This letter is to inform you, that after ten days of misrepresentations, obfuscations, outright lies, red tape, broken promises, bureaucratic inefficiency, six hours on phone hold, five hours on on-line chat hold, contacts with over ten customer-no-service representatives, and a customer service response flow chart designed to make customers lose hope and give up, that Mattress Firm (Corporate Locations & Office) has finally carried out to my very begrudging, bottom-of-the-well, lowest possible imaginable level of satisfaction, by refunding the money I paid for the order I cancelled ten days ago, as named in my complaint, filed on 12/7/and assigned ID 11865112.The contrast between the customer service orientation in the brick and mortar Mattress Firm stores and the E-Store is day and nightThe local stores try VERY VERY HardThe E-Store doesn't try AT ALLThey are all but unreachable by phone or chat, rarely follow up on promised communication (email, calls, transaction verification) and take advantage of a system that scorns accountability, holds customer funds hostage for 2-weeks if there are problemsI felt like the victim of an institutionalized ripoffI can't believe I was told by MatTress Firm customer service that it's impossible for Mattress Firm to cancel an internet order, once it is placedI happen to have designed and installed warehouse management systems for two decades as a consulting engineerI know Bull Hockey when I hear it Why lie? Awful!Note: this was a repeat-repeat business transactionI have been a repeat repeat customer of Mattress firmuntil nowNever againHorrible business model, worse customer experienceJust awfulNever again

Dear Mr***, We do show your original purchase was on 9-5-and that you utilized a comfort exchange offered in our day comfort guarantee on 1-18-and had the mattress replacedUnfortunately, it is well past the initial days for another exchange or refundIn order to have this
mattress exchanged it will need to go through your manufacturer's warrantyWe do have a couple of options in assisting you with this processIn clearly states in the manufacturer's warranty card that "transportation and inspection fees" are not included with the warrantyWe charge $for a home inspection and if your mattress is deemed defective there is a $charge for deliveryThe alternate options we can offer are submitting several clear photos of the area of concern including, proof of support ( Box springs are level and solid as well as correct frame supportWith a queen there needs to be points of contact on the ground including the center support) as well as proof that the mattress is stain and soil freeDepending on what the concern is we can sometimes submit the photos to the manufacturer for reviewThis process is free to you as it does not need a home inspectionIf you'd like assistance with your warranty you'll need to call us at 866-942-or you may always reach out to the manufacturer
