I am rejecting this response because: The employee on the line told me he could increase the amount to which was acceptable to me I had concerns about entering my bank information and the employee told me not to click at the end so that he could do something on his end to increase the loan amount to Had I known he could not have done the 3500, I would not have submitted my application Listen to call and you will see what he did to get me to submit my application If this was the law in Texas, why did he lie so he could get me to submit my information?

Jun [redacted] was a lot of help during my loan process

This appears to be a misunderstanding.  Although the customer attempted to settle his debt through a third party credit counseling firm, we rejected the terms of that offer. We received the credit counseling agreement in question on October 8,...

2015.  We did not accept the settlement offer because it was deemed inadequate.  Subsequently, we received checks from the credit counseling company and did apply them to ultimately settle the loan.  A single delinquency was reported to the bureau on November 1, 2015, during the period before the first check was received.  This follow our normal course of business when a delinquency exists without settlement. As a matter of good faith and in an effort to close this issue, we will ask the bureau to remove the delinquency from the customers file as soon as possible.  This process can take several weeks to reverse the negative mark.
Please let us know if this is acceptable.

Our marketing literature goes out to hundreds of thousands of potential PRE-APPROVED customers each week. Only after an application is submitted can we make a final decision. PRE-APPROVED customers have credit scores that coincide with our perspective audience. It is not until we can do a thorough review of their finances that we can make an APPROVAL decision.  Please have the customer call me directly to clarify our underwriting criteria and review her application. Sorry we have not been able to assist as of yet.
