufacturer to reply and that they will contact me within hrsThey even offered to send a shipping label but the or dollar shipping charge will be out of my pocketAll because the manufacturer sent a part that was not molded properly It has been and a half months and still nothing This is poor costumer serviceI would at this point like my $backI went elsewhere and bought a part that fit the way it should

We ordered fender flares for our series truck from these people that were supposed to ship within 48hoursBefore we ordered we confirmed with a company repthat they would indeed fit our truckIt took almost weeks for the order to ship, not the hours they company claimedWhen they finally arrived they were the wrong parts!!! We received parts for a series truck,,not the series that we orderedWhat followed was a day NIGHTMARE or run around and out an out lies by the company trying to return the incorrectly sipped parts!!! I ordered a set of custom car seat covers on December 15, My estimated ship date was January 4, On January 6, I e-mailed carid to see what was going on with my packageA day or later I finally got a response she said she was sorry but my package was delayed by the manufacturer because of the busy holiday season and that my new estimated ship date was January On January I e-mailed them again and the response time was much quicker just a few hours but I was told yet again it was delayed and it would be shipped January Today is January 23, I still do not have my package my estimated ship date is still January and the lady I was e-mailing has not e-mailed me back from a couple days agoI paid over $for for the package and I just want what I ordered

I was givin a dollar coupon for my review of my chat conversationWhich at that time I give them high ratingsWhen I went to order a part I talked to customer relations management times by e-mailAfter that they would never answer more e-mailsI told him I was in desperate need of my part cause my car was broke downSo I finally contacted the Business Consumer Alliance and filed a complaintThe next day I got an e-mail saying my part has been mailedIt was here in daysAnd they left an e-mail saying thank you very much for your order and was just oh so sweet to me like nothing ever happened hahaPlease remember the Business consumer alliance to file a reportThey got the ball rolling immediatelyKeep up the good work BCAAnd I recommend that you look at the negative ratings on this company as well
