Review: I wish I could select more than one option, as this company has committed multiple infractions.

I placed an order for two planners on November 24, 2014 and can provide proof of the date. After getting a single update that planners were out of stock and would be received the first half of January, the company has now disappeared.

They charged my card that day, and I have contacted them 3 times about a shipping update with no response at all. As a consumer I understand that things happen, but it is not ok to completely ignore your customers and hide. As of 7:01 A.M. I have not received a response from this company, a shipping update from USPS, or my order.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as well as the product in hand, but I would accept a rushed delivery of my order.

Review: I ordered a Passion Planner on 12/5/2014 at 11:30 am (EST). At the time of the order the website for Passion Planner stated that my planner would not be shipped until 1/15/2015. I was fine with that. On 1/14/2015 I received an email from Passion Planner with a shipping label for my planner (tracking number can be provided upon request). This email did say this was not a confirmation of shipping, but states that January shipments should be expected in the last 2 weeks of January. I have yet to receive a planner. I have emailed the company twice with no response. Their website says not to send another email or your email will move to the bottom of the list. I have sent [redacted] messages and posts with no response. My debit card was charged for this product on Dec. 5. I can no longer dispute the bank charge as it is beyond 60 days. I am horribly frustrated in the fact that this company seems to have ZERO customer service. I even called a phone number that other disappointed customers posted to [redacted], with no response. Since this company refuses to offer customer service I have been left with no choice but to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: I would just like to receive a QUALITY planner. I have already seen from other customers that several have received the product and it is defective. After waiting all this time I want to receive the planner I ordered in perfect condition.

I ordered a planner 11/14/2014, with the understanding the planner would not ship until the first week of Jan 2015. That was fine, but charging my credit card and keeping my money from 11/15 to Jan 24th, when the planner was received, is in direct violation of bank merchant agreements. The planner I did receive was cheaply made, arrived damaged, and had numerous flaws in the construction and the printed pages. I cancelled this order via 3 emails to the company weeks before the planner was shipped. They ignored my cancellation request and shipped anyway. Planner was returned due to quality errors and charge disputed with my CC company. Avoid this company. NO customer service to speak of.and an extremely cheap product made in China. No value here for the price of the planner.

I placed and order on 11/13/14, they notify you when you place your order that your order won't ship until January 2015. Its now February 2015 and when I track my order, it hasn't even left their building yet. I have sent an email and received no response. As this point I would really just like my money back so I can buy something else that is out on the Market.

LOVE this company! 100% satisfied with my product. Extremely happy with the company, their communication and their commitment to service. Will frequently do business with them and will refer Passion Planner to many.

Review: I ordered a time-sensitive planner from Passion Planner on 11/29, the business disclosed that orders would not ship until the second week through the end of January. This deadline passed and after 3 attempts to contact the company I received no response. I was unable to get a refund for my order due to lack of correspondence and the item was not shipped until the second week of February. Updates posted to their website and social media were consistently inconsistent and did not align with promises previously made.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the product and an honest answer as to what happened when shipping. The truth is more important than money but I think customers deserve both.

Review: The Passion Planner Company has failed to deliver their products to the majority of their customers in a timely manner OR they have not sent them AT ALL.

This product is a 2015 Year Organizer.

I ordered my Planner on November 10, 2014 and I have yet to receive my product. My order should have been shipped by now, but I still have not gotten it. However, there are people who ordered the planner later than November 10 and have received them.

I have contacted them thru their website, email address, social media accounts asking about my order, but have not gotten any response.

I have now requested for a REFUND, but have not received any reply.

There are hundreds of complaints & questions asked through their website & social media accounts regarding their product and they have FAILED to answer.

Review: A company that is dedicated to organizing your life can't even organize a decent customer service team. Not only are they inadequately staffed resulting in waiting weeks for a response, they just generally don't know how to right a wrong. I ordered a planner from this company in November with the estimated delivery in the beginning of January. That got pushed back to almost February, but the USPS misdelivered my package. No problem. I email them a week later after dealing with the USPS trying to find my package. I get absolutely no response, not even a confirmation email or status number that it went through. A month later, we're talking early March, I email them again, this time my boyfriends email. After 2 weeks I finally get a response basically telling me there is absolutely nothing they can do, not even offering a coupon.

I don't like to complain, but this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Even EA'S is better and most of them aren't native English speakers.Desired Settlement: Companies of this size need adequate customer service and this company falls way short.

Review: Passion Planner collected a prepayment for an item and promised the item would be received before the end of January. The item has still not shipped and the company has failed to return emails. There have been no updates on the status of shipping and the last communication from January 26th indicates that my order should have already been shipped. I placed my order on November 13, 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like my order shipped before the end of the week (February 13, 2015). This is a planner, considering this planner covers a specific time period it would be helpful to have it within the year.

Product ordered in Nov and expected in early Jan, received an email that it would be lat Jan before product arrived. We are now 2 weeks into Feb and no product. An email was received Dec 31 with a shipping label and the product still is showing unshipped. The upsetting part is the lack of communication on their part to their customers and lying about what has shipped and updates.

Review: I pre-ordered a Passion Planner Classic 2015 on February 11, 2015. It was expected to be available in mid-March. The following day the payment was processed. I received neither a product nor updated information until March 28. The email advised of delays and directed me to choose to have the planner shipped to me or to be refunded within 7-10 business days. I chose the refund. To date I have no refund, no planner, and no reply to emails. (Which, by the way, is the only way to contact them.) [redacted] provided a phone number of (619) 800-[redacted] but it is a Google Voice number that, in my experience, is not answered.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $35.60.

Review: Passion Planner was originated from [redacted] and [redacted] backers could buy a planner. However I ordered my planner from the passion planner website and ordered on December 8th 2014. I was told I would receive my planner last two weeks of January. On January 16th I received a pre-shipment confirmation however still never got my planner. Now I'm told that I wont get it until the end of February which to me is ridiculous and I wonder if I will ever see that planner or if I have been scammed out of my money. The $35 was processed on my card on December 10th (debit card). So they have my money but I have no product. I've seen others try to request a refund but with no response. Many have decided to dispute the charges with their bank. However with my debit card I'm not sure if I can even dispute the charges. I'm extremely unhappy.Desired Settlement: I would still like my planner however I'd like a partial refund.

Review: I ordered a 2015 dated planner on November 25 2014 with the expectation that the planner would be shipped in January 2015. On December 30th I was emailed a tracking number with the guarantee that the planner would arrive at the latest by the last 2 weeks in January. When I tracked the number it still only says that a "label was created" on December 31st. It is now the end of the second week in February and still no planner. I have emailed them several times asking for updates, then finally a refund and I have not had any emails returned except for "automatic" emails. At this point I purchased a different planner since I couldn't wait any more. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company.Desired Settlement: I would like my order canceled and my $30.60 refunded immediately

After months of no response from business I gave the planner away. Not that I would trust them if I were to return the planner anyway. Item was not received when I was told it would so I do not accept that they have resolved anything. This business should be closed.

All refunds are given only if there was a defect in the planner itself or if returned to us in unused condition. However, a partial refund may be issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the planner. This partial payment would cover the unused months of the planner. Review: After hearing so much about this product my boyfriend and I decided to order one. He received his first and I loved it and couldn't wait to get my own. When mine finally arrived I was immediately disappointed in finding that the entire planner was void of months and days of the week. This is not what I expected at all especially since my boyfriend's was completely filled with months/days as the planner was advertised. I then sent a nice email requesting that this issue be resolved. 2 weeks went by and no response so I emailed again to 2 separate email addresses (no phone number could be found anywhere). Still no response. I then went on their FB page to post the issue followed up by another email. Upon doing this I finally received an email response stating that I would have to return the product at MY expense then wait reorder and wait for another one....risking the same thing happening again. I was appalled then saw similar posts on their FB page where people had experienced the exact same AWFUL customer service. I am furious with the way my dissatisfaction is being handled/ignored. Whats worse is that I still want the planner! I can't believe this company could act in such a way towards a paying customer. I now will have to dispute the charge with my bank since what I paid for IS NOT what I ordered. This company really needs to get their act together. BUYER BEWARE!!!Desired Settlement: I want a refund for my time and aggravation AND a replacement of the product with months and dates prefilled AS ADVERTISED.

Review: On 8 December 2014, I ordered two calendar/planners from Passion Planner with a reported shipping timeframe of January 2015. Approaching mid-February, I, along with countless other consumers, have yet to receive it. I tried to reconcile with my bank to reverse charges, but having used my debit card, I must first cancel my current card and then file a dispute with no guarantee the charges will be reversed. The company overtly fails to update its consumers in a timely and reasonable manner, and its shipping procedures have been sporadic that orders placed at later dates have been honored before orders placed much earlier. Further, there appears to be no compensation for a delay that renders the product useful for 3/4 of the calendar year only. Note: Though Passion Planner is a [redacted] company, its no excuse for poor customer service and company practices.Desired Settlement: Refund, please.

Review: On November 18th I ordered 2 day planners from this company because it looked great. The site said for orders placed after this day, delivery could be expected during the last 2 weeks in January. I decided I no longer wanted the product and sent an email asking for a refund of order #[redacted]. They said to allow for 48 hours for a response. Which I did still no response or refund. And I am not the only one who has had this problem. There are countless complaints on their testimonials page as well as their facebook.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my order refunded by the end of the month.
