Review: I ordered a planner for my wife on December 4 2014. I sent them an email February 2nd saying the planner was not here by the end of the week I want a refund. Non responsive. On February 17th the planner showed up to my home. Still no response from them. Sent yet another email asking for a refund. Non responsive. since I cannot get a hold of them in anyway, shape or form this is my only outlet to resolve my dilemma. I have put the passion planner in the mail return to sender. had I been home I would've refused delivery, they should have canceled this order on 9 February and issued a refund to my debit card.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for a product that I ordered on December 4 that contained a calendar for 2015. A calendar doesn't do any good if it comes here on February 17, 2015, I ordered a 12 month calendar not a ten-month 11 day calendar

Review: I ordered two planners November 24th. I was supposed to receive my planner mid Jan. I finally received my two planners Feb 23rd. One planner was severely damaged with several rips and tears in the leather. The second planner is missing over THREE MONTHS WORTH OF PAGES! Both planners have massive spelling and grammatical errors and several weeks are out of order (November 20th comes before November 3rd). I spent over $60 on planners that arrived 3 months after I ordered, were damaged, and are not complete yearly planners. I have emailed several times, ** messaged, and left posts. I still have not received any sort of response. I could not be more upset and disappointed about my experiences with Passion Planners or the products themselves.Desired Settlement: I would like a apology from the company, a refund, and a replacement of the damaged and faulty merchandise I received.

Review: My planner shipped 1/4/16 via USPS priority mail. The tracking number NEVER worked and I contacted [redacted] at Customer Service. He said they've been having trouble with USPS updating their tracking information and to wait a few more days, which I did.

I emailed their customer service yesterday through their website to explain how unhappy I am AND left my phone number and have heard nothing.

I've paid for the product and haven't received it. Their customer service is worthless and now NOBODY will get back to me. Buyer beware! They either need to refund my money or tell me where my planner is!Desired Settlement: Either refund my money or send me my planner with a correct tracking number!

Review: I ordered a 2015 planner from this company back in November and soon received notice that it would arrive in mid January due to a supposed strike in the area. Later I received another email saying it would be even later due to continued problems. I have sent several emails and never received a reply. There is only an email to contact this company through and no phone number. I would simply like to have my money back. I have seen many reviews of this company and all of them are negative.Desired Settlement: I believe this is a fraudulent company run by a teenage girl who has taken advantage of so many people. She promotes a product for sale but never intends to follow through with the delivery of it after she receives our payment. I would like my money back as soon as possible.

Review: I ordered a product from this company on Dec. 4, 2014. Now, more than two months later, I still have not received my order. The business is not responding to my email requests for updates on when my product might ship. Review: Ordered planner 12/8/14. Did not receive any notification that they were having shipping issues until I followed up with them in an email. Email stated planner to be mailed early January. No further updates Blame placed on dock-strike (that will teach you not to have your product made in the US). Just emailed the company again and got the same exact response. This is fraud and I consider it theft as well. Possibly an internet scam? Don't order from these people.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of money spent.

Review: On November 20, 2014 at 3:16 PM(PST) I ordered a Passion Planner. My credit card was immediately charged. I received my order conformation immediately. My order number is [redacted]. The e-mail stated that my pre-order would ship mid-December. On December 30, 2014 I received another e-mail telling me that due to ordering after November 10, 2014 my order would be shipped within the last two weeks of January. January 29, 2015 I e-mailed the company asking when my planner would be shipped. E-mail is the only way to contact the company. I did not get a reply, so on February 1, 2015 I contacted them again. I have not yet received anything back or a shipping conformation.Desired Settlement: I either want my money back or my planner within a week. I do not want to pay for something I wont get full use of.

Review: I purchased a 2015 planner from this company via their website on November 18, 2014. Upon order I was instructed to expect delivery of the product in early January. On December 30, 2014 I received an email from the company stating that their expected delivery date was now "in the last two weeks of January". I contacted the company via email on December 31, 2014 to request a change of delivery address (due to the now expected late delivery). I was informed by the company (via social media)) to only email once, as multiple emails will move my contact down in their inbox, therefore I only emailed once. No additional contact was made to me by the company regarding neither my request nor any updated delivery date expectations. My planner was finally delivered on Friday, February 6, 2015 to the original delivery address (not the requested changed address). Because this is a time-sensitive product (a 2015 calendar/planner) the additional delay has made the product less usable.Desired Settlement: The company requests that we contact them via their email or their [redacted] page. Yet no reply was sent to my email (apart from an automated "we have received your email" response), and it is clear that my message was obviously not dealt with by their company (though they clearly had enough time to do so... the entire month of January). And from their [redacted] page there are numerous other customers in the same situation as myself. Because this company clearly knew that they had a large volume of orders and a significant amount of time to hire staff/plan for shipping/etc. I feel they should be reprimanded.

Review: I ordered a passion planner the first week of February with the expectation that it would be in my hands by the end of February. I was supposed to get a confirmation of shipping so I emailed the company via email asking when I could expect to get shipping information. No response from the company. I emailed again the first of March. No response. I then got an email saying they would be unable to fulfill my order as to many planners were damaged in shipping however this email was not in response to the others I had sent. Review: I ordered my product on November 13, with a guarantee I would have it in hand the first week of January. I received an email on December 28 telling me there were strikes, which would push my delivery back two weeks. Then nothing. I sent a message through their website mid January, and then an email on January 26. I never heard back. The posts on [redacted] were very misleading as to why items had not been shipped yet. It started as a strike, then went to being because she didn't foresee so many sales. She was overwhelmed. It was promised that all emails will be responded to within a timely manner. It has been over a month since my first contact attempt and still nothing. This person has made nothing but excuses, and does not seem to recognize that people are upset that promises were broken. When I ordered in November, I did so expecting to receive it within the first two weeks of the year, not almost three months in. She falsely advertised shipping dates, and did not ship them when she said she would. Not only were the dates wrong in the emails, what she posted on her "explanations" were not correct. The lack of communication, the delayed shipping without email notification (only periodic posts on [redacted]), and the inability to take responsibility is upsetting.Desired Settlement: I think this business owes people an apology. She was not honest, and she was not prepared. When I ordered, I did so with the promise I would have it at the first of the year, not two months in. She needs to offer an apology, as well as offer a refund to those of us who waited three months or more for this product to arrive. If she is not prepared to deliver on her promises, she shouldn't make them.

Review: I ordered 5 planners on 23rd November (3 compacts and 2 classic) on order #[redacted]

I then ordered 4 planners on 2nd December (3 compacts and 1 classic) on order #[redacted].

On Saturday 7th February I received an email stating that BOTH orders had been shipped on the SAME TRACKING NUMBER.

Yesterday, Wednesday 11th February, I received ONE package containing only 3 compact planners!!!! Now the tracking says all my planners were delivered. Passion Planner are refusing to contact me back. IVe sent [redacted], posts on their wall and emails.

I am in Australia. I cannot xontact USPS to find out who delivers the package once it gets to Australia. I cannot contact passion planner via phone because there are no details online for that.

PLEASE help!

Review: I ordered a passion planner on December 8th and still over 2 months later, no product has been received. This product has been paid for in full and we only received one email letting us know there was a shipment issue and it would be arriving in January. There is no phone number to call and the only way to send an email is to go through their website. There is also no email address that you can copy and paste into your own email so you can track when you sent requests, if anything was received etc. I now have sent 3 emails, first requesting information about the shipment and then to cancel the order, and weeks later, still no response has been received.

Review: I ordered 3 passion planners on 12/05/2014; one was 5.5x8.5 and two planners were 8.5x11. I have sent 3 emails requesting word of when I would receive the planners; 1/26, 2/2/2015 and finally today 2/13/2015. I have also sent [redacted] messages and a twitter message to the company requesting either the planners or my money back $100.17. Today I received the 5.5x8.5 planner but I have yet to receive the 2 additional planners that are 8.5x11. The email I sent on 2/2 requested a refund. Instead, I received ONE of the planners and NO refund.Desired Settlement: I really wanted the planners as these were gifts to college students. I would be somewhat appeased to actually receive the product. The company COULD show its goodwill by issuing an apology or even including an additional planner as I ordered the 3 required to receive the free one. Review: On November 23, 2014, I placed a pre-order online and received confirmation (Order Number [redacted]). The confirmation stated that the item would be shipped [redacted] Priority Mail (2-4 Business days) and that it would ship in January. On December 30, 2014, I received an email stating that a shipping label for the order was being prepared and that I could expect my shipment in the last two weeks of January. Those weeks came and went; we are now into February, and I STILL have not received this product. More than one month of the year is gone, which means this product would now be useless to me anyway. I contacted Passion Planner via email on January 30, 2014 to state that I requested the order to be canceled and a refund to be issued, given the circumstances just described. I did not receive a response and contacted the company again the following day requesting a response by Monday, February 2nd. It is now Wednesday, February 4th – still no response and still no product as purchased, or a refund.Desired Settlement: The only acceptable outcome is a refund on the exact form of original payment, and cancellation of order. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Review: I ordered a Passion Planner on November 24, 2014. When I ordered the website said I would receive it by the second week of January. It is the second week of February and I have yet to receive it. I contacted Passion Planner because I had expected to receive the planner before I went back to college in [redacted], but since I saw that they had lied about when it would be arriving I wanted to change the address where I received it from [redacted] to [redacted]. I sent that email two months ago and got no reply. I sent a second email regarding the issue in January and still have not gotten a reply. This company does not have a phone number and will not reply to my emails. Their blog containing shipments updates has not been updated since January 26. I want to know when I will be receiving the product I paid $36 for. I am complaining for their absolute lack of customer service and because it has been three months since they took my money and I have not gotten the planner.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is a prompt phone call or email apologizing for the clear lack of customer service, the severely late shipment, and the lack of updates and overall disorganization and lack of professionalism of the company. I would also like an apology for the great inconvenience this has caused me since I am a college student and do not have a planner still. In addition I want a concrete date for when I will be receiving the product I paid for. I would also like to get a partial refund since the product did not arrive by the promised shipment date and because the a portion of the product has been rendered completely useless due to the company's inability to ship it to me in a timely manner (it is a 2015 planner and we are already six weeks into 2015).

Review: I ordered from Passion Planner on December 2nd, 2014. I was notified that it was back-ordered and would be delivered in the last two weeks of January. After it did not come I twice tried to contact and got no response. On my third contact I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund. Two days after my cancelation my order was shipped. I still have not received any response from them whatsoever, and I am looking for a full refund plus what it costs to return my order.Desired Settlement: A refund of my $30.66 plus $6.00 for return shipping, for a total of $36.66 to be refunded to my debit card.

When you're just starting out, I think it's hard to predict what will happen or just how big of an undertaking it all is. I've been completely satisfied with the entire process. Every step of the way was explained in detail and I completely understood what was happening with my product. Yes, there's delays, but for a start up, I think they're doing the best they can and are continually getting better and faster. I also appreciated being constantly updated on the status of the entire project and the avenues taken to go above and beyond despite the adversity faced.
