Recently I looked into refinancing my home and Seth D from the Arizona office contacted me He was so helpful, very kind, worked hard to get me numbers that would work for me, unfortunately, I have some personal issues that prevented me from following thru with this refinance, none of those issues had anything to do with Paramount or Seth Seth tried his hardest and he is certainly someone I would recommend to anyone

Beware- predatory lender They called me trying to sell me a loan I asked about the rate and the guy I talked to completed a loan ap and ran my credit without my consent I just got an email stating there are electronic docs ready for me to sign This was done without my knowledge or consent BAD BUSINESS!!

I feel extremely compelled to share our refinance experience we had working with our loan specialist Angel G*** and processor Porshia T*** of Parmount Equity because of the exceptional professionalism and personal touch I received through the entire processMy included mortgages, debt consolidation and cash out which Angel and his team managed to do in only days which was extremely fast considering the complexity of our refinanceAngel was incredible to work with My wife and I had been hit tremendously hard after the recession with job loss, exorbitant medical bills and debt that wiped out our life savings We went through hell for the last years dealing with parasitic high interest rate mortgages with Wells Fargo that we are now free of thanks to Angel Six months prior we had also been burned by Loan Depot who "promised" me they could help but after I paid for an appraisal they changed their minds and left me out in the coldTo say the least we were jaded and mistrustful and will admit we may not have treated Angel as respectfully as I should have but he did not let it phase him He remained positive and polite through the whole experience, he under promised and over delivered and managed my expectations well Little by little he won our confidence doing exactly what he said he was going to do and even taking texts on the weekend, He responded quickly to all our inquiries and ran down any questions or concerns we had and always responded promptly He has an excellent set of people skills for dealing with delicate and difficult situations such as with ours He worked hard to find a way to save us $$$$/month giving us our financial dignity back without ever once being condescending or impatientOur dealings with Porshia were considerably less than with Angel but she too was excellent to work with Right in the middle of processing my loan the first processor left Paramount leaving us thinking "here we go again." Even though I know Porshia was swamped picking up the work left by the first processor she pushed hard to keep our loan moving along without missing a beat She too was polite, patient and prompt, a joy to work withWe cannot emphasis enough how much this has impacted our lives for the positive, we can now once again begin contributing to our retirement plan and afford better health care not to mention the freedom we feel being free of the parasites at Wells Fargo and the high interest rate credit cardsWe wish Angel and Paramount the very best and thank them making our lives betterSincerely,

We contacted Paramount Equity to refinance our home in February, The employee we worked with was *** ***-*** He determined that the value of our home was more than $340,which was well above the $312,appraisal we had done March, through *** *** He sent out an appraiser from a company with a terrible reputation We paid half of the $appraisal fee in the amount of $ An appraiser came out that was not familiar with our area and issued an appraisal of only $290,which is -$22,less than the appraisal done in Because of the under valued appraisal she issued, we haven't been able to refinance our home or get a second equity loan
*** ***-*** told us that we would get the $that we paid for the appraisal reimbursed as soon as possible We were never reimbursed and Mr***-*** stopped communicating with us We were financially destroyed because Paramount Equity decided to suspend our loan and refused to explo

The loan officer, Joel R***, was very knowledgeable, friendly, accessible, and efficient Working with him was a very pleasant experience
