On April I ordered from Opsgear the Same day I received a shipping confirmationOn my account on Opsgear site it says my order has been fulfilled yet I have not received a tracking number of that orderI have attempted to contact via phone and email several times on May I requested a refund I still have not received products or my refund

I ordered a pair of boots from this establishment on 05/05/I was told I could expect delivery of these boots on 05/12/ When they did not arrive, I looked up the order status on their website, and discovered that they has not shipped the bootsI called to inquire about the problem on 05/13/2017, and was told that they would look into itI looked up the status again a couple of hours after making the call, and it said they had shipped, but there was no tracking number attached to the shipmentI called again regarding the tracking number, and I was told it would be emailed to meIt never wasI gave it another eight daysOn 05/21/2017, I called again regarding the tracking number, and was again told they would email it to meAgain, no email I attempted to call again on 05/26/2017, and I got no answer so I left a message for someone to call meI then went to their place of business to inquire, and even though their hours are listed as to 5, the place was closedI re

I am rejecting this response because: I specifically placed the order with UPS GROUND SHIPPING to get it within a specific time frame. You shipped the item, WHICH TOOK & 1/WEEKS TO ARRIVE, via USPS. Your representative's email to me acknowledges and apologizes for this, and if you insist, I can produce screen shots for your records. I did not consent to a downgrade of my shipping option, and because of your mistake, the item didn't arrive when needed. Please do the honorable thing and refund the full amount, including shipping. At each correspondence I wait for days and weeks, but the only way I get you guys to respond to me is through Revdex.com, which is NOT what I would prefer. Maybe I can get a direct number for "Amy" and discuss it further?

Let me say this firstRevdex.com asked if this involves a criminal act: it does if the company does not return my money or ship the product, because they have taken my money!!

Sold me a bill of goods
It is amazing how much this outfit has invested in marketing and how little they have spent on fulfillment and customer service The slick website and daily email marketing is a sham, they don't have the productWhen you call the number listed on their website, you get a voicemail that promises to call you back within "duty hours." They do not return calls - ever They processed my order for about items and charged by credit card over $1kAfter three weeks, all I had received was a few cans of pepper spray drop shipped from Smith and Wesson They did respond to one of my many emails by creating a "ticket," but despite many more attempts to reach them afterward, there has been zero follto this day - over a month now I have never received a call back or spoken to a real person there I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card to get any justice That dispute is still in process Not sure if these guys are inept, crooked, or bothYou have been warned
