Poor Customer Service
I received a passion planner for Christmas and it was a smaller size than I wanted. I was looking to exchange for a larger size (willing to pay the difference) when I was told they don't do exchanges but they will credit me the amount paid for the smaller size so that I can purchase a larger size. The nothing happened. Initial contact with customer service was 30Dec and it is now 10Jan. I have sent them the requested information from the original order 3 times now and I have not received any sort of credit nor even a response back from them. There is no number to call.

Worst service i have ever experienced - find your planner products elsewhere
I placed an order on 11/29; followed up with an inquiry on 12/5 when the shipping information was never updated, beyond the shipping label having printed. I received a response, that was a screenshot of the information I already had. I followed up on 12/8 and again on 12/10, receiving not even as much as an acknowledgment of a problem, for the nearly $65 I spent. My credit card, however, was quick to be charged. I'm very disappointed, not only that I didn't receive the product I ordered, but that there was zero effort to resolve the issue. Don't waste your money on this company. Go elsewhere.

Please listen to the other reviewers. I chose this planner over Cleverfox (I highly recommend all of their products) because it was similar but dated- that laziness came back to bite me. I saw many review videos on YouTube and the product itself does look great but I realized later all those videos were sponsored. I haven't seen a review from someone who actually made a purchase and now I know why. I've had the same issues as everyone else- shipping dates repeatedly pushed back, item never shipped, tracking number shows it hasn't left the warehouse days later, order cancellation form gives no timeframe of when to expect a refund or even response, company refuses to accept responsibility for their actions or apologize. For the past four days I have said that if my order hasn't shipped I want a refund. Everyday the response is "We got more orders than expected resulting in the shipping delay and would I like to cancel my order?" What part of if my order hasn't shipped I want a refund is too difficult to understand? Like many others, I have given up and now have to file a dispute. The crazy thing is that I'm experiencing the same issues in 2020 as other reviewers did in 2014. It's been six years and this company still can't function correctly. Learn from our mistakes, save yourself the aggravation, and order from another company.

I just read the information on the link and must share my concernWith my $refund, I was still charged over $for a defective product I am concerned that this "solution" would lift the company from their low rating; no one should receive a product like this and if they do, the company should have the integrity to fix the problem promptly or return all of the money I wish I would have known how this company does business before I ordered back in November, which is why I decided to contact you rather than my credit card company, as many other dissatisfied customers without a response didI hope you reconsider this as a solution that reflects customer satisfaction when writing their reviewIt will save a lot of other people some time and money

Purchased a Passion Planner on December 10th, on the websitePayment sent immediately upon orderingWebsite stated orders placed in Nov/Dec would be sent in JanuaryReceived two follemails that confirm shipping would be in January It is 2/10/and I have yet to receive the product I paid forNo response to emails or inquiries on any media/platformI have officially requested a refund as of today In the future, I may consider ordering againbut for a company selling planners, they have some pretty poor planning

I ordered a planner 11/14/2014, with the understanding the planner would not ship until the first week of Jan That was fine, but charging my credit card and keeping my money from 11/to Jan 24th, when the planner was received, is in direct violation of bank merchant agreementsThe planner I did receive was cheaply made, arrived damaged, and had numerous flaws in the construction and the printed pagesI cancelled this order via emails to the company weeks before the planner was shippedThey ignored my cancellation request and shipped anywayPlanner was returned due to quality errors and charge disputed with my CC companyAvoid this companyNO customer service to speak of.and an extremely cheap product made in ChinaNo value here for the price of the planner
