Review: I signed up for what I thought was a free trial of a diet and cleanse product, only to find out a month later, that I was subscribed to an auto shipment of the product, by the time I realized this (from seeing my credit card bill) I was already in their second cycle of payments and product, unknown to me at this time, I call and cancel the subscription, and they refund me one set of payments, only to charge my account again for the amount of 77.18 and 88.39 for two additional bottles of their product. by the time I realized that I was on a subscription it is well past the 30 days that I am allowed (according to them) to return the product, so In the end I got nothing free, after going in circles with their rude and efficiently trained reps, I got a 35% percent of the total refunded, I accepted this reluctantly, I am astonished the Revdex.com has not already shut these people down, I am looking for the 65% refund of the total cost of the two products which would be approx. $107.00 dollars (Canadian)Desired Settlement: I am looking for the 65% refund of the total cost of the two products which would be approx. $107.00 dollars (Canadian)

Review: Company sent me the products I ordered . I sent three of the products back to them that were unopened. Review: When I ordered my Garcia Cambogia XT it never stated that it was a free 14 day trial. They charged 4.95 and sent me 2 months worth of pills which I was surprised I thought I was only getting one bottle. Then I called my bank yesterday to check my balance and I was negative 50.49 cents and they said it was a pre approved payment for 78.94. No where did they ever mention any additional costs. So I called the number that was on the payment with my bank. I talked to a [redacted] from customer service and he refused to refund my money. I haven't even taken over half of the first bottle. And I said they never informed me of any additional costs. I asked to talk to a supervisor which he said he didn't have one. I then asked excuse me? And he says well they are all in a meeting. And I said well isn't that convient. I told him that this was fraud and I would be taking it up with my bank. He refused to refund my money in full even though I will be shipping back the product. Smells of a scam all the way around and now I have had to change my account information.Desired Settlement: I want them to accept the returned merchandise and a refund should be given back. They need to better advise people of these payments which I consider "hidden from the consumer."

Review: I refused this package when first delivered, was charged anyway, was charged for a second delivery, also refused, and when tried to resolve with customer service for still told I would be charged $20. Was only told I would receive a partial refund when I stated that my only recourse was to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, and go on the web site and submit a complaint there also.Desired Settlement: Full refund.

Review: Ordered this product with the understanding this was a one time trial. When I researched it I found that they want to send product and bill my card every month. I called within 15 minutes of placing the order, talked to a James, at that time I cancelled the order, Cancelation [redacted] This guy argued with me and kept lowering the price per month. I insisted he cancel the order. On 2/25 I received their products, I called 1855 627 5871 and talked to a, Idris, (I am sure it was the same man, James I talked to previously) He said the order had already been sent when I called, they ship right away. He was rude again. Told me if I did not want the product to send it back. I told him they had already deducted 9.95 from my account to send it, He told me to contact the post office if I wanted a refund, they do not do refunds. This is not what they advertised . What a mess my poor judgment has caused.Desired Settlement: refund my $9.95

Review: My problem is that I spoke with 3 representatives at Optimal Health regarding funds coming out of my account for products. They called me regarding some product that I took a look at on line but didn't purchase therefore I received a phone call regarding the product saying that I could get it for a total of $4.95 which was fine. I then ordered the product and was told that I had to cancel by June 2, 2015 and once I received it I then called on May 26, 2015 to cancel the product because I knew that I was going on vacation couldn't get through to anyone. I then received a message from Optimal Health the next day on May 27, 2015 of them returning my call. I received the message on May 27, 2015 at 3:56 pm EST and the message stated that they noticed that I tried to give them a call and that prompted me to see if the funds where taken out of my account. I tried resolving this issue but they refused to refund me all of my money. Out of the three representatives, I was not satisfied and I was told lie after lie. First I was told that I couldn't get my money refunded. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was by the representative that she had the same capabilities as a supervisor but she would try to get one on the line for me but claim that no one was available and she could refund me 35% of my funds back. I then called back and spoke with another representative and asked to speak with a supervisor and she told me that supervisors only speak with customers when there has been fraud, then she goes to say that she could refund me 50% of my funds back. Still this was not enough for me because I needed all of my money refunded, I then called a third representative and he said that all calls coming from me would have been recorded and he could tell that I only called twice and spoke with someone on May 19, 2015 (which is the day that I ordered the product) and I spoke with someone on June 4, 2015 (which is the same day I spoke with the representative that I spoke to right before speaking with him and also the same representative that gave me the 50% refund. This was also a lie because I had called right before that and spoke with the representative that gave me the 35% refund. He was very rude and told me that there was no way that I called because they were open 24/7, in which I am not disputing that, they may have been open but I got a ALL REPRESENTATIVES ARE BUSY when I called to cancel he then goes to tell me that their numbers where on the bottle and there is no excuse for me not to have called to cancel, totally ignoring the fact that I did actually call to cancel. I am not happy at all and all I wanted was my money back for the product. $140 was taken out of my account because THEY SAY I didn't call to cancel in which I did. I still have the voicemail to prove that they gave me a call back saying that they saw that I had tried to call. I will never order anything else from them. I did order the product to try it and I paid for it so there is no way I would be calling them claiming to have called to cancel when I didn't. If they could give me 35 and 50% of my money back then they surely could have given me 100% and if they were able to see when I called then they were able to see when they returned my call. I feel like money was taken from me but I WILL NOT be ordering anything else from them and will make sure I put on every social media site or anywhere else for no one to order anything from them either.Desired Settlement: I want the full amount refunded to me ASAP!!!

Review: I paid for shipping and received a "free" trial of this company's product. I called the day my trial ended to cancel my order. I thought no money would be taken out of my account after I had cancelled, but it was. $39.47 for the Garcinia Cambogia XT, and $29.76 for the Natural Cleanse-a total of $69.23. I waited to see if my money would be put back into my account, and it was not. I called them 10/20/15 to see why not. I was told I had called at 4:20p,(I called at 11:30a my time) which the Call Rep said placed me later than my trial ended, therefore I wouldn't be receiving a refund to my account.Desired Settlement: I would like my $69.23 returned to me. I did call within the trial ending date. This company is trying to tell me I did not. When I called to cancel, I was not told that my account had already been debited $69.23.

Review: The company offers a trial of their product for $4.95 for a 30 day supply along with a partner product for the same price and qty. 2 weeks after the trial offer was received, a second charge for each product ($89.99 and $92.48) was debited from my bank account, along with fees for international shipping (clearly, they are located in the United States). There were no additional shipments received from the company. Through the dispute process at my bank, I discovered that they claim to have a cancellation policy that allows them to do a recurring debit to the same card. The initial shipment did not contain any paperwork and no mention of such policy was visible during the ordering process. I have gone back into the website and collected info (pictures and contact info on their pages) to confirm that there is not any cancellation policy listed. My bank cannot help me because the company has a "policy" and they claim that all customers that complete an order for the trial product are bound to the charges afterwards. Further research has confirmed a huge number of cases with the same claim against this company.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the charges beyond the initial trial products. I would also like to see an investigation into this company due to the enormous amount of complaints from their customers concerning their practices/policies.

Review: I ordered the Garcinia Cambogia xt. It had a 14 day trial period. I cancelled within 13 days with the automated cancelation. I found that I was charged for the cleanser and the Garcinia Cambogia xt so I called again. Then a month later I was charged again for the cleanser a month later. I called and was told I had to call two different numbers if I called the automated cancelation department. This was not told to me. It was sent in one package and only had one number to call. When I called to talk to them about it the customer service rep tried to sell me more stuff. I was not happy with any of it and tried to cancel it several times. When the supervisor came on he was extremely rude. He would not let me talk and every time I did he would interrupt me. He even put the phone on hold while I was talking which made it even worse. I am out 200.86 because they did not cancel as I requested. I would like to have my money back. I am returning the unopened bottle of the most package sent. I am suppose to get a refund for that bottle. I am still out 139.55 and postage for sending it back. I want others who think about buying this product to think twice before getting it.Desired Settlement: Remaining amount of 139.55

Review: I order the product that said satisfaction guaranteed said a 14 day trail. I received the product a week later. I never received an email are anything tell yesterday I have had the product a week with no result. I called today and told them it hasn't helped and I don't want it. They have over drafted my account and will not allow me to send the product back for a refund. Why say satisfaction garentee if I can get my money if I'm not satisfied with. She said no need to send the product back and laughed when I said the have overdraft my account and caused my bill money to be put on hold. This is wrong. I asked to speak with a supervisor for an hour oand was refused. They offered to rufund 75 percent but that not gonna fix my problem for the money I need for my bills that now I can take out my bank and they won't refund it back. They can have there product I just want my money back. They didn't even give a number to call to call if I want to return or cancel. I ordered what I thought was a free trial of Garcinia Cambogia XT and the Natural Cleanse Plus except for very minimal shipping costs. Two weeks later they charged my credit card CDN $155.43 for both products. The customer rep informed me that I agreed to these terms & conditions when I signed up and redirected me to the website. In tiny print at the very bottom the website are "terms & conditions" where they indeed go into great detail on what they are going to charge you after 14 days. I feel that something this important should be disclosed during the sign up process, and not in an obscure area on the site, almost as if they are hiding this information. I decided not to file a formal complaint since they agreed to refund 35% of the charges.
