I placed and order on 11/13/14, they notify you when you place your order that your order won't ship until January Its now February and when I track my order, it hasn't even left their building yet I have sent an email and received no response As this point I would really just like my money back so I can buy something else that is out on the Market

Product ordered in Nov and expected in early Jan, received an email that it would be lat Jan before product arrivedWe are now weeks into Feb and no productAn email was received Dec with a shipping label and the product still is showing unshipped The upsetting part is the lack of communication on their part to their customers and lying about what has shipped and updates

Ordered a planner in November and was told it would arrive in January It's not here yet and I have been told it likely will be a few more weeks It appears the business took more orders than it could handle for a time sensitive product I've tried to cancel the order and ask for a refund but I haven't heard anything
