Dear Revdex.com,
We have sent a 3rd RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prepaid shipping label from FedEx to [redacted] via the email address provided.  We have also shipped a 4th physical RMA prepaid shipping label via USPS to [redacted]'s address on Live Oak Loop in Buda, TX.  The tracking number for the USPS parcel is [redacted], and is expected to be delivered no later than Tuesday.  This should clear up any issues that [redacted] is having with her email account and remedy the matter at hand.

I have reached out to [redacted] regarding her complaint about Order # [redacted].  My conclusion is that a full refund for this order has already taken place, but will need additional time to reflect in her account.  Please note that Origami Owl associates assisted [redacted] with...

her requests the best they could, including informing her that if Origami Owl was unable to cancel the order or retrieve the package, that she would need to dispute the charge with her bank as being fraudulent.In regards to fraudulent activity, Origami Owl is very aware that there has been a rise in fraudulent messages and has informed its Designers to be cautious of this fraudulent activity.  Messages to Leadership and Top Influencing members were warned that phishing scams were arising with the holiday season on 12/17/2015.  On 1/8/2016 a letter was posted in News from The Nest via Origami Owl's back office that was, and is still, available to all O2 Designers regarding the matter with information on how to safeguard yourself from these fraudulent acts.
Because we take these types of phishing messages very seriously, we make sure to make our Designers aware of these types of situations as soon as they occur so Designers know what to look out for.  We can certainly understand [redacted]'s frustration and apologize for her experience.  As stated above, please allow additional time for the refunded amount of $240.02 to reflect in the account.

not appear on the list as registered.  I have been requested to ask if you have the confirmation number that you would have received upon completion of registration so they may further look into this issue.  I was also requested to confirm you were the original person that registered for the conference ticket and it was not transferred to you by another Designer.

this company on February 15 2014 took an additional amount of 34.27 out of my bank account. I have not received the full amount from the first 2 transactions.  They had no reason to take more money out of my bank account on February 15 . regards,

disconnect between the returns and finance department, although I truly cannot tell you what occurred. I can confirm that the refund to your card has been processed and would like to apologize for the delay it took in rectifying this issue. Please see attached .jpg for the refund confirmation. You should see the funds in your account within 3- 5 days depending on your credit card merchant's processing times.

The message attached from [redacted] was the original response, to my original complaint on 4/22/15.  Since then, [redacted] was assisting me on getting all items returned.  My issue NOW is in regards to getting shipping labels re-sent to me so that I can send the items back.  Therefore, a copy of the original response from [redacted], who is no longer employed by Origami Owl from what I understand, is not an acceptable response to my issue in needing shipping labels.
