I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because: all equipment was rejected and Protect America has that equipment. There is zero value or service with me or for me. I have made calls to confirm cancellation of the contract and been given messages that a person will call me back.  There is nothing in my possession of Protect America's.  This needs to be cancelled and resolved now as I have done my part and Protect America accepted all equipment back and has likely redeployed it. If they accepted the equipment back, they accepted my cancellation. Please confirm.

I am rejecting this response because:  Protect America did not refund me the entire amount.  They still took out a restocking fee of $79 for faulty equipment that does not work.  I even had pay to ship the equipment back to them via fedex.  I am requesting the refund on the remaining $79.

Protect America has received the rejected offer submitted by Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] did not have a camera as part of the initial equipment and thus, not being charged for any camera or any camera services. We sent a courtesy camera out to him recently which means that we are not charging him for it. He acknowledged that he received it. We are unable to make any adjustments to the bill because he was never charged for any camera or camera services. We are encouraging him to contact us at [redacted] to assist with the installation process or any further concerns.

Protect America has received the rejected response submitted by Ms. [redacted]. We will waive the payment due for the month of August as a courtesy to her. We ask that she allows Protect America to assist with any further concerns.

Protect America has received the complaint submitted by Mr. [redacted]. We reviewed the account and calls. Our policy changed to where by, we no longer take over existing hardwire systems. We offered Mr. [redacted] an option of providing new alarm system equipment with a one year extension on his...

Agreement. He accepted the offer. He called back stating that he was not happy with the aesthetics of the equipment and requested to have the account cancelled. Mr. [redacted] paid the remainder of the contract term and the account was cancelled accordingly.  We ask that he allows Protect America to assist with any further inquiries.

Protect America has a convoluted disconnect policy.  There is no sense to pursue this further.  I am currently waiting to get the disconnect document for signature.  Thank you for your timely handling of this matter.  I will never do business with Protect America again.

I am rejecting this response because: They have not offered any solutions, I have called in for months trying to resolve my issues.  I was forced to work with another company, ADT, as they were able to offer me the services I requested.  I spome on the phone with another lying individual earlier in the week from protect America.   The rep again stated that the services I requested are not available thru proect america.  Because of protect america' s failure to resolve my issues I had to sign up with a different company.  Protect America Claims They Are Helping Me, But All They Are doing Is trying To Get Me Too find someone else To take Over My contracts .   Protect America needs Too waive My cancellation Fees Now!  This Is Absolutely Absurd How Much Time And Money If Mine They Are wasting.  They AreNot  trying To Help Me one Bit!  They are only trying too keep making pay for services that they promised the company was capable of.  They ripped me off and are continuing to do so!

I am rejecting this response because: I need to know what fees Protect America is charging me and I need this in writing. I need to know exactly what I'm being charged for. [redacted] stated in Revdex.com case # [redacted] that they do not charge fees. The last bill I received from your company was for $216.60 and that was in December of 2015.  [redacted] also stated in Consumer Financial Bureau case # [redacted] they don't charge fees. They said your company sent this to them saying that I owe $435. Look at these 2 cases that I already filed against [redacted] and they are saying this is the amount you told them I owe and if that's the case you should be able to show me how I owe this amount. I have already talked to them you need to tell me what you are charging me for because this is the amount you sent them saying I owe according to them.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because after contacting [redacted] and explaining that I do not owe these charges, they then spoke to [redacted] from Protect America who said they would not be letting this go. Protect America hired [redacted] to resolve the debt so ultimately Protect America has the ability to let this go if they so please. If Protect America truly has a commitment to resolve customer concerns, they will look into my file and see that my cancellation notice and equipment were promptly returned, and will cancel the agreement and dismiss all charges.Regards,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I called multiple times to cancel my account and was never given ingotmation about needing to send anything in writing until april. Even then they required me to pay to cancel. Ive submitted payment for 4 months of service I never even had.
