I am rejecting this response because:i am not a past customer, I am sadly a current customer who will be paying off her loan and never again getting another with this companyI’ve refinanced once with no problem and now there is suddenly a problemAnd I had two representatives tell me two different things in a matter of two minutesWhere is the explanation for that?

I am attempting to reach the customer to offer a loan and resolve this issueI have left a phone message and also responded via emailPlease have the customer respond to me so I may satisfy and send her the funds

I received a notice in the mail saying I was pre-approved for 1,000$ to 4000$So I went through the process of filling out the app and requested They came back and said I was pre-approved for 2000$Then they asked for all my banking details from account number to passwordsBeing I was lead to believe I was approved I did as told just to be deniedVery poor marketing if you ask meI'm highly upset they took all my very personal information when I was never "PRE-APPROVED"!!!! SAD SAD BUSINESS PRACTICE

Like the other negative complaints I also received the pre-approval letter in the mailI recently went through a divorce and I am trying to get finances back in orderUnfortunately I have been using my bank's overdraft protection to try and keep bills paidI was hoping they would be my solution to get back on trackNot so much

I wish to extend an apology to Ms*** and the stressful situation she experienced on our behalfShe did remit a check in a timely fashion and we did misplace the check on our end.Since this filing, we have refunded the July 13th auto-payment that was deducted from her accountWe also refunded
$interest that was compiled in this time period. We also have sent her a $gift card for her troubles.Again, We are extremely sorry for our mistake, and hope Ms*** gives us another opportunity in the future to be of service

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! I just applied for a loan online with this comeant and was pre-approved and sent and email with a link to supposedly complete my application Once at the link I was asked to provide my banking login I'd and password At that point I knew someshing was not right I preceeded to open up a chat session with them and told them that they asking for my logon was ILLEGAL and FRAUDULENT! They claimed that this was the only lunch way to verify how long my baname account had been opened That's a lie! Please beware!

They are very nice people and patient with the clientsPositive attitude

We are in total agreementBy paying off this loan in the amount of $2,we will report to the agencies that the customer is in good standingAs of today, we have not received any payments at all
