In the heat of summer, our AC unit decided to quit on us. It was a Sunday evening yet I was able to contact Eanes customer service and received a call back from the technician Gene M. within 30-45mins. The tech (Gene) was eager to help us out and came over to fix our unit within 30mins. He was very nice and efficient, explaining everything he was doing. Gene fixed the unit and waited until it was up and running again before he left. He was our hero for sure!

Eanes is a great company to do business with. They are responsive, come when they say they will, and provide great service. We previously dealt with a company for over 30 years, and they were slow to respond and often did not follow up as promised. Eanes is completely different. I recommend Eanes without reservation.

Excellent service , corrected a problem even though out of initial warrantee .

Professionalism began with the initial phone call with the office manager who scheduled my request. The David T., my service technician called to let me know he was on the way 15 minutes before he arrived...that was excellent.

David arrived on time and introduced himself in a friendly and professional manner. He checked my air conditioning unit resolved a minor issue and briefed me on a service contract that would save me money.

As usual our annual furnace check-up with Eric S[redacted] was very positive. Eric was at our door at appointed time and as usual was very professional and friendly. After completing check-up Eric was very helpful in advising us of some additional work that would be needed in immediate future on the furnace.

I so appreciate Eanes' service, staff, and products. Their integrity is without question, I cannot imagine ever doing business for heating and air conditioning with any one else.

Tyler R. was on time and very professional. He explained everything he was doing and any issues he found. There was one item from the previous check that was unusual in the way it was fixed. Rather than make excuses, Tyler explained the situation and fixed it. The company has been very conscientious and professional. Nice to see both company and employees with the same values.
