NegativeIve set my loan up with them more than two months ago and can not make a paymentEveryone I call hands me off to someone else and then hangs up many timesFinally got through to someone who said it’s to early to make paymentNot in system yetSame message over and overNow I’m In Collections with them for two months of debt I’ve been trying to pay for two monthsOnline site does not work with some iPhones eitherThey finally got me to a person who they said was their job to take care of thisNo luckShe said call back later and after that never answered or returned most of my callsCalls returned she could not find my info I’m reading off of their paperwork about my loanI’m currently (at this moment ) on a 21:minuets and counting hold to pay my bill in their collectionsHow long am I suppose to stay on hold to pay my bill.10:30am Monday

In September I made a $payment to Paramount Equity for the mortgage on my houseMy payment amount was only $so the rest was extra principal amount Paramount sold my mortgage and I started making my payments to another lender However the extra principal amount was never credited to my mortgage loanParamount Equity just kept my moneyI have called them numerous times and receive no return call I informed my broker in an email and sent him a copy of my check but that was months agoI still have not gotten credit on my mortgage account

This is the worst company to ever do business withTheir employees are rude and do not take responsibility for their own actionsThey have customers still signing documents after the closing date of their homes and trying to back date them to months earlierEveryone from my agent to the sellers agent to the tilting company I used stated that this is the worst experience they had ever seen in over years of businessNone of the employees or the managers did anything on time as they said they would and each blamed each other for the mistakesThey can’t even get my interest rate correct after closing nor my 5k in Ernest money back to meThey bought my rate down without ever asking me and played with money that never existed to them and was expressed multiple times over and over
