MrN*** words ca't begin to describe my disappointment on the way your company handled my loan requestThis process began over months ago!! Every week you requested a different document which I submitted based on your affirmation of the loan being approvedIt is extremely unprofessional and misleading to keep a client on hold, filtering documentation requests based on assumptionsYou had no idea whether my loan was going to be approved yet you assured me it was! I find that unethical and deceitfulAs a result of your inability to process information as well as documentation, my family lost not one, but two homes! I have to wonder if you are at all familiar with VA lending policy; with regards to the ETS document, I told you my intention to retire in the next few months, yet you were once again misguiding by saying "It will be fine, write the letter saying exactly what I emailed to you, this is the last document they want, they do not need to know that"Those were your exact words! Now here we are in the 11th hour and you advised me that the VA will not approve my loanAfter this NEGATIVE experience, I will take some time to educate myself (and suggest you do the same) on the benefits disabled veterans who have served this country with honor and respect are entitled toYou can keep the measly $the appraisal cost as I promise you, I will under no circumstances conduct business with Paramount Equity Mortgage ever again!

In September of 2015, I and my wife applied to refinance our primary home loan with Paramount Equity Mortgages, LLCOur application was handled by *** ***, senior mortgage specialist who guaranteed that our refinance application would go through because they have handled similar applications before and the financial numbers met their criteriaAfter we supplied Mr*** with all the requested financial and personal information, he re-stated the guarantee that the loan will be closed within to daysWe explained that our situation was a little bit more complicated because we had a secondary loan from HCILDA (Los Angeles Housing Community Investment Department) and a subordination request will need to be madeWe provided *** and subsequently all the staff who handled the processing of the case with direct contact numbers of HCILDA and even began a three way email conversation between all parties involved to make sure the process goes through smoothlyHCI

We have just finalized a re-finance with Paramount Mortgage and it was one of the easiest re-finances we have ever been involved in! Terrible serviceThey contacted me for a quote on refinance, the person I spoke with wanted my SSN to pull a soft inquiry on my credit history before he could give me the quoteI confirmed multiple time if it was a soft inquiry and he said yesTurned out it was a hard inquiry and hurted my creditThey lied straight to meI would not recommend doing business with them

I am currently trying to refinance my houseI have been in the market searching for a mortgage company to do so withUpon doing so I’ve come in contact with loanpal, more specifically Chris d***, NMLS# *** I was told things like my appraisal would be waived or refunded if the loan went through, and numbers until they were on paperThey try and sell you on great service yet once they had my money the service went out of the windowAfter I told Chris I wasn’t interested in the loan any longer he tried to have the manager pressure me into continuing because, “Chris and loanpal had put a lot of time and effort into the loan”I was suppose to be refunded almost two weeks agoI called three days ago to see what was going on, after calling my bank to see if it was on their endI was told by Chris that it’s not his department and he would get me the infoI still haven’t heard anything back and will have to file a dispute with my bank to try and receive my moneyI would caution against loanpalOne quote with promises too good to be true turned out to be a waste of my time

We wanted to refi our house and friends of ours referred us to Paramount Equity and *** *** and his team We started this process in November, before Thanksgiving, with a conventional loan We switched to a VA loan in December Here we are now in the 2nd week of March, and still nothing*** told us to not pay our house payment in February because it was 'within days of being completed." We ended up paying our payment Anytime I call, *** doesn't return my calls in a timely manner or when he says he is going to I even made a trip from my home in Central California to Roseville to put a face to the name and voice that had been over the phone, hoping to put some fire under *** to get the ball rolling faster Once again, *** promised we would have our declarations on that Thursday Well, once again, Thursday came and went, so did Friday, and now we are midway in the next week I have called two people who were higher up, *** Hughes and *** ***, who also said

We purchased a lead
from a lead provider that had been completed by Mr***. In completing the lead form, Mr*** provided his Express Written Consent (EWC) to be contacted regarding his financing needs. In accordance with federal and state regulations, this EWC allows us to call the phone number regardless of whether or not it appears on any federal or state Do-Not-Call lists. As such we called Mr*** times over a period of days. In all cases but one, the call was picked up by an answering machine. When we finally spoke to Mr*** we added his phone number to our Internal Do-Not-Call list as requested, and no subsequent call were made. We believe that we fully acted in compliance with all federal and state regulations, and our internal policies. A copy of our "Consumer Do-Not-Call Policy" has been attached for further reference
