I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did call to cancel this after the 14 day trial. I did not know that the business would charge me for the product on the 14th day. When I called to cancel, I WAS told that my card would not be charged, after they offered me a 35%, 50% and then 75%. I declined. Then I was told I would be charged $18 and change for the bottles I received and told them that the amount they just told me I would be charged, was not in the terms and conditions and they said I wouldn't be charged for it. After this call, I found out that my card had been charged for the $78 and $59. I did some research at that point and found out that the bottle they were charging me for was also at the Vitamin Shoppe for $9.99. This place is a scam. And there are other reviews on the Revdex.com that had the same thing happen to them. The only time someone was refunded money in those reviews is when one of their customers threatened with legal action. If they would like to charge me the same amount for the bottles that I found out were $9.99, I would be willing to pay that, instead of the $78 they claim is the price. I understand there are terms and conditions to everything, but when the business does not make them clear to the customer, they should respect that, instead of trying to trick people into paying for something that's marked up by $68 more than other ACCREDITED businesses. When I cancelled. I was told my card would not be charged. If you would like to listen to the recording, I'm sure they recorded the call since it is said prior to speaking to someone that it would be recorded.

I STILL have not received said refund. All their so called transaction numbers in the world do not mean anything. I contacted my bank that has confirmed there has been NO refund issued. I cancelled my order immediately. I never received the product until JULY! I just want my money back. Thank you for your help.

I'm sorry but I don't accept their response. Yes, I did send for the trial. But it did take a long time to get to me. And the very day, probably the very minute that it was scanned at the post office that I was picking it up, I was charged the full price for two items. I called before I even left the post office. As I said before it took a long time to talk to someone. The woman was very tricky. I didn't even realize until I got off the phone that she had gotten me to agree to a longer trial rather than a refund. Also, this 50% off offer that they mentioned - this was for FUTURE orders. It had nothing to do with the "trial" that I was being charged full price for. When I had thought it through and called back a few days later, the man I spoke to was extremely rude. They can say I was treated fairly, but it's not true. He was very rude and short with me, he acted like it was a personal insult to him that I wanted to return the item and get a refund, and when I insisted on cancelling the membership that I had NOT asked to be signed up for, he said "FINE!" and read off the cancellation numbers extremely fast and then he basically hung up on me. Their so called "customer service" people are obviously trained to mislead and trick people into continuing the "trial". I'm not a stupid person, but that first lady talked around me so fast that I didn't even realize what I was agreeing to. And the man was beyond rude because I wanted my money back and to cancel the membership. I still have the package. I still have NOT opened it. And I'm still willing to mail it back to them for a refund. And No, I did not ask for the shipping back. That was the only amount that I actually agreed to pay. I think this company is set up to trick and mislead people. Most people think of a trial as a sample of something. Not a trial period that begins the moment you order something and then ends the day you pick up the product at the post office.

Unfortunately I also was one that fell for this group's fraudulent tactics. I should have been more alert to this and known it was a scam.
I am so glad I saw the Revdex.com report. I have written to them to cancel any and all future orders, and if they do not, I will take legal action.

Review: Signed up for three products under their free trial period. Was appropriately charged shipping but then was charged exorbitant amount for each of these supplements ($78.94, $70.95, and $59.52 for supplements.) Therefore, I called the phone number on the handout that came with the last delivery and followed the prompts to cancel and received a confirmation number. However, the next month I was charged two times $78.94 and $59.52. There is no packing list so they show no address or even a website for an internet company, which I think is shady. When I got a customer service rep he told me that when I cancelled I only cancelled one of the products. He refused to refund anything and said there was a $32.00 "cancellation fee" for cancelling through a rep! However, he was going to waive that but became intimidating, aggressive and demeaning when I tried to get clarification. He refused to answer my questions. It was like dealing with a collections agency, but I was their customer and they now had hundreds of dollars from me so I can't imagine why they need to be intimidating other than they could care less about customers and just try to get as much as they can initially and then make it almost impossible to cancel or charge the customer to do so.

2Desired Settlement: Full refund of all three products. Happy to return all unopened packages if they do so.

Review: I ordered a health supplement which I thought was for a 30 day trial period. In the company's very lengthy and confusing terms & conditions I found out that I only had 14 days from my order date to cancel my order without the high monthly rate, and automatic renewal of product that they began to take out of my account. On July 9, 2015 I was charged 4.95 for the "trial" bottle of the product. Then on July 24, 2015 I was charged an additional $59.52. I was shocked when I saw my credit card statement today with this $59.52 charge because I was under the impression that I had 30 days to try the product before I needed to cancel. I feel that the wording and sneaky way that this is marketed is underhanded a very deceptive. If there is anything that can be done to make sure other people do not fall for their underhanded marketing, I would be more than happy to help. Please do anything you can.Sincerely,Mrs. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, and to make sure the company states plainly and up front, not hidden in a lengthy 8 page document of terms and conditions, that you get charged the full price within 14 days, not the implied 30 day trial. I also spoke with a very rude customer service person, who not only tried to sell me other products and try to talk me into continuing with this scam, but argued with me and told me I had to listen to her sales pitch if I was to get my 20% refund and cancellation.

This is a complete scam company. First of all they attach false affiliations to their marketing such as banners associating them with Women's Health Magazine etc. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Luckily iIsaw the fine print post order, and right away called to cancel. 3 Days later I received a call from someone else offering me a Walmart gift card, and all I had to do was pay for shipping....I told them I would report them if they continued to contact me. I canceled the card I used just to be safe. But either way, shame on me for falling for it, but furthermore, STAY AWAY from this company!!

Review: In my opinion this company gets the prize for rip-off.While taking care of some business online at 2:30 am, an ad popped up to try this amazing weight loss product, basically for free. So I placed the order. The next thing I know my credit card had charges of 78.94 + 4.95 for an item called ISG MANGOXT (garcinia cambogia). Also 59.52 + .95for an item called OHP OPTIMAL CLEANSE. When I called to question this I was told that I needed to cancel within 2 weeks in order to not be charged. To this day I have not seen that statement, nor do I remember it being told to me. When I said that I had not opened the product and wanted to return it, the man got snippy and loud, maybe I did too because I was so incensed at this, but I would think companies want their employees to stay professional. After 10+ minutes of my requesting for a RA number he finally relented and gave it to me, but I would have to pay a restocking fee of 8.95. And this was the same result for the cleanse product. So I ended up paying 17.90 for restocking charges, they also requested I ship the 2 bottles back separately, even though I received them together, and they were going to the same address. So I spent over 25$ and for what.....absolutely nothing. I hope I can save others from this companies tactics.Desired Settlement: While I would love to get my money back, I am more interested in getting this info out to others so they don't get taken advantage of.

Review: Diet aides ordered on 8/4/2013 received on 8/10/2013 started on 8/14/2013 tried off and on for almost 2 weeks (made me very sick) finally dr told me to stop. Called on 8/28/2013 to cancel when I received my credit card statement $138.46 so icalled spoke to [redacted] who said there was no record of my cancellation and another $138.46 was being charged on 9/19/2013 after I very long discussion ( whichi offered to return the 2unopened bottles) he refused but did issue credits for 2 bootles minus a re-stocking fee.... after re-looking at the website lefthand corner states 60 day $ back guarantee No QUESTIONS ASKED so I called back this time speaking to [redacted] she stated that guarntee is not for the trial sale well it says that on the trial order page, she said it says that but you need to click onthe small button at the bottom where it says conditions... told her this is false advertising she hung up on me... now I have have $157.00 left on my credit card to a product I tried a handful of times and made me very sick each timeDesired Settlement: Full refund of both $138.46 charges totally $276.92 since right on the order page of their website states 60 day $ back guarantee no questions asked

Review: No credit to my account has been applied so far after credit issued on 5/19/15 to my VISA account.Desired Settlement: There Ad states that the product Striction BP will reduce Blood Pressure and if not satisfied, can be returned for full refund, after speaking with 3 representatives on the phone, they confirmed that a credit was issued and that my account will be credited by $70. which is not the full cost of the product. I paid $88.89 including shipping, cost of product was $79.90. I agreed to the $70 refund and was assured that my account will be credited within 3 to 5 working days. Credit was issued on 5/19/15 and as of this day no credit has been sent to my account.

I would appreciate getting my credit to my account that was used to pay the product. I used my VISA card.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: Promised a full refund if all the product I had was shipped back to the company. I returned all of the product and they only refunded me half of the money.Desired Settlement: I want the other half of the money they told me they would refund. $95.

Review: So I order a product with a $1.00 trial period for 14 days - On day 12 I was charged, I called customer service and was spoken to in a rude and obnoxious manner, I explained the situation and they basically said "that's your problem". I asked for a refund, they said no BUT "because you seem upset I can refund 35% of the purchase amount". (Note -If I was wrong why would you offer that?) So I accepted and hung up. I called back after about 30 minutes, explained the situation and received the same response verbatim - as if it was a script being read. but this rep was even MORE rude - AND she told me something the previous rep did not - that O needed to return the bottles or I would be charged 78.56 again in 45 days! OK, here;s my problem with that, If I hadn't called back was someone going to tell me that? I think NOT! At the end, I only got back 27.00Desired Settlement: I just want my money back- the whole amount

Review: Only a few minutes after paying for shipment on a free trial, I received a voice message saying that there was a chance of credit card fraud. The number just happened to have the same area code as the place I just ordered from. It said to have my credit card information available when I called. Feeling like I had been duped into some kind of scam, I immediately tried to cancel my order. In order to cancel, I had to pay $18.97. Otherwise I would have to pay for the shipping to return. I tried calling their customer service to see if I could just cancel it before they sent it out, but I couldn't get hold of anyone. I put a hold on my credit card, but unfortunately, the payment was already authorized. I tried e-mailing and calling again, but I haven't been able to get a response. According to them, I'm still subscribed until I cancel, but I can't do that unless I contact their customer service. I fear that I will held to the agreement to pay for a subscription I didn't even know about until after I ordered.Desired Settlement: I just want to be free from my so called subscription and to be refunded any money I doled out for this. I don't want their product. Their way of advertising was also very tricky. I honestly feel stupid for falling for it. They made it look like an official news article with "real" comments from "real" people. It wasn't until after I ordered that I checked the webpage more closely and looked at the small print on the bottom of the page saying that this was just a simulated version of what people could be saying about the product. I also feel stupid for not reading the Terms and Conditions, because it was only there that it said I was agreeing to a monthly subscription. It never came out and said it upfront. I know it's my own fault for letting myself be manipulated like this, but I wish someone would suspend their ability to have their business advertise this way.

Review: [redacted] This business makes false advertising. It states on its website that there is a 60 day guarantee money back, which is not correct, since per rep when I called he said it was only a 14-day trial for money back? To explain: when you first order, they say that you will only be charged for shipping $5. And then, within about 15 days, they automatically debit you a whooping $75.00 (without authorization). When I noticed the charge on my bank account I called them to inquire and was told the following: 1) Apparently, the trial starts on the day you actually POST(!!)the order - even though it could take a week and a half for you to receive it. - Therefore, you have had the product for less than a week when trial exp. Furthermore, you're supposed to call within 14 days to cancel the trial, even though, apparently, it takes the product (per the representative) 30 - 35 days to even start working?? - The representative blatantly refused to give me a full refund on the $75.00 they had just charged me - even though their website states 60 day money back guarantee, however, when you call them, they say you have to call within 14 days for a full money back guarantee, as explained above. In addition, in my case, they only shipped the product from Savannah, Ga on 8/31 - and I live in Florida and today is 9/13/13 - so by the time I got it, I have had this product for less then a week. Not sure how I was supposed to call them within 14 days to cancel the order and "know" whether the product was "good"??? This business is a huge scam. When you try to call in, they keep you on hold for at least 25-30 mins, and on the 1st try I got hung up on because the representative stated he "could not hear me" and within a second I was disconnected.I'm only filing this complaint since I do not want anybody else to have to go through this scam. Because I believe that if this business was truly confident in its product they wold not play this gimmickDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund on my order due to all of the headache of having to call 2 different times and having been on hold for about 30 minutes each time. The representative was extremely hostile to giving me any kind of refund and it was an almost 30 minute long call (very exhausting). After debating for about 10 minutes I was offered a 30% refund, then a 50% refund (when I mentioned Revdex.com), and lastly a 70% refund. I believe I am entitled to a full refund.
