I am in receipt of the complaint response rejection above and would offer the following in response.
Mr. [redacted] did sign up for a Garcinia Cambogia XT/Natural Cleanse Trial.  I assume his complaint is related to our $4.95 Trial & $78.94 and $59.52 monthly membership re-bill for both products ordered on 2/20/16. 
Mr. [redacted] was shipped a 2 month supply of Garcinia and a 1 month supply of Natural Cleanse. When he did not contact us within the 14 day trial as stipulated in the terms and conditions agreed upon, he was billed for the first bottle of Garcinia and Cleanse on 3/6/16.
Mr. [redacted] and his bank called customer care on 4/4/16 and was reminded of the terms and conditions agreed upon. He called again on 6/22/16 requesting a refund. Mr. [redacted] filed a charge back on 4/27/16. Due to this action we are unable to handle the account as this is now a legal issue between the banks.

Despite the fact that he appears to have missed all of the on-site verbiage detailing the program, we still provided him with a number of ways to contact us &/or to remove himself from the program as follows:
The website that he signed up on has an Easy Cancel button above rush my order on the checkout page.
All of the email correspondence that he received from us includes instructions on how he could have contacted us by telephone or email to get more details or to cancel. We provide a 7 day a week Customer Support Line at 855-986-2646 and we strive to answer all calls within 2 minutes or less.
Lastly, the literature that he would have received with the initial shipment includes detailed instructions for product usage, program details and customer support contact details via email and telephone.
We have provided you with a copy of the complete record of our communications with Mr. [redacted].
It’s very unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] feels that he was misled. We strive to provide a great product and even better customer service. 
We provide a number of ways to cancel a trial membership from our Easy Cancel button, to email and Toll-Free call center.
Ultimately, according to our records Mr. [redacted] was treated responsibly and fairly by our company and I trust that this response will put this matter to rest.
It appears that Mr. [redacted] lost his charge back with the banks and as stated before, the account is closed and resolved.

Ms [redacted] did sign up for the Garcinia XT trial on 8/25/16. I assume her complaint is related to the charges of $4.95 and $78.94 (USD).
Ms [redacted] received a full 60 day supply of the Garcinia XT when she signed up for the trial. When we did not hear from Ms [redacted] during the 14 day trial, she was billed for the first bottle of Garcinia XT ($78.94) on 9/9/16. She was never for the second bottle of Garcinia XT.
Ms [redacted] contacted customer service on 9/9/16 to state she had not received her products. She was reminded of the terms and conditions upon which were agreed. Ms [redacted] would not allow the representative to speak and disconnected the call. All calls are recorded and time stamped.
According to USPS tracking number [redacted], her products were left with an individual on 9/1/16 at 1:26pm.

I assume her complaint is related to the $4.95 shipping charge, along with the after trial charges of $78.94 for the Garcinia Cambogia XT and $59.52 for the Natural Cleanse Plus.Ms [redacted] received two bottles of Garcinia XT and one bottle of Natural Cleanse.  She was subsequently billed for one bottle of each product on 6/23/2015.Ms [redacted] sent a package back to our fulfillment center without proper documentation and protocol per the terms and conditions agreed upon.Our customer care team attempted to contact her via email and phone 6 times for resolution (see attached account information) to no avail. Natural Cleanse on 7/24/15 and agreed to the terms and conditions at check out.

9/10/2015. I assume her complaint is related to the charges of $4.95 and $59.92. When we did not hear from Ms [redacted] during the 14 day trial she was billed for the bottle she received ($59.92) she was never charged for the Garcinia XT. On 9/28/2015, Ms [redacted] did call after this billing had taken place and was reminded of the terms and conditions agreed upon.  She was offered discounts and refunds to settle the account which all were refused. Ms [redacted] was then issued an RMA number to return the products for resolution.  To date, the products have not been returned and she was never billed for the 2 bottles of Garcinia XT. offer the following in response. • Ms Adrienne [redacted] did sign up for both a Garcinia Cambogia Trial and Natural Cleanse Plus trial. She signed up for the trials on 2/13/15. I assume her complaint is related to the initial charges of $4.95 and $0.95. Along with the after trial charge of $78.94 and $59.52. • She was then charged for the products she received after her initial trial period had ended, which was on 2/28/15. Ms [redacted] was billed $59.52 for the 30 day supply of the Natural Cleanse Plus. She also received a full 60 day supply or two bottles of the Garcinia Cambogia XT. we respectfully submit this response to each point. 1) We acknowledge the
customer accepts the initial shipping charges. 2) As stated in the terms and
conditions agreed upon, the trial begins when the customer places the order.
The date of the charge posting is subject to customers lending institution. 3)
The customer did call on 4 occasions as displayed in the provided notes (a
recording of all calls is available upon request) and was advised of the
charges agreed upon. The charges of $59.52 and $78.94 were applied on 2/28/15.
4) The products do come from the same company but are two different products.
The customer did hang up and the account was canceled. The agent attempted to
call back for a resolution; this was not a “harassment” call but a customer
service call of good will and intention. 5) The initial response to the Revdex.com
complaint was as concise as possible and we apologize if the content was lost
in translation. As shown in the notes, no refunds were offered or required to
settle this account. We attempted to contact the customer for resolution but
our attempts were ignored. 6) According to our records, no request or
requirement of a refund was necessary and the customer did acknowledge that we
attempted to contact her for resolution. We apologize for any misunderstanding

Hi, I did not figure out how to give additional information, so would like to add this to this complaint.   1.  Original order date was 12-22-15 (I said 12-15-15 which was a typo), which put 90 days at 3-22-16.  I received an email stating it had been ordered on 3-21-16 and cancelled immediately and received a cancellation notice. 2.  This would be well within the 90 day cancellation.  There is no EASY CANCELL button that will work.  I tried it. 3.  We did receive the product and it is in the original unopened box which we will be more than happy to return for a FULL REFUND. 4.  I did call and talk to their representative and asked them to cancel the order and refund.  They told me that it would be impossible that they did not do refunds.   We are still more than happy to resolve this by returning the product to them in the original unopened box for a FULL REFUND.   Thank  you for you help.

She called on 9/5/15 after the billing and was accepted a 75% refund and then disconnected the call. Greetings,
I am in receipt of a rejected complaint from Ms [redacted] ID [redacted] and offer the following in rebuttal.
Ms [redacted] did order a trial of Bioderm Eye Renew and Age Defy on 1/26/16 and agreed to the terms and conditions at check out. See http://africanmangoxt.com/Garcinia-Cambogia-XT_cda102/ .
Ms [redacted] did not contact us to cancel within the trial as stipulated in the terms and conditions and was billed for the month supply she received. When she called , we offered her discounts to continue which she declined.  As stated in the first response, the products were at her post office for 9 days before she retrieved them. It is unfortunate Ms [redacted] feels misled but all of the information was provided to her on the website as well as in emails.
We strive to be customer centric and adhere to customer satisfaction.  We hope this response resolves any issue and if Ms. [redacted] would like to contact us for further resolution, we are open 24 hours M-F and 6-6 Sat, Sun at [redacted]

I am in
receipt of the complaint mentioned above and would offer the following in
response.
Mr. [redacted] did sign up for a Garcinia Cambogia XT
Trial.  I assume his complaint is
related to our $4.95 Trial & $78.94 monthly membership re-bill for the
Garcinia Cambogia XT that he entered into on 3/29/15. 
The Garcinia Cambogia XT was billed monthly
until his wife canceled on10/05/15. Mr. [redacted] did not call customer care
or attempt to contact us until 10/05/15. When he did call we reminded him
of the terms and conditions agreed upon from the website where he signed
up for the products.
According to the account notes both Mr. [redacted]
and Mrs. [redacted] called multiple times on 10/05/15. At one point Mr. [redacted]
agreed to continue and accepted a free shipment. Mrs. [redacted] then called
and canceled the account.
According to the complaint, they stated they
never received the shipments. According to USPS tracking numbers: [redacted] and [redacted],
all products were forwarded to their new address.
As a courtesy for resolution, we refunded the
September charge in full, half of the August charge and sent a free
bottle.

received from us includes instructions on how he could have contacted us
by telephone or email to get more details or to cancel. We provide a 7
day a week Customer Support Line at [redacted] and we strive to answer
all calls within 2 minutes or less.
Lastly, the literature that he would have
received with the initial shipment includes detailed instructions for
product usage, program details and customer support contact details via
email and telephone.
We have provided you with a copy of the complete
record of our communications with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted].
It’s
very unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] feels that he was misled. We strive to provide
a great product and even better customer service. 
We
provide a number of ways to cancel a trial membership from our Easy Cancel

Ultimately,
according to our records Mr. [redacted] was treated responsibly and fairly by our

This company offered a "free trial" of their weight loss supplement Garcinia Cambogia for a two month period. They stated you were supposed to cancel your future order within 15 days if you were not satisfied with the product. I contacted the company to ask a question, and the customer service rep. extended my cancellation date for me. At no time during that conversation was I told that I would have to pay any money. When I called to cancel the future order (by the correct date) because I was having serious side effects, the recording on the phone told me I had to pay $36.00 but I could keep the unopened bottle. I had a choice to press 1 to agree, or press 2 for another option. I finally was able to press 0 to speak with an agent. When I refused to pay this money and asked to speak to a manager I was denied. I was told she could reduce the rate to $18.00 and I needed to ship the unopened product back. Since I only paid $4.95 for the initial shipping fee I knew this was not the correct fee, and I refused to pay this as well. I offered to pay the fee on my own. This was denied. I then stated I felt this was a scam and I was going to register a complaint with the Revdex.com. Magically the fee disappeared and I could keep the unopened bottle.
When I received the cancellation email, there was a very threatening statement at the bottom which said "We handle all chargeback's, disputes, retrieval requests and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of the product offer and/or theft of product. In cases where the company has provided a product and it has been verified that the customer has received a product and/or refused to returned product, whether or not the customer has used the product in any way, possible actions taken by the company may include filing a complaint with the Internet Crimes Bureau and/or local authorities, or reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities in the state of the customer to investigate theft of product and possible mail fraud which is a Federal Crime"..Steer clear of this company! If you want to purchase the product, find another reputable local health food store to deal with.

Mr. [redacted] was shipped a 2 month supply of Garcinia. When he did not contact us within the 14 day trial as stipulated in the terms and conditions, he was billed for 1 bottle of the product. He was never billed for the second bottle.
Mr. [redacted] called customer care on 4/9/16 and was reminded of the terms and conditions agreed upon. As a courtesy for resolution, we refunded 50% of the charge and allowed him to keep the second bottle free of charge to which he agreed.

did sign up for the Natural Cleanse Plus and Garcinia XT trial on 5/5/2016.
I assume her complaint is related to the charges of $4.95, $59.92 and
$78.94.
Ms [redacted]
received a full 30 day supply of the Natural Cleanse Plus and 2 months of
Garcinia XT when she signed up for the trial. When we did not hear from Ms
[redacted] during the 14 day trial, she
was billed for the bottle on Natural Cleanse she received ($59.92) and 1
bottle of Garcinia XT ($78.94). She was then enrolled in the auto ship
program which was agreed upon in the terms and conditions.
Ms [redacted] did not contact us
until 5/20/2016. She was reminded of the terms and conditions agreed upon
and offered discounts to continue. 
She declined all offers and was canceled.
Ms [redacted] called again on 5/20/2016
for a refund.  She claimed the date
of order was changed which we do not have the ability to adjust those
dates. Ms [redacted] was only charged for 1 bottle of Garcinia and Cleanse,
the second bottle was free of charge.

9/14/2015. I assume her complaint is related to the charges of $4.95, $59.92 and $78.94. Ms [redacted] received a full 30 day supply of the Natural Cleanse Plus and 2 months of Garcinia XT when she signed up for the trial. When we did not hear from Ms [redacted] during the 14 day trial, she was billed for the bottle she received ($59.92) and 1 bottle of Garcinia XT ($78.94). She was never billed for the second bottle of Garcinia XT.  On 10/13/2015, Ms [redacted] did call after this billing had taken place and was reminded of the terms and conditions agreed upon and her account was canceled.  She was offered discounts to continue for resolution but refused. For your information, Ms [redacted] entered the trial program for Natural Cleanse Plus at our website: http://www.NaturalCleansePlus.com  and the Garcinia XT at http://www.buygcxt.com   The program is clearly detailed as a Trial program with a summary of the program terms provided on the check-out pages (https://www.buygcxt.com/payment.php), and full details provided in the Terms & Conditions. Ms [redacted] did sign up for the Garcinia XT/Natural Cleanse trial on 5/19/16. I assume her complaint is related to the charges of $4.95 and $78.94 and $59.52 (USD).
Ms [redacted] received a full 60 day supply of the Garcinia XT and a 30 day supply of Natural Cleanse when she signed up for the trial. When we did not hear from Ms [redacted] during the 14 day trial, she was billed for the first bottle of Garcinia XT ($78.94) and the bottle of Natural Cleanse ($59.52) on 6/3/16 and was enrolled in the auto ship program per the terms and conditions agreed upon.
The customer called on 6/6/16. She was reminded of the terms and conditions agreed upon and offered multiple discounts and refunds for resolution. She then accepted a 50% refund on the 2 charges and was allowed to keep those refunded products as well as the second bottle of Garcinia for which she was never charged.
Ms [redacted] called again on 6/7/16 to confirm the account had been canceled.
All calls are recorded and time stamped and the record of communication is attached below.
