Paramount Equity Mortgage

I started dealing with Parmount - I paid for an appraisal and it has been over two weeks since I have been contacted I have been leaving messages and no return calls

I have refinanced with Paramount Equity They have originally had a rate of 4.015% for years, this changed to 4.25% for years at the time of signing because 'their system would not allow the other format' Further they have asked for rapid fire signatures of the same document with minor changes along the way This resulted in a change of re-financed cash out to me, a difference of close to $ Once all mortgage documents where signed, the cash out option had changed once again and no one from the organization can validate the gap in funds

They seemed to nice and eager at first but they really over promise and under deliver! We have been going through a refinance with them since early to mid April Supposedly we're working with the manager because the original loan person was just that unresponsive It shouldn't take a week to come up with numbers! We have hit a few snags along the way but when they tell you that you should have something (final approval for instance) a week and a half later and then that doesn't happen and you reach out to them but they don't answer your calls or your emails Then they find some way to talk their way out of it Honestly we wouldn't even be dealing with them any more if we weren't out the $appraisal fee that we can't get transferred I think they charge that up front so that you're stuck with them Completely unhappy with them and would never refer anybody to them

Being new to the refinancing process, Kenneth T*** was extremely helpful in communicating the steps and explaining some of the jargon used in real estate worldIt was only after we signed all of the documents with our notary that the communication lines appeared to be severedI wasn't sure if it moved to a different department, but no one reached out to me and I had a difficult time even trying to figure out how to make my first paymentAfter contacting Kenneth's manager, he assured me this wasn't a standard business practice, however I recently got an expiration notice from our homeowner's insurance policy, which was supposed to be paid through our escrow account with ParamountI tracked down our new loan servicing organization and asked them to overnight a check, but I'm confused as to how this happened in the first place and why I didn't know until a month after it expiredApparently, our insurance broker and insurance company had tried to contact Paramount, and no one respondedI can certainly believe that be the case because even now I'm having a difficult time reaching anyone over in the Paramount officesCustomer service line constantly rings, and all voicemails I've left haven't been returnedExtremely disappointed in the post-refinance process and I would certainly not want someone to go through what I'm currently going through

A member rep named *** *** a mortgage specialist noted that he needed all of my info to see if I qualify thru FICO system, well from a score inquiry brought down my score to noted that after conversation with this person informing me that cash out that I requested that he will allow me only 30K cash, that if he decide it be done after their feesI decline their services to refinance my property, I informed him within 1/hour after I had to decide if I wanted his terms, I told and informed thru email and calling they place me on hold, after this date august 26, his company keeps calling and harrasing me to deal to a agreement I have said NO, I didnt want to deal or make any agreement with a bad reputation company noted thru complaints seen on Revdex.com and onlline of fraud dealsthe rep*** *** kept sending Email..noting that it was only one complaint, yet there are more

Great company to do business with I refinanced a year ago and then I was called to follto see if I wanted to refinance and be removed from the MPP I was paying It literally was very smooth and fast No hold ups Highly recommend working with this company

I was looking for information on loans and made the mistake of putting in my actual phone number and it wasn't even for LoanPal, it was a general loan information site I even selected a contact preference of email only! Now I get this company calling me multiple times a day, day after day, it's ridiculous! They don't honor the Do Not Call list and there is no way on their website to get off their call list I wanted information sent to me, to engage at my convenience - not this crazy never ending hourly call schedule! You will never get my business if I consider you to be harassing me! Send an email with your number and I'll contact you if I like what you have to offer, but this non stop calling during business hours while I'm at work is unacceptable! You absolutely lost my business with this approach, and I will absolutely share with anyone I know looking for loans to beware of contacting LoanPal at all!

Loan officer Patrick and Andrea took care of your refiance I was overly pleased with how they handled the transaction They never left us in the dark and always made sure we were the only loan they were processing (although I know there were many others) Both Andrea and Patrick went over and beyond their job description to make sure everything was handled with extreme professionalism They both carry an extreme professional attitude about what they do and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for refinance It was a pleasure working with both of them and I hope they are recognized for a job well done and going over and beyond their job specifications Very personableThank you Paramount Equity for hiring such qualified and professional staff Great job!
