I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Fed ex label has been received. The return shipping process has been long but it is due to arrive to them on January 8th end of business day. I will await my refund once the package arrives. Hopefully it does happen within 24 hours as I was originally told over a month for the refund process. I will be following up with the agent as soon as I see the package delivery confirmation as I sent it out quickly once label was received.

I just wanted to follow up with you today regarding Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted] for [redacted].  I have been advised the ticket transfer has been processed by the appropriate department.  I have also been informed this was not addressed due Origami Owl being unable to locate any information as the Designer [redacted] inputting her last name incorrectly into the system.  Her last name is spelled “[redacted]” and it was entered into our system as “[redacted]”.

 

Please let me know if you need any further information so we may consider this issue as resolved.

prepaid shipping label to [redacted] on 05/02/14 with [redacted] tracking #[redacted].  You may send both orders with this label.  Upon viewing the status of this tracking number we found it is still in the initiated state, please see attached screen shot.  Please attach the label to your package and return to Origami Owl so we may assist you with your refund.  If you are still having issues with viewing this label please advise so I may request another be sent to you.  Once your items have been returned to sender please contact me directly at [redacted] so I may track your package.  Once received our Returns Department will process and issue you your refund.  Please allow 7-10 days for processing time.  Once processed please allow 3-5 business days for the post to reflect back to your card.  I will follow up with you in 2 business days with any updates I receive.

I am sorry that you did not initially receive the assistance you requested from our Designer Care team. We have reviewed the file and I understand that one of our senior Designer Care managers spoke with you this afternoon. I am very happy that we were able to...

rectify this issue and that we will be replacing the jewelry for you.

As I am sure you can appreciate, the Designer Care representative who answered the call was following the policy as were you in trying to reach the Independent Designer who placed your orders. This being said, we understand that there are mitigating circumstances that require special review and treatment and we will be working with our teams to ensure that they know when to pass requests up the chain.
