applied for a mortgage through *** ***Was told I qualified and just needed to pay a refundable appraisal fee of $ After a week of ignoring my phone call and email I was told by *** ***, now I did not qualify unless I pay off debt or prove that I wasn't responsible for a debt under my previous residence that was not on my credit report I requested my refund on 1/12/and have not received a refund or response

Me and my wife wanted to refinance our house after being in it for a year , we wanted to get money out of the home to fix the home up to look better and maybe pay off some bills, we went though lending tree and picked this company from all the others that call us, there were nice on the phone and all checking on us and letting us know what was going on the first couple of weeks, letting us know how much we were going to get based on our credit and how much the house was worth, he said about 20,to 30,dollars which of course was cool, then we get to the turning things in pay stubs and ect then it became a nightmare, we get an email from his assistant and then she says she handling our case, and if we had question we could ask her then we get a email saying that because our credit wasn’t as good the most we could get was 14,which is half but we were okay with it, we emailed several times and no repsonses, and then out of the blue which is like a weeks later she says oh we need tax forms which I understand and she says well be done by july so you wont have to may our regular mortgage in august because they’ll pay it but to hang on to the money anyway, no word from her in august until the end of the month we worried because we get take on late fees if we don’t pay the mortagage on time, she says oh were done so you have to pay 7/which by the time she told us we got dollar late fee we had to pay again she then again says well be done by the first week of 08/again same thing no responses then in the middle of the month she says it with underwriting but youll be done this month hold onto you payment again, then underwriting starts asking for paperwork, we send the paperwork and no responses to emails about when is it going to be done, the late payment again is coming up, again not done by know im sending emails about it seems like that don’t know what there doing , I then get something from them saying that they had to pay more to the bank than what the payoff amount was and can give me a reason how that is, and know our take home is 11,200, were already pissed and have to pay another late payment for 08/2017, then finally we sign paperwork I see something about dollars in the paperwork the but next to it I see the dollars and the person telling us where to sign tell us to ask our agent we may be getting that extra from escrow the next day I get an call from his assistant saying something about getting right then and there I send an email to him and assistant about what she said I told them if that’s what were getting I don’t wanna do it , he then emails me right back and says you getting the 11200, I said okay when my wife checks the bank only dollars is in there this was 9/12/and we have been emailing them ever since to figure out where the rest of the money is and weve been getting the run around and no responses we have hella emails back and fourth saved, but I don’t recommend this company, probably always better to go through a bank , we had James and Lisa so if you get those I would run

I received a letter stating that "you may be eligible to eliminate the monthly mortgage insurance on your FHA insured loan that you took out in for $162,413." I never took out a loan in I called the customer service number provided and spoke with *** who then, directed me to Ed Hamlin ( Senior loan agent) who then directed me to *** *** (District Manager) I left a message with *** *** stating my concerns I then called the home office in Roseville, Ca and was directed to the complaints department I spoke with Shane who advised me that he has received two other complaints about the letter I eventually spoke with *** *** and he advised that it was a letter that used info gathered from FHA on the original loan taken out by the original buyer and used my name since I was the current owner Mr*** stated that he would take me off the advertising list I spent close to minutes dealing with this issue and was sent to the sales department No one knew what w
