After giving me a Loan to pay for Solar Panel installation, they offer me a Morgage Loan modification, I was pre-approved for the underwriter, after weeks of submitted all the requirements and don't hear from LoanPal, I sent emails to the employees on charge od my file they reply after the second attemptThey start to ask me again for all the paperwork and were very unprofessional in the way how they treated me
Also, I got charge for an appraisal for my house that doesn't even is correct

They ran my credit without my consentPerson on phone was not telling the truth regarding information needed for review

We, my wife and I, went through the process of re financing our home Having completed all requirements given to us by Mr*** ** *** of Paramount Equity Mortgage when all of a sudden we not longer had communication with Mr, *** all forms of communication from him stopped We were also required to get an appraisal which we were promised to be reimbursed the $500...After reviewing comments on Facebook we decided to add to the complaints

I worked with Annie on a house refinance I have never been more impressed with a company that is top notch for communication Annie stayed in contact with me daily to update me on the status of the refinance and ensured the refinance went as smooth as possible I will be recommending several individuals to Paramount Top Notch Customer Service and a business that puts their customers first
