Review: I ordered a planner from this company. I paid the money. The amount was drafted from my bank account, and they did not deliver the product. They would not return my emails regarding the issue, and they do not have a telephone number to call. They basically took my money and promised to give me a product that they failed to supply. I lost money, and I don't want others to as well. It is a crime to take money from a consumer and not deliver the promised and agreed upon product within the delivery time frame. I would not care if it was just late, and there was a shipping problem if they just had emailed me to let me know, or had responded to my email when I inquired about where my product was.Desired Settlement: To receive a cash refund from the company...and for the company to understand that you cannot offer a product, take money for it and then not deliver it...that is stealing.

Review: On January 1, 2015, I ordered a planner from Passion Planner LLC via their website. The order was set for a February delivery and funds were taken from my account. An email came from PP on January 1st with the heading 'PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.' I emailed on January 2nd asking for the email to be resent because their email had no content in it. On January 24th, I sent a second email asking for the original email to be resent, as I had not heard from the company--no response. On Friday, January 31st, I submitted a request via PP's website for a cancellation of my order and refund of my money (following the instruction on the website's FAQ section). I indicated that my cancellation was due to prolonged shipment dates communicated via all social media streams and lack of response to my prior emails and communication from other customers. I am also concerned how the owner was soliciting volunteers to her warehouse and wondering what, if any, screening was occurring relative to individuals with access to customers' personal information. To date, I have not heard from the company in ANY manner and do not consider social media updates sufficient when I have made some direct requests regarding my order.Desired Settlement: 1. Cancellation of my order (happy to provide order number if requested)

2. Refund to my card for the single planner and shipping

3. Removal of my card number and personal information from all company databases.

Review: I ordered a planner that I still have not received and have received no information regarding canceling my order after contacting the company which is what they request you do if you would like a refund. I was supposed to receive my planner in January and still have no answer regarding it's whereabouts or a refund of my money. No one at this business responds to emails. Review: I ordered my planner on Dec. 3rd and my CC was charged $35.60. I was supposed to receive my planner early January. Every email I have sent has either not been returned or I got a vague form email which never addressed my questions. It is now feb 12th and have still rec'd nothing. I have requested a refund but shocker there - still no email responses.

How can they charge my card and give us no valid way of contacting or speaking to someone. There are many people being taken by this company (of which if it matters, I ordered this off of their website not kick starter).

I simply want my money back!

Help me please. Everyone should be warned to stay clear from Passion Planner LLC and [redacted].

Review: I was initially very excited about receiving two Passion Planners Classic for 2015. I ordered on 11/16/14 with the knowledge that due to a high volume of orders, I would receive the product in mid-January 2015. Shortly thereafter, I knew I would be moving in December to a new address and contacted Passion Planner repeatedly over the weeks between my initial order and the end of December 2014. I contacted the various email addresses listed on their website and in the email updates I received about shipping issues and West Coast port strikes. I received no response. After receiving a notification that my shipping label was printed for the wrong address, I finally resorted to posting comments to their [redacted]k page and [redacted] accounts, to which I finally received a response. They assured me that my address was updated but then I received an email again stating my shipping label was printed and again listing the old address. I still have doubts that I will receive my product as I was charged for the planners on 11/16, have had no real assurance that they are using the correct shipping address, and have seen multiple other customers comment on the [redacted]k page stating that they are not receiving the size planner that they ordered and paid for months ago. They, like myself, have failed to get adequate response to their complaints and I fear that this will happen to me as I have already experienced horrible customer service when attempting to deal with a simple address change. I have received no communication with the correct address listed and I have strong doubts that I will receive the product as promised when I already paid for it two months ago.Desired Settlement: I want assurances that the product will be shipped to the correct address-- a corrected shipping label or notification for example. I also want assurances that I will receive the size and quantity of planners that I ordered to the correct address by January 31st 2015. If I cannot receive such assurances, I want a partial refund pro-rated for every day of 2015 that I do not have the planners in my possession.

Review: I ordered a Passion Planner on 12/8/14. At time of purchase I was notified Planner would arrive first two weeks of January. After order was placed the delivery changed to mid-January, then last two weeks of January. It is now February and my planner has not arrived and the company is still working on orders placed nearly three weeks before mine.Desired Settlement: I would like a pro-rated refund for each day beyond January 14th, original delivery range, that the product was late. As this is a dated product I will not be able to use at minimum 1/12th of what I paid for.

Review: I placed my order on November 13th, 2014 with the understanding that I would receive the product sometime in January 2015. On December 28th 2014 I received and email that stated it was not a "confirmation of shipping" but it did contain a USPS tracking number on it. I keep checking the tracking number it has not shipped yet. I sent two emails asking for my money back with no reply. The company keeps posting updates on [redacted] and [redacted] that all January shipments have shipped and they are now working on February shipments. Review: I ordered a product from this company on December 4th, 2014. I was told my order would arrive within the first 2 weeks of January 2015. I waited until the end of January to email this company reguarding my product with no response. On their website they say you can email them if you would like a refund on your order. SO that is what I did. I emailed them multiple times without a response to any of them. Two weeks after requesting my refund this product that I no longer want shows up on my doorstep. I find it amazing that ive gotten no response but after I request my refund this product shows up on my doorstep. Review: I ordered a Passion Planner on Feb 2nd 2015. My credit card was charged in the amount of 35.60 that same day. My order confirmation said I should receive my planner by late February. That did not happen. In early March I contacted the company via the form on their website asking for an update on my order. I got no response. I sent an another e-mail last week, again no response. I have reached out on social media, as have many other customers, and no response there either. If they are behind on order fulfillment, fine. But the fact that they never sent an e-mail update to those of us who haven't had our orders fulfilled when they were supposed to be AND that customer service is unreachable makes me feel like the business is a scam.Desired Settlement: This company either starts responding to people or makes some kind of public apology to the customers the took advantage of. I either want my merchandise ASAP or want to be refunded ASAP. I have been waiting long enough and there are others who have been waiting even longer.

Review: I ordered my Passion Planner over 2 months ago, spending $35-$40. I never received it; it never shipped. Ive emailed this company about it and never received a reply. This company also breached an agreement and provided misleading information by stating I would receive my product in January. It is now February 7th. In order to purchase this item, the company also made me agree that I understood that even though I purchased the item on December 10th, I would not receive it until sometime in January (no specific date). Currently on their website, specific dates of shipments are still not listed, providing yet even more misleading information. Also on the website, the company claims that "they are only human" thus are allowed to make mistakes. Please note this is a calendar for 2015; every day that goes by is wasted money and also money they stole.Desired Settlement: We want our product and a refund for each day that goes by which is each page that cannot be used in this planner. (Example: as of 02-07-15, This company owes us $3.84 that must be refunded back to us.) This was the most desirable Christmas gift for this year and are still determined to receive an item. A full refund isn't our first choice.

Review: I expected to receive my planner in the end of January. It's now mid-February and I have since purchased a new planner. My emails to the company requesting a refund and a cancellation of my order have gone unanswered thus far.Desired Settlement: I would like my purchase price and shipping refunded.

Review: I placed an online order February 2, 2015 for a desk planner. I understood that the item was expected to ship by the end of February. Review: I ordered a planner from this company in December 2014 with a promise that the item will be delivered by the first week of February 2015 and upto today I still have not received my order. I have checked the website for updates but the only update was from Jan 26 2015. The update stated that they are shipping planners ordered Nov 2014. To me this is unacceptable because a company no matter how small should fulfill their commitment of shipping items on time or on the dated promised. Review: This was a kickstarter campaign. I pledged for two products (journals). They were to be shipped early Jan. There were many delays we were kept updated on.

The company collected mailing information via a one time survey.

I moved Mid February. Before I moved I took multiple steps to notify the company of my new address. When they finally responded to me they told me the package had been delivered to my old address (another country) and offered no resolution.

I do not have a product or a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the passion planners (journals) I did not receive. This is a 2015 year calendar, and it is 1/4 through 2015 already.

There are thousands of people waiting for their pre-paid purchased product to be delivered. Checking their Facebook Passion Planner page, you can see evidence of many disgruntled customers.

I finally received an email from Passion Planner on 2/13/15, and my money was credited back to my account on 2/17/15.

I've purchased 3 planners from this company on the 2nd of December 2014. I was told that my order will be arrive by the middle of January 2015. I haven't received anything yet and I sent them email numerous times but still no reply. I'm afraid to request refund because I saw a lot of people can't get any respond from them about refund request either.

Review: In December an order for a planner was placed with an estimate delivery mid January. On 1/15/15 an email was received stating due to a stike in December in portland the planners were going to be delayed and I should receive my order by the end of January. We were told to keep updated on [redacted] and those post have ended in January with no further updates. The company has posted the purchase of new vehicles and locations online but not updating consumers. I feel that the company has deceived consumers into prepaying for their planners only to not have any product to fulfill orders. I have submitted a request for a refund and from others online I see those are being ignored too. The last update in January stated they were barely shipping november orders. Due to this being labeled by dates for the year I will have gone without a planner for several months at full price at this rate.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund . I have checked the email in January with the "label" tracking number and it still states not shipped. The company needs to do the right thing here and refund consumers and ship the planners. This is a problem and I feel like she took orders she could not handle for the sake of making a profit.

Review: I ordered a planner from Passion Planner on November 21, 2014. At the time, it was a pre-order for January. On December 29, 2014 I received an email from the company stating an estimated delivery the last two weeks of January 2015. On January 25, 2015 I emailed the company asking for an update on shipping. I did not hear back until February 10, 2015 and it stated that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 5-10 business days. I did not request for my order to be cancelled- I wanted the product and have been waiting since November to receive it. I emailed the company back explaining that I did not want to cancel my order and would like to still receive it as long as I can still receive it with the other November orders and not have to wait longer now because of this error, but I have not had a response.Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered on time (which, according to their post on social media should mean immediately since they posted that the November orders are all being shipped and should arrive in about a week).

If I will have to wait longer (ie: if they put it in as a February order and this is not still considered a November order) then I would like the refund and an apology or explanation for why this occurred.
