June 25, This morning at exactly 5:a.mI called the emergency service number that Eanes advertises on their web siteA woman answered and I told her what I wanted and I gave her my name, phone, address and she informed me that a Tech would callNo one calledI had to leave and my wife called them againThey were so sorry but they could find no record of my call and mouthed a very hollow meaningless "sorry" but next Monday was as soon as they could get hereInstead of taking responsibility for a screw up and try to help us, they just gave my wife the brush offCell Phones record calls made! For the Revdex.com people, my phone shows their emergency phone number and the exact time I called itI Saved it

The service technicians are always courteous and polite and introduce themselves as a technician working for Eanes David Thas always shown me and explained any problems and anything he might see that could be a potential problemhe has also suggested ways to help maintain and lower expenses He was even kind enough on one visit to get rid of a snake that was under my deck, even though it was not his job I appreciated that all the information he has given me when I ask questions about my unit Thanks to him and other technicians that have been to my home for maintenance

We had just moved into the community and needed help with our A/C system Seems the thermostat had been locked by the former owners and would not allow us to change the settings Scott came out and in no time had it corrected as well as took the time to explain how to use the system Great service and excellent people skills!
