Product ordered in Nov and expected in early Jan, received an email that it would be lat Jan before product arrived. We are now 2 weeks into Feb and no product. An email was received Dec 31 with a shipping label and the product still is showing unshipped. The upsetting part is the lack of communication on their part to their customers and lying about what has shipped and updates.

2. if you still have the original packaging envelope, you can package the planner in a bubble mailer in the original flatrate envelope we sent with RTS, Return to Sender, written on it.
To be eligible for returns, items must be unused, unmarked, and in the same condition in which it was received. Itemsthat are returned at the customer's choice, must be mailed back at the customer's expense. If however we are at fault(damaged, incomplete planner, etc.) we will provide you a return label. I placed and order on 11/13/14, they notify you when you place your order that your order won't ship until January 2015. Its now February 2015 and when I track my order, it hasn't even left their building yet. I have sent an email and received no response. As this point I would really just like my money back so I can buy something else that is out on the Market.

Review: I ordered a Passion Planner on passionplanner.com in mid December. I was told via email the product would be delivered by mid January. I have sent then 3 emails regarding where my product is and have received no response. I have been charged for this product and have not receive it. I am Asking for the actual product or a refund. Again I have sent 3 emails with no response. The website has a lot of FAQs and to me they all seem like a runaround. I appreciate your help in this manner. Thank you. Review: I ordered a planner from this company at the end of November and was told it was on back order and I would receive it in January. It is now February, and I have not received any updates on where it is. I have emailed this company about this issue numerous times and no response. I then emailed this company and asked to refund my money and no one has contacted me back yet. This has been going on for weeks. Review: I purchased a planner in November of 2014 and received it in late January of 2015. The product did not have a month of February in it. The months went from January to December to March. It can't be used. I went to the contact page on the passion planner website to discuss the issue and request a refund. I sent two requests over two weeks ago using both the contact site on their website and their [redacted] page and received no rely to either.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the product.

I just read the information on the link and must share my concern. With my $5 refund, I was still charged over $30 for a defective product. I am concerned that this "solution" would lift the company from their low rating; no one should receive a product like this and if they do, the company should have the integrity to fix the problem promptly or return all of the money. I wish I would have known how this company does business before I ordered back in November, which is why I decided to contact you rather than my credit card company, as many other dissatisfied customers without a response did. I hope you reconsider this as a solution that reflects customer satisfaction when writing their review. It will save a lot of other people some time and money.

The refund of $5.00 has already been processed. If the customer would like to contact us through our email [email protected] we may be able to help further. The reason for the $5.00 refund is to make up for the month that was lost although the product was incomplete. The planner being priced at $30.00 and missing the month of February each month is worth $2.50. We refunded $2.50 for the month and also an extra $2.50 for the hassle.

Review: I placed the order in december, 2014 for the passion planner. I was promised to receive my planner in mid January,2015. It is now february,2015 and I haven't heard from the business about my order. My credit card was charged shortly after I placed the order, but the product is not even been shipped. The owner raised $685000 on [redacted] out of $10000 that she was asking for. Instead of using our money and money raised to fulfill order, she posted on instagram that she bought herself a Mercedes. As a consumer, I felt cheated and was very unhappy about their serviceDesired Settlement: Several consumers like myself felt that this is a scam. Our credit card should have not been charged months before the product even shipped. In addition to my money back, I would like to also get a compensation for my time spent contacting the business, tracking the order, and the interest that I would have earned have I put my money to investment

Review: I placed an order through their website exactly two months ago. I was aware that the product would not arrive until the beginning of January, and they stated that upon ordering. However, it is now Feb 4th, and no product. They have taken my money upon order, and have had absolutely no communication at all since then. They have no replied to emails, social media posts, or phone calls.

Everyone who is complaining about this "business" being bad needs to chill out. This started out as a crowd funded project. The amount of support was completely unexpected and overwhelmed the people who started the project. Yes they could have done things better and been more prepared, but with unforeseen events such the strike in the ports. The Passion Planner crew did a great job getting things accomplished.

So you had to wait a few more weeks to get a planner. Big deal. They company offered FREE printable downloads for the inconvenience. All in all I would recommend the planners to my friends, family members, and colleague but I would be sure to mention it might take a little extra time to get what you ordered, but it is definitely worth the wait.

The product is wonderful. It's extremely positive and helps even the most disorganized and ADHD (Yes I'm actually diagnosed) of us get our lives together.
