Dear Revdex.com,We have sent a 3rd RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prepaid shipping label from FedEx to [redacted] via the email address provided.  We have also shipped a 4th physical RMA prepaid shipping label via USPS to [redacted]'s address on Live Oak Loop in Buda, TX.  The tracking number for the USPS parcel is [redacted], and is expected to be delivered no later than Tuesday.  This should clear up any issues that [redacted] is having with her email account and remedy the matter at hand.Thank you,Robert A[redacted]

Fed ex label has been received. The return shipping process has been long but it is due to arrive to them on January 8th end of business day. I will await my refund once the package arrives. Hopefully it does happen within 24 hours as I was originally told over a month for the refund process. I will be following up with the agent as soon as I see the package delivery confirmation as I sent it out quickly once label was received.

Thank you for your email.  I was able to locate the order numbers in question and reached out to the consumer as of 5/1/15.  I advised as her order contained a personalized inscription item, Origami Owl requests additional time frame to process the order.  As advised in each product description of our Inscription items, we request additional time frame to process personalized items.  I have pasted below one of the descriptions currently on our website.  I have confirmed order #[redacted] was delivered as of 04/28/15.  I have also confirmed order #[redacted] is currently in transit and set to arrive today 05/04/15, [redacted] tracking # [redacted].
