I will like to give my thanks to Jinnette for the outstanding customer support she provided during the refinancing of my loanLike most people that are refinancing their home loan I was very skeptical of her at first especially after dealing with other loan providersBut she eventually earned my trust by displaying and showing integrity and truthfulness while going through the processBasically everything she told me was correct and truthful just like she saidThere were not any unexpected moments, changes or unexplained situationsSo if you want to deal with someone who you can trust that have your best interest in mind, hey the answer is clear that she and her staff at Paramount Equity Mortgage are the one you should deal with

NegativeIve set my loan up with them more than two months ago and can not make a paymentEveryone I call hands me off to someone else and then hangs up many timesFinally got through to someone who said it’s to early to make paymentNot in system yetSame message over and overNow I’m In Collections with them for two months of debt I’ve been trying to pay for two monthsOnline site does not work with some iPhones eitherThey finally got me to a person who they said was their job to take care of thisNo luckShe said call back later and after that never answered or returned most of my callsCalls returned she could not find my info I’m reading off of their paperwork about my loanI’m currently (at this moment ) on a 21:minuets and counting hold to pay my bill in their collectionsHow long am I suppose to stay on hold to pay my bill.10:30am Monday

We had the easiest refinance with Bryant H*** and Paramount mortgage They walked us through a complicated situation with ease from start to finish ! We even had a lien they helped clear up when most would have cancelled the whole thing Bryant even called me before we completed the process and told us the rate dropped and we could take a refund or the lower rate ! Bryant is honest and has a lot of integrety in business I would use him again and recommend him to any friend!

I had a very positive experience with this company

I was refinancing my home as I had been through a divorce and needed to get my ex-spouse off of the mortgage and loan I was contacted by Paramount Equity Mortgage after I had spoken with another Loan Agency, Quicken Loans The lady from Paramount was able to get me locked into better circumstances and also let me know that there would be no cost to me going into the loan I let her know that I also would not have any reserves or payments and this was not an issue or a concern when I was first starting this loan process I had started E-signing documents on February 2nd, I had to supply documents throughout the next few weeks and a few weeks into the process was stated that I was going to need to pay out of pocket for an appraisal that was going to cost I questioned this as I was originally told that there would be no out of pocket expenses, I got the appraisal done, by home came out at 216, The loan amount that I am requesting was for 133,to debt consolida

Christopher Y***, was awesome! He was patient, understanding, helpful, and very knowledgeable He went above and beyond to get the refinance completed on time Very quick responses to email, and calls I would highly recommend Chris for a mortgage refinance!

I filled out a form online regarding "Anonymous" quote for refinancing my mortgage On the last page stated will be sent to companies***, Paramount Equity and another company I cannot recall At 7:am Phoenix time I am getting calls from ParamountI asked the man why are you calling me at 7amthis == is a restricted time for telemarketers The man di not seem to care he was as he was just trying to make a saleHe kept stating " you filled out a form..." or something to that effect The call degraded from here I called back on the number on my caller ID and woman answered with my nameI asked her why Paramount is calling me at am here in Phoenix Same poor attitude and apparently untrianed No apology No" I am sorry maybe there is something wrong with the dialer " Nothing just more negativity and poor customer service My busine

This is the worst company to ever do business withTheir employees are rude and do not take responsibility for their own actionsThey have customers still signing documents after the closing date of their homes and trying to back date them to months earlierEveryone from my agent to the sellers agent to the tilting company I used stated that this is the worst experience they had ever seen in over years of businessNone of the employees or the managers did anything on time as they said they would and each blamed each other for the mistakesThey can’t even get my interest rate correct after closing nor my 5k in Ernest money back to meThey bought my rate down without ever asking me and played with money that never existed to them and was expressed multiple times over and over

Paramount Equity Mortgage and their representative Nathan S*** were professional in every aspect of the refinancing experience we went through in less than daysThere was consistent useful communication throughout the various phases of qualifying and completing the refinancing of our loan We were well please with all aspects of the customer service and follow through from the beginning to the end when we completed the signing of our documents

When the consumer spoke with our EVP of Sales on 1/30/2015, he explained what had transpired with her previous lender and that this situation was not caused by Paramount. He refunded her appraisal fee, and worked with her previous lender to track down her funds and obtain her a refund. At the time, she indicated that this complaint was resolved and promised to clear the complaint with the Revdex.com
