I have ordered $worth of merchandise from this business' website on March 3rd and received shipping confirmation on the 4thI waited till the 10th to e-mail customer service about not receiving a tracking number only to be responded to with "we are behind on the product brand you ordered and you will receive a tracking number when items are shipped." I don't understand how a company can take money out of my account, say my items are shipped and then tell me they are out of stock? I also sent another e-mail today addressing the issue again and found that both tickets opened through customer service were closed the second one almost immediately without a single responseI would just like the items I paid for please

I ordered a parka from this company (confirmation e-mail received on November 12, 2016, card charged on November 14, 2016) for a total of $ The confirmation e-mail stated that the company would contact me when the parka shipped When I had not received any further communication, I contacted the company again on November 19, A representative from the company named Josh e-mailed me back on November 21, to let me know that the style and size of parka that I had ordered was out of stock and asked if I would like to change my order I e-mailed him back the same day and again on November 22, letting him know I wanted to cancel my order He never responded to that e-mail I tried to contact the company twice by phone and was promised an immediate refund, which never came I e-mailed Josh again on December 14, asking for a refund and a supervisor to contact me Neither has occurred I contacted the company again on December 15, This time I received an e-m

I ordered from them on January When I ordered I did it online and on their website it showed all items I ordered as being available an ready to ship It is February and my order has not shipped to me I have called and tried to talk to their customer service on several occasions but I always get an automated voice telling me to leave a message and they will contact me within business hours Hasn't happened yet I have emailed them times and asked them to cancel the order and they will not I keep getting same customer service agent Name is Josh..he says that the items they were missing will be in there warehouse within the week and once they arrive they will be shipped to me immediately That was sent to me on February Today is February They claim they are veteran owned I am a retired Air Force Security Forces member and I would think that they would be on top of fixing things but they have shown me that, that is not the case DoIt order from them I am warning everyone

ordered an item in mid December ( was charged for it the SAME day, found out days later they DID NOT stock it and didn't know when they were gonna get it in I emailed ( and called) back to - cancel- order and was sent a confirmation email back that they received my request and DID cancel my order , a week+ or so later, the item arrived anyway , found out it was put in mail and sent to me days AFTER they sent me an email saying they knew I was cancelling orderthey then instructed me to just put return to sender on box and send back ( which I did ) and ive left several messages and emails regarding WHEN I would receive my refund and - NO ONE - will return my calls including the " shift supervisor" Amy C*** item was sent back a week ago all I want is a phone call ( not an email ) saying when I will receive a refund will NEVER do biz with this place againgot my $$$ and no love after that

I made a purchase from this company and it never came They don't return phone calls or emails Te address listed on their site is actually a lawn care service I think this is a fake company just taking money

I purchased an EMT bag (red) (order number ***) for $from OPSGEAR their online site on August, at approximately Central Time I received an email from OPSGEAR on August that the item was on its way OPSGEAR charged my credit card on August, I contacted OPSGEAR on 8/asking for a status on my purchaseOn 8/25, I heard back from Joshua saying

I do apologize for the delay, I do not see a tracking number for your order right now so I will make sure we get that for you as soon as possible and that will be emailed over to you Thank you for your time and I hope you have a great day." I sent emails back to Joshua on 8/29, 9/and 9/asking for a tracking number on my order As of 9/7, - still no response

I placed am order on July and was delivered two small items within a weekI have been waiting for my additional items since thenWhen I first attempted to contact them, approximately month ago, I left several messaged on their phone and E-mailI received one response by E-mail saying they are backed upWhen I attempted to get more information I could not get any other responses after another few weeks It took several attempts to contact someone and when I finally did (by E-mail) they stated again that the items where in stock and they are backed upAgain, when I tried to get more information my questions remained unanswered

on August 23rd I placed a order with OpsgearImmediately I got a confirmation email and a couple days later I got a shipped emailI waited close to weeks and never received my packageI contacted Opsgear and heard from a Joshua who stated my order never shipped even thu when I look it up it says shippedHe told me he would look into it for me on Oct 6th,I waited more days and still haven't heard anything I have emailed and called and was told someone would contact me within duty hoursNO ONE CONTACTED ME! Please just return my Money to me at this point

on September 15th of I ordered vests from ops gear onlineThree weeks went by and I never received anything so I called and the representative said that we have just gotten the vests back into stock would you like me to send them out and I replied yesanother three weeks went by and the products never came
I have still never received the products and no they will not return my emails or my phone calls
They are refusing to refund my money and when I pulled up my account at the site it is now saying that they have fulfilled my order which is not true at all
I feel that I have been Stolen from and been Frauded
its not right for a Businesses to just take a consumers money and then just write them off

I purchased a boot from this company on June 24th The product was not used in an aggressive manner, even though it is advertised as a durable bootJust under two months went by, I used this boot off and on over that time frame, and I noticed a clicking coming from the bootsI wasn’t sure what it was and continued to wear the next couple daysThe sound persisted and I examined the boot further and noticed that the sound was coming from the hard insole of the boot and it had cracked and the clicking noise was the two parts of the sole snapping as they met when I walked in the bootI emailed their support department where I was told that they were sorry about the issue and would get a replacement out to me right away and they will get back to me with a tracking numberWell, that was great but then I waited several days and asked for a follow upThey responded several days later and said they are working on that replacement and will get back to me with further shipping details
